Little Ones Child Care: what do users think?
Maz J: i have had a horrible experience - i called them multiple times and left multiple messages for their IT personnel to call us but no response. I wouldn't do business with them again.
Elizabeth Tomkinson: We have had an excellent experience with Little Ones. I highly recommend.
Laureyn Furtney (LEF): My daughter has been coming here for four years, and while it’s exciting that she starts kindergarten in the fall, it’s bittersweet to leave such an amazing group of people. From our initial tour, to watching her progress through different classrooms our experience here has been amazing. All the staff is kind and genuinely cares about each child. Christy and Julie are amazing directors and have always supported our family with growing pains that parents face. As business owners, they are also keeping up with the building, new playgrounds, and updating classrooms to name a few. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us raise our daughter. We are forever grateful for finding you all!
Shanice Sweeney: My child was there from 6 weeks old and was terminated out of their preschool room the year he is going into Kindergarten due to bad behaviors. (He has since been at a new daycare and is doing well, no "behaviors" or anything concerning. He is happy and prepared for Kindergarten in the fall. The curriculum and appearance at Little Ones seems as though it is one of the best daycares in the city... BUT its unfortunate that they treat some families very special and other families as if they don't matter. Owner and directors (her two best friends) are very selective. Very sure there’s a racism barrier here. Kids are quickly labeled by their behaviors and can pick up how teachers perceive them. The Owner is very stuck up and Director seems very tough to work for... Expect a quick turn around in teachers.
Alayna Paquin: My daughter was there since 6 weeks old and got terminated from the pre k class because she got covid . When the results came in they was negative and a couple of hrs later the doctors and made a mistake and that is when I took both my daughters out of daycare. When I let the school know they called me a lie and terminated both my daughters. Both director and owners have there favorites and since my daughters where not white prep kids. They was never accepted
Elizabeth Acevedo: I didn’t have good experience, lack of communication and considerations. They left me waiting for a month just for yes or not answer and not only that be careful with automatic payment, the charge me one week by mistake and they didn’t refund it.
Jennifer Riley: My daughters both started with Little Ones at the age of 4 and 5 months respectively. We were members of that community for 8 years in total. I hold this daycare in the highest regards. From the care and detail to the weekly curriculum to the numerous activities both during and after hours were bar none. My daughters looked forward to going to Little Ones every day and thrived during their time. They were more than ready both socially and academically when entering Kindergarten! We will miss Little Ones and can recommend this daycare to anyone!
Catherine Santiago: My daughter attended Little Ones and loved her time there. She was well prepared for kindergarten but heartbroken to leave her community there. Her teachers were wonderful, they were so enthusiastic, creative, and caring. I was impressed by her teachers everyday.
Melissa Herron: Reached out to inquire about child care and availability. When I finally received a response back, it was several days later. Immediately responded to questions asked and had asked to set up a day and time to tour the center. Crickets....still haven't received a response back after several emails trying to prompt a response. Lack of communication is very disheartening and sets a bad tone for perspective parents who want quality care for their children.
Genaro Quiroz.: They never answer the phone or return calls. I have call for two weeks every day and they have never respond the phone or return my messages

1 2 3 Grow Child Center Inc: what do users think?
Tiffany Tessier: My son went to 123 Grow from 7 weeks old to 5 years old. The staff are amazing and very attentive to the children! He was well taken care of and his needs were always met. My son always loved getting up to go to school. He made such great friends and has great memories with his teachers. Ms. Cori is extremely easy to communicate and work with. She is attentive to both the children and the parents needs. I would highly reccomend this company and would send any of my future children to them.
Samantha Smith: Love 123 Grow! Staff and administrators are kind and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and well kept.
Dave Clapham: Thoughtful, caring, takes the time to work with the kids. They really set your children up for success in kindergarten! Staff is awesome! I highly recommend 123 Grows!
Emily Dion: My son went to 123 Grow from four months old to about five years old when we decided to use the on site after school care at his school for convenience only, otherwise he would have stayed longer. For five years we were very pleased with the quality and communication of 123 grow staff, especially Cori Owen who is one of the sweetest and highly compassionate individuals I've seen working in a daycare. She truly cares about all the children and her staff, and she works hard to provide the best care for each family's needs. We never had any issues with 123 Grow in five years. I highly recommend. Thank you Cori for everything that you continue to do for everyone!
Jennifer Isenberg: My grandchildren have been going to 123 grow for 16 years. We have NEVER had anything but great care and compassion for my grandchildren. Children catch cold and viruses in any pre school, daycare or regular school all the time. My grandchildren are in school now and get just as many colds ect. As in daycare. 123 grow is always clean, organized and the staff are always loved by my grandchildren. I know the manager Cori both personally and professionally and she is always very pleasant and attends to any concerns or requests immediately. Overall I would highly recommend 123 GROW. I think having 16 years experience with a daycare taking care of my grandchildren, I can assure you that 123 GROW is a great place for your children to be safe and well cared for.
Rec Woo: I would never recommend this place to any parent. I brought my child there and she stayed sick while there. I would pick her up soaking wet, snot-filled, and whenever, my family would keep during the winter, not so much as a cough. Cori Owen is the rudest, most unprofessional, crass manager I have ever met, even with all my patience. I reached out to Sandy, the owner and it's been two weeks, and still no word so I removed my child. All my neighbors warned they never heard good reviews of the place, and with all the management turnovers, name changes, and other highly suspicious practices, this place is still dump. Anywhere else is better.
Katelyn Sawicki: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Riley Mclean: We've had our three children at 123 for over 3 years. The teachers are warm, friendly, and have always made us feel comfortable leaving our little ones in their care. The programs are affordable as far as childcare goes and the kids have always been very happy there. No complaints at all from us!
Pongsa Tube: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
Ben Richardson: Tried several times and several means to contact them. Left numerous messages and left my contact information. They have not returned one message in over 2 weeks. If they are this neglectful with potential customers, I wonder how neglectful the organization is with taking care of children.

Little Bright Stars Childcare Center: what do users think?
Stephanie Welch: Bad, wish I could give zero. I was told there was an opening, booked a tour, They Canceled, told me I would get a call back, no call back, told they are now full, and can never get a hold of the supervisor when o call there to ask about it.
Danielly Moreira: which email to request information?
Kayla Beth: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Value
Naomi Kelley: Little Bright Stars is a great center. It's not to big, not to small. Perfect for my children. I have a three year old that attended since 11 weeks. I also have a 5 month old that loves it. Great staff, atmosphere and location. If you have any issues they are quick to resolve and work closely with you. Thank you LBS for caring for my children and me as a doting parent.
Catherine Petty: If you need a place to drop you child whilst you go do your 9-5 shift or run errands then that place is ok. You walk in and there’s nobody at the front desk( one teacher runs in and out the classroom to serve as the front desk personnel . She’s also the assistant director because the director runs two locations). When you walk in in the morning, there’s no hello, hi (child name). You basically walk in and match your child to the class and walk out. Same when you pick your child up. Around 3pm, they basically hang around waiting for parents to pick their children up. I once walk in a toddler class where the teacher has grouped the kids in a corner and playing YouTube for the to watch. Simply put this place is awful when you’re involved in your child’s education. They also hate parents who ask questions. It’s like they are too busy. The owner should be ashamed of herself.
Danielle Leblanc: I love little Bright Stars. I love the staff, I love the kids, and I love the other families. I am so thankful that little bright stars come into our lives and I would recommend them to anyone. they're great with the kids, they're great with the families, and they have an overall great rapport. if you're looking for a great day care center for your child or children little bright stars is the place to go.
Illiana Roman: My daughter has been going here for two years now and i truly love this daycare. The staff is so kind they greet you at the door with a smile. My daughter is always happy when i pick her up she says she has so much fun. If i could give them more than Five stars i would, truly amazing!
Courtney Barry: Hands down the best day care in Worcester! My daughter LOVES turning onto Canterbury Street everyday :) Every parent is treated with respect from the staff AND the director. They are very thorough when it comes to safety. I love how many art projects my babies come home with every week. Shows how much fun the kids have going to school. Again, HANDS DOWN THE BEST SCHOOL IN WORCESTER.
Amanda Pires: Great Place work and bring your child and the director is awesome 💚💚💚
Sherri Mittelholzer: Little Bright Stars childcare is wonderful! The teachers go above and beyond to make the center a welcoming and enjoyable place. My family is always one of the first to arrive and we’re always greeted with smiles and pleasantries. My toddler has loved every teacher he’s had and has even made connections with those assigned to other classrooms. We receive a monthly newsletter that outlines the topics and activities for the weeks and allows us to continue learning at home. We’re so happy to have a reliable and caring place for our child to grow and learn .
Nhat Ly: One of the best daycares in town. I’m very grateful for what the teachers have done for my daughter ❤️
Alicia D: I absolutely love this center! My son started in 2016 when he was almost 2 and in 2017 my 11 week old daughter started. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the center is always clean. The director is AMAZING she goes above and beyond to let us parents know of any changes that go on in the center! I highly recommend Little bright stars and am excited to be having my new baby starting there next year!!!
cayane troy: Maybe a 2.5 rating. The director and the teachers could be a little friendly. You walk in to bring your child and there’s no hello, hi or whatsoever. When you greet them ,and you get a straight response back. You and your child simply don’t feel welcome by the staff. I always drop my child off scratching my head every morning.
Eduard Vaynberg: This day care is awesome it is run by professional staff kids are safe and secure there
Irene Drabkin: I am very happy with my choice. Excellent curriculum, lots of activities. Kind, caring teachers.
I E: Wonderful new childcare in the area!!! Spacious rooms, playground, very well equipped to develop the materials, all new! They use a real bed for an afternoon nap. Very friendly and welcoming staff !! I like it! The school has many levels:starting with infant room go all the way to Pre-K! Director, Jessica, very attentive and pleasant.

Guild of St Agnes Worcester: what do users think?
Jmine Ra: Was wonderful before greed took over! This place only gets worse,60 plus years of $$ profiteers ... Just read the history on their own website! And look at the original locations map ! Speaks for itself ! Follow the growth/$ a beautiful representation of how a monopoly grows! and where are all those injury reports going? missing children etc? Not everyone has a price!.... In loving memory of many who know exactly what I'm talking about
desiree ginese: My son goes here and I am not happy with the director ( Gloria Johnson) She is very rude when she calls me to pick my son up. They continually give him suspensions. They do not know how to handle children when they get upset. My son has tried telling his teacher about something one of this classmates said as blamed my son. He said the teacher wouldn’t listen to him when he was trying to tell her that it wasn’t him. I’m highly upset with this center. They had me sign a paper saying he will basically be expelled after so many suspensions. But it seems like right after I signed that.. they gave him one suspension right after the other. I need to get the number for the higher ups and talk to them.
Karen Judd: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ReliabilityWorked here a few years ago when it was on Highland St Worcester. The director had no clue how to handle issues. Allowed much unprofessionalism to go on in the center. Could run out to run personal errands but never took time to meet with staff when needed.
Zac Wisse: Very poor working environment. The director was unavailable and did not introduce herself. I applied for a certain position and was put in a different program. Staff did not take proper care of the children. They tainted the children when they cried as well as got in the child’s personal space when they were frustrated with their behavior. The isolated certain children based on race and did not Facilitate the curriculum they “prepared” via documentation. They did Have a kitchen with warm meals which was good for the kids and different centers to help somewhat with development.
Racheal Agyeman: Positive:Value
firas alkhalidi: Lack of school culture in dealing with what qualified the request
ياسر رمضان: جميلة جدًا وحريصين على طفل والنظافة والتعليم جيد
maria rivera: They amazing wit the kids
Kayla Merrill: I absolutely love this daycare. They have an awesome curriculum. I love how they have classes for different age groups. They make sure they get all of thier homework done and get to enjoy a snack. And they are also very dedicated to all of the children. Best daycare in worcester hands down!
