m c: Always receive very unwelcoming looks when I go for my son’s appointments from staff. Line is busy 6/10 times when I call to schedule or reschedule appointments. Over all I don’t feel like the staff is friendly or trained to recognize or handle patients with sensory/behavioral issues.

Tina Suy: Great place. My kids are very scared of the doctors and start screaming and crying like crazy.. for the whole visit. Everyone at Quality Kids Kare are always so kind and patient. Usually people would give me all kind of stares.. but not Quilty Kids Kare.. They help me and try everything with me to calm them down. Dr Kia McCarthy is amazing

I also like it because on weekends they always have a nurse on duty available to give me any advice. with Dr. Babu Pediatric there are no sick children. Since before my daughter was born, they always spoke highly of Dr. Babu to me. although doctor Babu retired his daughter continues his legacy.

Rebecca Sarja: Only one of the doctors there was a good one and knew what she was talking about. The staff at the front desk were always rude and had a bad attitude. Doctor babu once gave my baby shots and did not even place bandaids over her wounds just threw her to me and left the bandaids on the bed and left with no words. He also handled my baby very aggressively and left marks on her body from holding her down so hard. The rooms are extremely small and don’t even have doors, just dividers. I had the worst experience ever as a first time parent and will never recommend this facility. They also gave my 2 month old vaccinations without telling me the MANY risks of vaccinating a child before 6 months. Then they sent her over a prescription and gave me directions to give her the amount that only 2+ year olds should take (it was clear on the bottle that the amount they told me to give to her was to only be taken to children 2+ years old, she was only about 2-3 months old at the time), had I had listened to them, I could have overdosed my child. WORST doctor experience in the world. Very dirty enviornment as well.

Tatiana Reynoso Nin: Love love love this place, I’ve been going here since I was a little girl my self and i am 25 years old present time and now my 2 year old son goes here and he loves it they have been there for him since the minute he born at the hospital And that right there shows loyalty, they go above and beyond for me in the past and still doing the same with my son present time. Staff is amazing i defiantly recommend this doctor office to anyone with there young ones.

Yunguang Du: My kids were there for four years. Everything was good at the beginning. Then there was an exam which was not covered by insurance in the yearly checkup, which was out of expection because all the necessary items are supposed to be covered. Asked them not to do again. They replied Okay but still did it in the next yearly checkup. I was unhappy when I got the bill again for the same reason. I agured with them but they just insisted I have to pay instead of showing a little bit sorry about their mistake. The person who answered my phone wasn't nice at all(I'd like to use rude) for my late payment. She hanged off my phone when I was still talking after I paid. The worst experience for me.

Eden Sidlo: absolutely amazing, been bringing my daughter here since she was born and have never had a problem with them, super understanding staff, especially with young mothers. only one downside, since they are located inside of st vincents you cannot bring in your child to be seen if they have any sort of symptoms, but they are still very accommodating with telehealths

They always follow up 1st thing the next morning, whether child was taken to urgent care or called the off hours on call. Doctors are always on top of care. Never wait long for appointments, even last minute sick appts. Highly recommend!

corey Katherine: Not recommend, front desk is ok, but one tall Asian nurse seems loose money or someone owe her something, cold face, be shame of you. The pic shows the nurse very rude. And the pic in the right shows her fake smile, you will never see that woman smile in office and never listen what you say.

Sasha Rugar: The level of care has significantly declined from when Susan Weiss owned the practice. Now that dr. Kimball-wrenn has purchased, the care is centered around money vs. Careing for the children. It's really sad. You can also see that they don't care for the kids all over the office. From the books that were removed to the postings in the waiting office. I would urge you to look elsewhere if you care about your child.

Janepher Kyazze: Called a nurse today because my son has a fever and she was so unconcerned, she talked as though I was bothering her! Obviously I called because I’m worried! The nurse her name I believe was Joanne should really at least pretend to be concerned when a parent calls and sound supportive.... I hope this is an isolated incident and that she was having a bad day or something wow!

Kates Fam: Horrible office. The doctors lack knowledge in many many areas. They discriminated against our families choice to delay vaccination until we felt comfortable and kicked us out of the office for it. Discrimination is real, and it’s at this office! They also never informed us of the risks of vaccination and when we asked. They pulled up google on a laptop and had no idea what they were talking about. We’ve been with Worcester pediatrics for nearly 11 years and they don’t even know my children by name. Says a lot about the practice and how caring, thoughtful and unsupportive they truly are. Wish we left and found a different doctor when my boys were little. Go elsewhere!

I don't know why all the negative reviews about the front office staff or nurses, we have had nothing but good experiences here! Dr McCoy is the most amazing, kind, and caring doctor I have taken my daughter to yet! We absolutely adore her and are sad to be moving out of state and having to find a new pediatrician as she is the best we've ever had! Rebecca Sarja: My daughters doctor is Dr. McCoy and this review is NOOOOT for her! She is the most amazing sweetest doctor I could ever ask for. My review for today is based on what I experienced today with Dr. Riordan (I believe that is how you spell her name) I brought my daughter in for a horrible cough she’s had for the last two days, after nothing helping over the counter I came here for some help for her to get relief since her cough is keeping her up and making her vomit multiple times. I told riordan that she has a horrible cough and her response word for word was “yeah, well so does everybody.” I then responded with explaining that it’s so bad it’s making her vomit and she’s gotten no sleep and she then asked if she’s in school I replied with yes and her response was “yeah well that’s kind of what happens when kids go to school and don’t wear masks, they get sick, people tend to forget that”. Her attitude was extremely rude. She had us leave with 0 help, just said to take over the counter stuff and there’s nothing else to do. Which maybe that’s the case but she could have been nicer about it and not just brushing us off. She must forget she has a job BECAUSE kids get sick. Mind you, my family has been going to this practice since Dr. Young was there and every single experience with Riordan has been negative.

Nahani Meuse: Amazing local pediatric office. Dr Malkani has been my sons physician since he was 6 yr old (now 14) and we absolutely love her. Everyone from the receptionist, the nursing staff and all 3 pediatricians are very friendly, professional, helpful and thorough. You're never rushed and the doctors take all the time needed with each patient. We won't go anywhere else!

I've dealt with them and dealt with them because he has been with them since birth and I've finally had enough of their rude dismissive remarks every time I call or go in, everything is an issue with them,they talk to you like you are bothering them. They are even rude to my 6 year old! It's like they only hire people that have no compassion and push you on every issue. CHANGING HIS PCP OFFICE RIGHT NOW!

The NURSES however, when you call, obviously its more of an emergency type situation and they dont empathize while youre in panic mode because something just went wrong and they like to rush you off the phone and seem annoyed that they have to repeat themselves. can come off as rude! I would minus 3 stars if i could for them

Jaimee Cormier: My 5 year old has had Dr. Freemer since birth, we love her. I switched insurances to keep her when she moved... however since joining this practice I don't feel that the level of follow-up and communication with her is the same. I feel the staff is too busy and Dr. Freemer doesn't always receive the information, and it's not a personal as it was with Lisa, her former RN.

Kimberly Harris: I am giving this office for stars on mixed opinions. Dr. Wooddrif is an amazing guy. Hes funny, honest, spends time with his patients rather than rush them out the door. He genuinely cares for the children and their parents. His front end staff are great, very polite. The bad thing I have to say is on "nurse" has come off as rude the 2/3 visits I have had here so far. The first time I asked her not to give my child the rectal temperature (1st time mom) where she gave a percieved "witchy" face and lectured me in a condescending tone. The second time was yesterday, I had just gotten over the flu, and my 9 week son has been sick for 12 days. I made a same day appointment and proceeded to be 15 minutes late. Both my child and I are sick, and parking can be difficult there. After waiting for almost a hour to be seen with no one coming in to make sure we were comfortable, doing okay, or letting us know it going to be a few more minutes, I went to the nursing station and asked how much longer it was going to be. With a attitude I was told " hes in with a patient who was here BEFORE you" I then asked again how much longer it was going to be, since we have been here for a hour, the reply was "the patient is getting a full physical checkup and from what I hear you were fifteen minutes late" to which i had responded I just want to know how much longer it's going to be we have been waiting a hour. I got no clear answer, went back into my room and heard them talking about us, my room was right next to the station and my door was left ajar. I don't need to feel like rude nurses are going to affect my son's health or my comfortably when in these stressful situations, so thank you Dr. Wooddrif, but we are going to find another practice.
