WCLOC: what do users think?
Deirdre Gallagher: Saw a great show - MerrilybWe Roll Along. Talented cast and an intimate venue means not a bad seat!
Joyce Powers: Such talented actors! One of my favorite places to see a show.
Karl Meissner: Fun local theater
Nancy Johnson: Hilarious, magnificent performance by "God" et al. Such a reliever from Covid19 to chuckle so much. Thanks to all for making it so enjoyable.
Patricia Arena: I saw Three Tenors. It was funny and entertaining. They asked for Covid Cards before entering and everyone wore masks. They also had air purifiers going so I felt comfortable being there.
Alex Brown: I always enjoy the show!
mark laverdure: What a hidden gem! Great performance, the actors and actresses killed it! Great little theater..love to see something else here again, was very entertained.
David S Nolan: Wonderful local theatre company. Always a fun and interesting Season planned. And they are welcoming of support, involvement and contribution. HEY, we gotta have ARTS!
Julia Rangel: Went to see "The Drowsy Chaperone". I had a great time! Amazing food provided, funny content, awsome actors. Really everything you look for in a theatre.
Wes Young: A great venue for terrific local theatre!
Susan Robsky: Casual, crowded, enthusiastic audience and charming cast. All around good time
Patricia Barrie: This was the best play & every character was perfect for their roll. Enjoy everything I see here.
Phil Jones: Love the productions, hate the seats
Reba Frederics: WCLOC is a great little theater. I've seen many of their shows for the past five years. They have a nice variety of comedies and dramas (and musicals which I mostly skip as they aren't my cup of tea). They sometimes choose plays that focus on sensitive topics like racial tensions and violence against the LGBTQ community, which are very powerful to watch and discuss later with other theater-goers.Be sure to purchase tickets ahead of time, as they tend to sell out, and try to arrive about half an hour before showtime since there aren't many seats; a couple times my partner and I haven't been able to find two seats together. The ticket price is a little higher than I would expect for community theater in Worcester. Another important thing to note is the women's bathroom only has one stall, so the line can easily get long at intermission, and it is downstairs, which may be difficult for anyone who normally avoids stairs. They offer complimentary refreshments at intermission, but note that you're basically expected to make a small donation if you get refreshments. All in all, a wonderful way to see community theater in Worcester!
Laurie Moran: The WCLOC is by far my most favorite theater in all of Central Mass. The plays and acting are so superb and I continue to be amazed and delighted! I’ve been a season ticket holder for years and I’m looking forward to the first play of the new season! You must come!
Ginny Carpenter: Quality productions on timely issues. Excellent performances!
Tina Richard: A nice place. Watching one of the theater plays there.
Stephen Murray: This is Worcester's community theater. It has a lengthy history of serving Worcester with quality entertainment and programs for youth. A community treasure!
Linda Nordstrom: Wonderful space with great stage presence and seating. A lot of love, hard work, dedication and commitment created as well as maintains the comfy and surprising ambience throughout! I'll be back to this terrific place. Highly recommend a visit or ten!
Marina Matuzek: I 've performed here many times-the group is awesome! A very professional and enthralling "Chess" last weekend!
Gina Bernard: Always amazed to see the local talent

The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts: what do users think?
anthony derosa: Absolutely awesome!!!!
Dave Jenkins: Straight No Chaser was great. The venue is quite nice. The sound was good. The seats were quite comfortable. It seems clean and well maintained.
Carlos Andres: very nice theater.
Steve Wallis: The show was great. My seats in orchestra left row. Z were horrible no room compared to the rest of the seats and rows so one comfortable it ruined the night I’m a tall, big guy with a bad hip. I always get aisle seats to make it more comfortable for me that didn’t help tonight no where did it say anything about this row being different from the rest of the rows and I probably paid the same price as people in front of me that had so much more room
Daniel Call: This is a small, clean venue with a friendly staff and a food-allowed policy in the theater itself. The bathrooms were clean. Parking is conveniently located across the street.
David Desroches: Jesus Christ Superstar was AWESOME!!!
Anthony Long: It was a great experience
Mark Mahoney: Excellent venue. Beautiful interior. Top notch production of Hadestown
William Howe-Hughes: Great shows and great seats.
Paul Goulet: Red Hot Chilli Pipers were FANTASTIC!!! 3/11/2023
David Ariel Orue-Ortiz: Me gusto mucho ver a il divo.
Paul Beauchemin: Il Divo was phenomenal Awesome performance and show. Please bring them back
Daniel DiDonato: The theater was immaculate in the show was fabulous would definitely go again parking was a difficult though everything ran smooth it was great!
Michael Karkos: Great venue. It's clean and seems well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
David Palleschi: Excellent venue. Elvis Costello was awesome and sound was good.
Jerome Dausman: Saw the traveling company of the Broadway show Annie at this venue. The theater is over 100 years old, but has been wonderfully restored. The volunteer ushers were terrific. Great evening.
bruth F: A much more sane way to see Broadway touring companies as tickets are less $$ than Boston as is parking - though prices for parking have gone up 4x! Wish there were more restaurants within a block or two AND open after the show!
Mehfooz Ul Hasan: Great management & easy parking
Vincent Mwangi: It's nice
Rol rocketmanlady: Such a beautiful place..soooooo beautiful
Paul Lombardi: Nice interesting show! Quality performers and orchestra. A little political undertones, but I'm glad they get to say their piece.

Kevin Mccarthy: One of the most enjoyable evenings in a while. What a talented group of Alpha Psi Omega students and Alumni performing their 17th annual Show in 24 Hours!
Valerie Devaris: Great show. The acting was super. The sets were innovative. Wonderful Little Theater.
Larry Nelson Sr: Tiny venue but really good shows.
Kyle Mikolajczyk: Actors are tastey
e v: great college shows
Pat Canny: My first time setting foot in Riley was 11 years after graduating from WPI.
Nicole Kuberka: Different types of shows are put on here.
Thomas: The shows, almost exclusively done by WPI students are good, and they make very good use of what they have, but there's no denying that the facilities are very sub par for a school with such an active arts community.
Chris Jake: Historic place no longer open

SkyRise Theater: what do users think?
Kurt Eng: We had our daughter's 5th birthday here with the Harry Potter theme. SkyRise accommodated this theme for a slightly younger age group and we couldn't have been happier. The decorations were perfect and just enough. There were several activities (mental and physical) that kept everyone engaged and wanting more. The kids left happy with wands, gift bags, face painted and full of cake and pizza. There wasn't much more to ask for... but did I also mention that SkyRise pretty much ran and planned the entire event? As a parent, I got to sit back, take photos and enjoy the moments of my kiddo's birthday. A huge thanks to SkyRise and especially Jake who helped make the day magical.
J Mullin: Wonderful group of people who bring out the best in kids.
Jen Scalise: A really low key welcoming place for kids to explore acting.
David Pietrowski: Great little place, the staff was awesome! They do a great show for a small theater.
Alyson Casella: We had a Moana birthday party and were completely disappointed. Based on all the good reviews I had high hopes for a fabulous party. It started the minute we walked in. No themed music was playing and there were no themed decorations. The tables had orange table clothes, table confetti and a single palm tree. The story area had no decorations - just a chair and some wall streamers. It got started, Moana appeared and moved to sing-a-long and dance with Moana. It was all very awkward and Moana appeared timid. She was dressed the part, but the characters personality certainly didn’t reflect. The biggest disappointment was the music which appeared to be pulled off of YouTube (advertisements were played before the song). The craft was basic at best and didn’t take more than 2min.The flow of the party was very choppy. The director and the other staff didn’t appear to be on the same page on how the activities should be run. The coronation was such a disappointment. No music, the kids just walked down a cloth thrown on the floor. There was nothing special about it. The kids got a high five and a pin. Moana didn’t even give the kids the pin, the director did. The kids didn’t relate to him. They then informed ppl to move to cake and fruit (mid afternoon so no pizza). I had to suggest we sing Happy Birthday before ppl started eating. Also the lemonade and water they provide was warm and their was no ice available. Not a place I will have a party again.
judi fisak: what are the hours there?
Leyton Jackson: Amazing shows.
