Frank Kush: Pat, Justin and Oliver were on time, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job on my 2 chimneys. It was unusually hot for mid April and they remained professional, no complaining, great attitudes and they got the job done, as promised. Emma W: Pat and his team get 5+ stars! Pat, Dave, and Nick helped me with a large chimney job on an old late 1800s multi family home. Pat came out when he said he would to inspect the situation, gave me a quote within a few days of his inspection, and got me in touch with his office manager Amanda. Amanda was very helpful and prompt and got me on the schedule within a reasonable timeframe. On the day of the job, they showed up on time and did all of the work in a professional and friendly manner. They also kept their worksite very clean and were respectful of my tenant's and neighbor's needs. This was a big job which included: removing my old chimney liner and installing a new one, correctly repiping my appliances, replacing the flashing, installing a cap, waterproofing the chimney, and more. It is clear that they know what they are doing. Now that the job is complete, I feel so much better knowing that my chimney has been professionally repaired. Thanks again Pat and the crew!

They arrived on time for the work scheduled and communicated clearly on what work was being conducted and when it would be completed. Great job in matching the existing shingles with the patched roof section. I would share a photo, but it just looks like a roof now :) The office staff also ensured all of our questions were answered before we made our final decision to use their services.

Arthur Stucchi: We recently had a chimney liner installed by another company, and shortly after, we were told by our oil burner service technician that the new liner was not connected properly to the furnace flue and was a serious safety hazard. We were referred to Worcester County Chimney by our realtor and contacted Pat for a full inspection. Understanding the potential danger, Pat sent his crew out the next day for a full safety check and they confirmed the improper and hazardous installation. Pat explained the situation to us, and we had them come back to replace the liner. Pat’s crew was professional, courteous and most importantly clean; great customer service! A Green: They came to my house the first time and told me they didn’t have the right equipment to get on my roof. They came back the next time and told me they couldn’t go on the roof with snow on it. The roof was totally bare except for a patch of snow approximately 1’x2’. They told me they would call to reschedule and I never heard from them again. I had to hire someone else.

Jim Kee: I could not be more impressed with the job that Pat and his crew have done on our Cape house chimney, built in the 50s. Less than a month ago I learned that our chimney had deteriorated significantly. I called Worcester County Chimney & Masonry along with two other firms. Pat came out that evening, went up on the roof, examined the chimney, and sent me a detailed proposal that night. Of the three proposals that we received, his proved to be based upon the most thorough analysis of our needs. And the pricing was quite reasonable--promising top value for our dollar. When I called him back to accept the proposal, he immediately scheduled us for two days of work. The crew showed up when promised and executed the plan exactly as outlined. They were thoroughly professional in every respect. We love the look of the rebuilt chimney, and with a stainless steel lining system installed we know the chimney is built to last a long time before repairs will again be needed. We have dealt with numerous contractors over the years, and most have fulfilled the terms of their proposal in ways that were at least satisfactory. But I would say that Worcester County Chimney & Masonry was the best of the lot.

Eugene Coon: TriState exceeded our expectations. We needed a full rebuild of our Chimney, Fireplace, and Foundation. Mike, Brian, and Buddy from TriState were here everyday on time and frequently stayed late to get the job done timely. TriState was not only timely and professional but was also neat and organized. As someone who recently had a lot of work done on the exterior of our home (New Windows and Roof) we've learned that most construction teams are messy, and have little regard for the workspace while on the job. This is not that case with TriState. Extension cords were coiled up, debris cleaned up, pallets of equipment were well placed and covered each night. I will use TriState for the rest of my time in NE for any Chimney/Fireplace cleanings or repairs. I also will be highly recommending TriState to all of my family and friends. During the rebuild Mike was kind enough to explain everything his was doing and why. Mike Husson: So we were having a wood stove installed and was advised to have the chimney cleaned first. So we called A-Tec to have this done .They showed up on time and asked me why we were having this cleaned. I guess the reason for the question was to see how much work they had to actually do. After I told them about the insert they told me there’s no reason to go on roof and do any type of cleaning or inspecting but STILL charged me full price. Days later out plans fell through with the wood stove and ive called them back to come finish what I paid for and now they won’t call back. IraK: My chimney didn’t have proper drafting and Joe diagnosed the problem. He determined that somebody had incorrectly installed a chimney liner and rebuilt part of the chimney many years ago.To solve the problem, Joe installed a new smaller chimney liner inside the old liner (the old one could not be removed as it was cemented in place) and contacted a local HVAC vendor to confirm that everything would work with the current heating system as well as with a new system. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, competent and did a thorough job and a great job.When he was finished and handed me the bill it was for significantly less than what he had originally quoted me. I asked him why and he said he ended up doing things differently than he originally quoted. He’s not only an excellent chimney technician but also extremely fair and honest man. He came to our house to quote a lining for a gas fireplace insert and told us he would not match (or even come clos to the fireplace installation company quote. He did install the lining in our fireplace for our heating unit. He came out on time, did the work without incident and charged us what he quoted. Great job.
