Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
JM M: It's closed and the company hasn't updated there records.
Stephen G: Great quality, but high prices.
Jimmy Tseng: 喜歡他們的廚房用品
Katrina Parra: Seriously, like an over priced Kohls specifically for the latest kitchenware. 🙄 I was heavily disappointed. 1st time ever coming into this store and last. Yes, I can find all those products elsewhere and for less. The only thing they really have forthemselves is the dinnerware. They didn't have coffee or tea sets but they had basics for cocktails and espresso bars!
Antonio Hayes: The Best Cake Pans
Joseph Chow: Perfect for waiting the 1 bus to Woodland Station. They sell instant pot cookbooks and more.
Krista DeLaney: I was just browsing, so much high quality stuff.
JAE WON KWAK: You can always get the best service here👍
Kath Bowers: Very well stocked and always an inspiration!
Ana Paulina Diez-Gonzalez: Doris, one of the sales reps is really good. She takes her time to show you everything they have available that matches your needs
Albert Lee: Great customer service
Scott Tritcak: Everything you need with a good price
Brian Beauvais: Very helpful and friendly staff. Pleasure to shop here.
Anne Sebestyen: I had to make an exchange for an on-line order and called the Natick MA WS store to make sure that what I needed was in stock. Carolyn answered and was fantastic. She found what I needed, and even though it was Friday agreed to put it on hold for me until Monday. When I went in on Monday, Carolyn happened to be there and was just as friendly, attentive, and understanding in person as she was over the phone. The entire staff at the store exuded friendliness and caring as well as a deep and solid knowledge of the store's products. I definitely recommend the Natick Williams-Sonoma store.
Andrew Fleischer: Great place to daydream but the pricing is ridiculous.
Sharon Avant: The gentleman was very friendly I usually don't buy anything in that store because I have always been treated like i cant afford the store. Well my husband always wants to buy so much in there as he loves everything in there. For the first time yesterday we were treated very respectful and he even found the teapot in the color i was looking for and originally $100 we were willing to pay that but it was also on sale and marked down to $79. Very happy with my purchase and service.
Thomas Burnham: Freindly, knowledgeable service. Great store!
Mohammed AL-Maqbal: I arrived to the store 10 minutes after closing time. I can see one employee inside the store so I called the number on the door and The guy answered me so I asked him my question about the espresso machine, I said i know you guys are closed but I just need an answer or if you have the part I need so I can come tomorrow, i’m outside the store now. What happened was awesome, above and beyond, he said “will I’m sorry we’re closed and I can’t talk to you like that I have to let you in i was like 😦. Keith thats the employee’s name, I stayed for nearly 30 minutes, he answered my questions all of them, he explained and showed me how to clean my espresso machine, and he also gave me an advice on how to extend the life of the machine.Thank you Keith,
Emily Kay: Came in to look at an automatic espresso machine that we were thinking of purchasing. Upon asking if we could see a demo, we were rudely told that “demos are only for people who are considering buying a machine” by a woman with a terrible attitude. I’m sorry, but why do you think we were asking?? They eventually agreed to demo one of the machines (she demoed the wrong one, that was 2x our price range) and was not able to answer the most basic questions. We got more info by reading the label. It’s fine if you don’t know everything about a product, but the attitude was unnecessary and apparently very common based on other reviews. We then went upstairs to Sur La Table who happily demonstrated multiple machines so we could easily compare functions. All of our questions were answered by a very kind, knowledgeable staff member. We ended up happily purchasing our Jura E8 from Sur La Table and can not recommend them enough over William Sanoma.
Don Watson: Worst customer service I ever experienced! I purchased three enameled baking dishes from WIlliams-Sonoma online. When they arrived two of the three had blemishes and I wanted to exchange them for unblemished ones.I called customer service and asked if I could exchange them at my local store so I could inspect the dishes to make sure they were first quality. Customer Service assured me this was no problem.I went to Williams-Sonoma at the Natick mall today to execute the exchange where I encountered Liz the rudest “Manager” of a retail establishment I’ve ever met.Liz told me I needed a receipt to do any form of exchange/return. I explained to her that since I ordered this online the only receipt I had was the original email I received confirming my order. I could show here that email from my phone. She said that wasn’t good enough and needed a paper receipt.I asked if she was suggesting I drive home, print the email receipt and return (a forty mile round trip) just to give her a paper receipt. All she said, as she turned her back to us and started walking away, was “we need a receipt for any returns”.Williams-Sonoma you just lost a loyal customer!!! I will never purchase from you again, in store or online. I already shredded your Credit Card and Pottery Barns too. Definitely not going to purchase from you affiliated brands either.
Bob Zagami: Love the store.
