I initially sought treatment for hip pain, but in the past several months, I have received treatment for allergies, asthma, and neck/back pain. During my first visit, he thoroughly explained the procedures of acupuncture (which I was familiar with) and cupping (which I was not). Dr. Dang makes adjustments in the treatment based on what I need. He is always open to answering my many questions, which is invaluable in a healthcare professional. Marni Sweetland: As a regular community acupuncture patient and volunteer I was excited to try a new place in another town and state. I got a treatment which is what I wanted, but it wasn't the feel good experience that I have had at other clinics. I gave details on what I wanted the acupuncturist to treat, and asked questions about possible causes and relationships like I usually do. The acupuncturist was dismissive and didn't want me to hypothesize. It seems that I was being put in place as a patient. Maybe the other acupuncturists are different there but I wouldn't go back to the one I saw.
