Sara Noel: The BEST Chiropractors in MA! Seriously, don't even bother going anywhere else - WFC cannot be beat. I've been to other chiropractors in Worcester and I was so unimpressed. I couldn't believe how amazing the service was when I first went to WFC, and after going for about the 20th time today, I told myself "ok, I need to go home and be one of those people that writes Google Reviews because people need to know how great they are." Vanessa Gweh: I was recommended here multiple times, and was so happy I finally made the decision to come.I got hit from behind 8 years ago and went to plenty of PT and do daily exercises to help with my neck that I have had problems with ever since. It was effecting me to the point I would get headaches so bad if I skipped a day of exercises and heat to the point that I wouldn’t be my best self for myself or the kids emotionally, mentally or physically. I had enough and said I need to do something. I was one of those people that didn’t want my neck touched, didn’t mid my back being adjusted but something about my neck scared me. They were totally okay with what ever I was comfortable with doing, so we worked with the activator. As I become comfortable and understood exactly what they do, I became trusting and comfortable with them adjusting my neck by hand. When I started I had a headache a week at least if not more. Since I started going 10 weeks ago I have only had 3 headaches. Progress 😊 also they are friendly in every way, from the welcome to the answering service, to the little details around the office for the kids, and the special thank you gifts. Elise Capillo: I feel like I got really lucky finding WFC. Picked it off an insurance list and was hoping it was okay. It was actually better than "okay", it's really an awesome place. After I had my first appointment with Dr. Kacey King I was excited to work on my health but then the following week I fell. Ugh, and in the middle of Covid. I couldn't get Urgent Care to answer the phone and the website said they were busy with Covid patients. My Drs office wouldn't answer the phone either. I called WFC and they not only answered right away but also knew exactly what I needed and I went in that day for an assessment, limping and hoping on one foot. It wasn't pretty. Dr. Kacey helped me and assessed that my knee was probably a bad strain, I had ultra sound and was really taken care of. My recovery has been much quicker than I expected too because of the care I received. There is a great vibe in the office, a really plugged in dedicated staff. Dr. Kacey is young and smart and dedicated. I got lucky. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I highly recommend, don't even think twice.

Nikki Peters: I cannot recommend Healing Hands enough. For years I had terrible daily headaches. I saw a neurologist, had brain MRI’s done and even injections into my head that we’re supposed to help, but nothing worked. The neurologist mentioned that the headaches were likely the result of misalignment, but suggested I continue the injections. I did some research and everything I read said these types of headaches can benefit from chiropractic care. I was nervous, especially with it being on my neck and head but she used a special tool that allowed a more gentle alignment and assured me that she would do the adjustments slowly. After 3 sessions my headaches have gone from daily to maybe once a month at most, and as a bonus I find that I sleep much better and have more energy than before. I went to Dr. Cao with painful, persisting symptoms from a back injury that had been affecting numerous aspects of my life. It'd been 2.5 months since the incident. I'd been seen by an Occupational Health professional, an Orthopedic doctor, a Neurologist, and received Physical Therapy with variable results. Mr Ish tv show: I don’t recommend this place, the workers are very unprofessional an they don’t honor their appointments. They watch you come in an invite other people to be serviced before you even though you were scheduled at that time. This place is worse than the actual pain in my spine!!!!

But most importantly I always left feeling relaxed and in less pain. I would highly recommend this location.Only downside is the tiny parking spaces on the side of the building, but you can park in front on the street if you’d like.

I was harmed.Oct; 2009; At first they (Ian and Arlene Simpson) corrected ear ringing caused by a misaligned neck vertebrae from another chiropractor doing a unbalanced alignment. Then, when I wanted to stop treatment because I told them I feel fine, and do not need any more treatments; they talked me into staying longer, then started doing the same unbalanced, neck, and back misalignments that the old chiro applied that caused health problems!I ended up at U-Mass hospital Belmont street, Worcester, MA on Friday night (after Arlene Simpson did a lot of unbalance neck, back alignments) with vertigo, blind spots in my vision. Ian and Arlene Simpson, Highland Chiropractic did not answer my messages asking for help all weekend. Said they did not recognize my number on their cell phone. Took me in on Monday morning, kept me waiting in the office with vertigo, fear as he complained for 10 minutes about his parking space. Then he did another bad neck alignment, increased the vertigo, then threw my back out with a one sided unbalanced alignment; I asked him to please do the other side so its balanced like a good chiro does. He said he wont because if it does not pop I will complain so he may as well not even bother trying. Then he, Ian Simpson, said I will never be cured and have to stay with them for 240 appointments and more for life! Then made me sign a release form stating I agree injury can occur from chiropractic treatment.Other new chiropractors then examined me after this injury and said highland had a main vertebrae on the base of my neck that connects to the rest of the spine twisted on the spine and many other mis-alignments. Took 5 chiros before I found 2 that would take the risk of repairing Highlands damage. Said these are the kind of chiros that give good chiropractors a bad name! I am still suffering dizziness, neck pain, vision, hearing problems, numbness in arms, cant work, difficulty walking after 18 months!! Cant sleep without waking up partly blind, dizzy...Keep yourself and children away from these Criminals!! They like to work on kids, sports injuries. Call Medical for a list of 4+ other patient injury complaints against Highland!This man and wife team are crooks, they are scary people that seem nice, friendly but want to dis-align a persons spine to keep the patient dependent on endless treatments. They will also try to get the patient to buy 'Isogenetics health product kit' and sell for them - a multi-level marketing scam! Many of the ingredients, strange herbs cause health problems! Example MACA and bilberry LEAF cause Thyroid hormone impairment and other health problems.Update; Sept., 2014; honest doctors took x-rays and fixed as much of the damage they could that the Simpsons caused. Took years to get over the vertigo, trouble walking, sleeping, bouts of blindness, wandering eye, double vision, many other problems these evil chiropractors caused. Check Medical; I meet many people in Price Chopper and other stores, work places that have been injured. Kids are being injured. Check Medical for complaints!I was also healed by a different Chiropractor 2 years later. In April 2023 I am still healthy. There are good and bad doctors. Avoid Highland. Find a different Chiropractor. Massage, Physical Therapy, Osteopath also helps.

J Kon: I have been going here for three years on and off. Doctors Ian and Arlene are wonderful people and a pleasure to chat with.They really know their stuff. I had a pinched nerve in my upper back/neck that would shoot pain down the right side of my neck and back and numbness and tingling down my right arm. Doctor Ian has fixed me right up and pain and numbness are gone. I still go every three or four weeks to keep it "in tune." Do yourself a favor, get off the pain meds and call to make an appointment.
