Matthew Resnick: I went around breakfast time hoping to have a good experience. I was met with overpriced parking, but was still hopeful the service would be worth it. Unfortunately this is not the case. The atmosphere was dull and uninspiring. Only a small selection of items were available, and orders had to be placed within a very small window. Rather overpriced items I will add. And worst of all was the unbelievably slow service. I waited for hours.I had a very disappointing experience and hopefully will not be returning in 3 years.

Heather Pierce: Large, clean building. Many departments including housing court, juvenile matters, family & probate. Security & metal detectors upon arrival. You must remove items such as jewelry, belts, keys, steel toed boots/shoes. You will get these items back once passing through the metal detector. Drinking fountains & restrooms available on each floor. Elevators & stairs available. They have a small cafe in the basement with tables & chairs, where you can order things such as coffee or muffins, bagels, other snacks & drinks. Court cases are usually pretty lengthy, so depending on which day you come, you could expect to wait a long time, especially if you get put on 2nd call, which is generally after lunchtime break. I strongly suggest arriving early. You will most likely have to listen to other cases not related to yours, with the exception of juvenile matters, which are usually private, because they involve minors. You can find your name/case listed on the board if you arrive on your scheduled date, except for juvenile cases, or if you need assistance, see the clerk at the desk of the department that you need help with. You will most likely have to wait in line. Handicapped accessible. Mediation available for select cases. If you're not sure if this is an option for your case, they will usually be able to look into it & let you know. It does help to know your docket number & bring all of your paperwork with you, any important or relevant information that is pertaining to your case. You may wish to bring a family member or trusted friend for support. This is usually acceptable. For those who cannot afford filing fees, you can request forms of indigency to waive the fee, but you do have to prove low income, such as being on government assistance or disability. Court is closed on weekends. Off-street meter parking. Nearby parking garages that charge by the amount of time spent, such as an hourly fee. Overall, this courthouse is usually professional & conducts business in an appropriate matter. Most judges are fair & respectable. I once had a very unfair judge, who no longer works with the Worcester courthouse.

Rajesh Singh: I would like Legislative should pick up my case and review. Make necessary improvement to law. There has to be sign of abuse. Not just mere statement. Just on mere statement, the restraining order should not go on permanent record. I understand Plaintiff want some relief but defendant should not be convicted just on statements when we know almost everyone has lied in their life and when Plaintiff agrees under oath to lie on one incidence and has made statement that is wrong. Plaintiff agrees I was 60 ft away when she makes claim I am blocking her way? What is Blocking?I understand there are bad apples. But everyone is bad apple is not right too. My life has been affected. Judge could not distinguish between parenting and law. I have every doubt to believe Judge is very unqualified for the Job.There was no notice served to my wife. Judge forced her to sit in hearing without giving her right of representation. She did not know what was the complain against her and was asked to defend herself. She got convicted too.

Gabriel Marks (Gabe): I tried to make it lower than one star. Court officers don't know standing SOP. Probation service doesn't verify court orders and don't realize that civil court/municipal and district court are different. My rights were violated nobody seemed to care.
