Kjarad “KJ”: Walked in to find everything insanely over priced. The owner gave us five min then said she was closing about three hours early without apology even though we said it was our first time. Typical daddy’s money payed off this store attitude, no consideration toward customer experience or their own reputation. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME AND GAS THIS IS NOT A THIRFT STORE!
d-jemme: Aesthetically, this store is amazing. Whoever did this store up should win a prize for that - as far as that's concerned, it's five stars. Seriously so cool. The mark-up on the clothes is just crazy though. There are very few acrylic eighties sweaters in the world that deserve a $40 price tag. My mom and grandma, ladies who never rid themselves of anything, are apparently sitting on a small fortune as far as their closets are concerned.

Jessica Crowl: I was having a tough day, needed to take up some time waiting for something, and also needed some sweaters, so I looked up the closest thrift shop to where I was, as I’m not from Worcester, and Grime was first on the list. Molly, the owner greeted me with a smile, and I asked for her help finding some warmer clothes, as I’m traveling. She was SUPER helpful giving me feedback on things I tried on, and our conversation helped me take my mind off of things. This store is not only one of the coolest stores I’ve ever been in, they have a FANTASTIC selection, fair prices, and Molly, the owner is a wonderful human. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll for sure come back. THANK YOU!!
Fox: Very cool store, but really isn't a thrift store. If you have to have a "less than $100" section of your for sale category it's a consignment shop. Very misleading especially for people who only have the money to shop at an actual thrift store.
Taylor Packer: Happened upon this thrift shop by accident and it did not dissapoint! This store offers a well curated assortment of vintage and thrifted pieces, with fairer prices than I've seen from stores of this quality. Great vibes, they also offer some great photo spots inside as well.

Avery Kurzontkowski: Its honestly always the same exact stuff and they don't dust the store. It has a lot of potential, but not worth a stop. Everything is cheaply made and very overpriced. Every time I have been in there is never new stuff to look through, always the same musty clothes.

Lauren Kress: This store has a really awesome selection with lots of gems and quirky old stuff. The decor and atmosphere in there is definitely cool. But I have to dock stars because the prices are really high in spite of the clothing having defects. I understand that it’s an independent business and that thrift stores carry used clothing, but I spent $26 on a pair of pants that ripped literally the following day (and I wasn’t doing any crazy exercise that day or anything, just walking around). That to me is really not worth it and they should probably have a bit better quality control if the prices are going to be this high.
Wendy Xie: A great consignment shop with lots of excellent finds for vintage women’s clothing! Prices are mid-range, so some really great vintage treasures seem very reasonably price for their age, condition, and quality but some basics (t-shirts, tank tops) seem more expensive than they need to be. Overall the vibes are so on point and I always find something I love here! Recommend checking out the dresses rack in particular👌🏻staff are always super friendly as well!

Jazmin Hampton: Visiting my parents in Worcester and have been so excited to visit the shop. I follow on social media and have been waiting to go and buy. The store is super cute but was very turned off by the customer service. I was barely greeted, wasn’t asked if I needed help or what I was looking for, wasn’t asked if I wanted to join the loyalty program or anything. I still purchased something, but probably would have purchased more if I felt comfortable being in the shop in general.
Beth Chien: I absolutely love this boutique in Worcester! Great quality clothes and so very stylish!! Wide range of sizes and suitable for all ages! This is my go-to boutique since I moved here from St. Louis. i can’t say enough good things about this store. Oh! And it’s totally affordable!! There are some Free People items and jewelry pieces that get up there in price; but most items are under $50. Love this store and the vibe. And the owner is so nice!!!!

Ellos dijeron que no es la primera ves que pasa que han recibido muchas quejas .para que no pase esto busquen. Personas que sepan hacer su trabajo en este lugar hay camaras y detector de robo tiene que estar una sombra detrás de una persona. Ya no vale la pena comprar en este lugar por eso no e regresado más.
Fellow Human: These people are running a scam, you buy something, but they’ll never return it not even for a store credit the receipt says you have 14 days for a full refund and 30 days for a store credit. Nope not happening, I went to return some items was talking to this lady and out of nowhere a ready to fight charged up woman came stormed the place yelling and rude just for been a manager, who cares..anyway not going back there ever I don’t recommend it to my enemy.

The people there, brought everything to our apartment & I’m forever grateful for the kindness & the great old sturdy furnishings for suchwonderful prices. As a student, money was tight. I will always be grateful for the service they provided for us in our time of need.Now as a grown adult, I am a successful person with a good profession & try to give back when I can & do still shop at a goodwill store for blue jeans when I lost a bit of weight & didn’t really know what size I was. I tried on a few pairs & purchasedwhat I needed. I also bought some fancy dresses for my nieces to use when they played dress up. They loved the clothes. I filled a huge box for them & it was so much fun watching them try on & play for hours with the clothes. I think my sister gave the dresses back to the Goodwill when the girls grew up.I’ve always been amazed at how clean & organized all the goodwill stores are. I’ve moved around many times & always try to find a local store to shop & to give them a lot of my clothes as I thin out my closet. You all do a great service to the community & I know a lot of folks who wouldn’t be able to afford clothes for themselves & their children, if it wasn’t for you & your service. Thank you very much. Ashwin Alexander: A very good thrift store with clothing accessories and kitchen ware focused..There is quite some turnover at this place. Everything seems to be arranged quite well. There a lot of times I felt the prices are not a bargain. Lol. I mean these are completely used or thrown away goods then why is it necessary to price it even half the original value..Thrift stores you might something very interesting and take some money plus environmental friendly. ✌️.Note - they have student discount every Thursday. 15%and a senior citizen discount on Tuesdays i think.

Penelope looks like she hates customers SVETLANA is horrific and An older white woman piled my items near her as if she was taking them home places my receipt on the counter in front of her no handing it no thank you for shopping no bag which you have to Pay FOR NOW SERIOUSLY YOUR INVENTORY IS FREE BUT OUR BAGS CANT BE WOW. Jay Diaz: Can't say enough how much I like this thrift shop. I go about once a week on any random day. I like that they have a variety of items for sale from clothing, housewares, furniture. And not only do they sell used items they also have a section of the store dedicated to new items aswell. Prices are normal if not lower than what you would expect. Depending on your purchase they will even offer you one or two free breads from the bakery items. Here is a picture of todays random find. Silk tie matching handkerchief and cufflink set. Only $6.00. Also forgot to mention they do a half price off the store sticker. Depending on the color sticker for the month.

Shannon Rice: This place is always dirty. The bathrooms are usually closed, and when they are open, they are absolutely disgusting. There's no changing rooms, so customers can't try on clothing. The prices have become so high. It's not worth going to this "thrift shop" anymore. The inside employees don't seem to care about the state of the store.*The gentlemen working outside at the donation dock were fantastic. They were friendly and efficient.
Mary Depew: Today I bought a jar/vase of jewelry/watches, now sold by the pound at Savers for n Worcester. The total contents was JUNK. Not even one good item. And filthy too, all broken, What a scam, I brought back the vase of items and just left it at the register with my notes. Didn’t bother to ask for refund. I blame myself for being too dumb. Do not but any jewelry by bulk in the Worcester store. I made a donation of 49.95, I used up my 20% credit on this purchase. I refused to also pay to put in all in my yellow Worcester trash bags to dump it. So I brought it back . They will try to resell it I imagine. Giggle. Didn’t bother to take photos. Total waste of my time and money. Infuriating.

Worst part is their obvious price gouging & common filth. Definitely not "non-profit" despite what this company claims.

PTLAPTA: Crowded, filled with rude and disrespectful clientele and condescending staff. Lobby reeked of pot smoke, and people bring their loud yapping dogs inside, letting their filthy mongrels ride in the shopping carts.
Roseane Da Fonsêca: Someone STOLE my PURSE with all my documents and cards INSIDE THE STORE! I asked to close the door so that the person wouldn't leave and they said they couldn't do that and since they didn't see the image of who took my purse they simply said they couldn't do anything. I'm very disappointed because I saw the moment the theft happened, if they had closed the door, probably the person would have discarded my bag because he/she wouldn't have been able to leave the store with it and I could have my things back. So if you go shopping there just be careful
Lisa Glassman: No dressing room, no returns, no store credit. Therefore: buy it, try it, and if you don't want it, go back and be ready to BUY SOMETHING NOW in order to exchange your item. I rarely go there, but made the mistake recently, and want folks to know- it has changed. No dressing rooms, and overall just dirty. Some people rely on places like Savers, and this setup is awful for those who need it most.

PHYLLIS DIXON: Jim is the worst manager I have ever experienced at this store he and Lola are so close they look like they're about to kiss every time I see them but he's too roton and she's too much of a gossip and running her mouth and to do anything else she's awful and fake and a gossip every time I come to this store all she does is talk about coworkers and how bad people are how bad the Shoppers are complain about what they do wrong if they put hangers in the wrong place she's mad about that if they have too much or complain about her she accuses them of stealing she is the worst addition to this store ever since she's come here I've hated shopping there ever since Jim has come I've hated shopping there they poison people with their horrible attitudes and they're horrible work ethic Lola is the worst customer service rep I have ever seen there and Jim is the worst manager lose them both or this store will never be right they accuse me falsely but I felt like this before they did it they've had it out ever since I complained about their awful ways and I won't take it back I'd rather never step foot in that store again all they do is smoke and talk about everybody I wish there were more managers like Heather good work ethic great personality and wonderful to be around Jim is the scum of the earth and Lola his sidekick Uncle Tom is just as bad

He humiliated me embarrassed me I put my things back and left I will never ever donate again ever this person should be fired because I know for a fact I am not the only customer who treats this way He is an absolute disgrace to savers
Carrie Milinazzo: Store is filthy. Bad selection, no fitting rooms, no returns. So if you buy something that doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for something else. And then what? Go home, try it on, and pray that it fits? Huge waste of time. Staff is rude, every time I go in there they’re yelling at customers, ordering people around at the checkout (which is unnecessarily confusing). The prices for things also almost never make sense. $12 for a shirt that’s torn and stained? $11 for Walmart brand t-shirts?? The system for dropping off donations is terrible too. You have a bag of clothes to drop off, and a screaming baby in the car? Too bad, you have to wait in line behind 2 cars with full trunks and a pickup truck with a whole couch to unload. There’s no convenient way to drop off donations. You will be disappointed if you go here. I’m never spending my money or donating to Savers again, and I suggest anyone reading this does the same. It’s just a huge scam.

tyler wills: We went to our Worcester Burlington Coat Factory on March 28th 2023 , this store is extremely well lit . Nice big large store. Had a decent amount of stuff , wide variety of odd's & ends. Sone selections of this store were really messy & so were really neat & tidy. We "all" got some interesting stuff & left Burlington happy 😊 ! I got a nice Heavy-duty tote - bag with a Gaint Camera 📷 on , as a" Photography 📸 " I had to get that bag ! It was a fantastic price ! I do enjoy shopping at Burlington stores, this store is overall a good store ! The Men's Restroom was so extremely clean , " NOT " messy at all ! That was a blessing to use a clean pubic bathroom. The employees were nice ! I'll definitely go back to our local Burlington store ! Hopefully soon ? Burlington has a lot of unique & unusual stuff here !
