BJ's Wholesale Club: what do users think?
Nick Mazzone: Very good selection
Mitchell Hajec: The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly 😁
iM FOCUS Man: Considering the different options around this area for groceries. This is the place for your grocery needs. Buying bulk is the way to go for a large household. In addition, they have a BJs gas station around the corner which is an additional savings. Buying bulk saves money, buying BJs gas saves money. Win-Win!
Ken Stein: Look, either have the self checkout machine badger me about renewing my membership, or the person with the marker at the exit. Not both. I KNOW. Heckling me twice about it will not change things.
Abanob Samir: I recently purchased a product from BJ's Wholesale Club and when I tried to use it I discovered it had expired. It was a huge inconvenience to me and a complete waste of my money. In addition, I was disappointed and frustrated that a store like BJ's, that I rely on for my everyday needs and groceries, would not have ensured that their products were in date. I certainly hope this will not be repeated and that the products I purchase in the future will be of the quality I expect.
Bert Breuel: My preference in Wholesale!!!
A.J. Purcell: This one always seems to have what I'm looking for. Have been going here for years. My only criticism is it is mostly self checkout now. I understand why stores have moved to a lot more self checkout, but if you have a big cart of stuff, it just seems like we should get a little bit of a discount of some sort for doing the work that use to be an included service of the store. Just saying.. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Rob Hatton: Haven't been here in a long time, wow great selection. And it wasn't so crowded. Have to go again.
Pawel Mardziel: After using family member BJ card, I paid using my own credit card. Few months after I got charged $55BJS MEMBERSHIP for which I never knowingly consented to. DO NOT use your credit card there, apparently you will be auto enrolled into a membership. What a scam !!!
John Piehler: It is good for large bulks
Yolanda Snowball: Is there have ham at this location let me know?
Georgia Moir: I have always had great experience with the staff. I know what I'm looking for and don't mind sometimes having to wait in a short line; the line does move relatively quickly. Since I am now disabled and use EBT, I deducted 1 star because I cannot use it for pickup or delivery, as I can with other sources. I hear that this payment option will be coming soon!
Liz Mikkila: BJ’s in Auburn Ma terrible!! Woman at the deli has the worst customer service, if she doesn’t like her job then please go find a new one. The past 2 weekends she had been so RUDE! Never any shopping carts. We pay $55.00 a year for membership and I don’t even have a cart to use!!! Will not renew 👎
Lisa Ells: Great selection and prices
Maria Cocker: One register open. Self checkouts full. Left our food there and walked out. OPEN some registers! Your prices are not that much cheaper than anyone else and why do you have to clip coupons?
Dayana Veron cortez: I found everything I needed
Brian LaBonte: Great store but the worst web site I ever seen
Wicked Missy: Extremely poor customer service. Poor selection of fresh food items. Not worth the membership fee. I would go on in further detail, but it is clear that this location has gone downhill and no one seems to care.
Ivonne Blanco: ⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRES. They don't balance the tires and they didn't put some of the lug nuts back. They also charged my credit twice when i purchased the tires. When i went to the customer service desk they were not helpful at all.
Alex Filatov: EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE FOOD THERE. Rib eye steaks were thin sliced and $15.99 a lb for Select which is the lowest grade of beef.. COSTCO WINS HERE BY A MILE. Don't sell garbage beef for a premium price.
shawn Steve ns (Chesley): This place has gone down hill. Nobody at the deli counter. The vegetables and fruits are all old. It’s not worth the Membership fee

BJ's Wholesale Club: what do users think?
Jessica Beck: The cashier named Maureen is extremely rude to customers and has an attitude. She argues with elderly and disabled customers. If I was management I would firer her immediately.
Tom Varano: Don't bother your self with the tire center the worst . Not helpful at all you are better off go somewhere else. The guy behind the counter was so rude very rude
Amber Carreon: Whoever makes the muffins in the bakery is the reason why I love this location.
Valerie Stephens: Shopping at BJs for years, groceries and gas prices are the best but I so much miss my large can of my favorite coffee "Chock Full o Nuts nuts""
Kevin Ambadan: Honestly, be mindful of Best Before/Expiration dates when shopping here. The number of times we've bought products from here only to realize later that it is already past the expiration dates is worrisome. The return process is straightforward thankfully. Now whenever we do shop here, we make sure to check everything's expiration date before even putting it into our shopping carts. The staff are friendly, but they seem understaffed. The app is actually useful to clip coupons to get a nice chunk of savings, so makes sure you go thru the coupons before/during your shopping visit. The main reason we go here is for the gas.
Alexander Curley: The store had an item on display, when I went to buy it, the only ones left were 25 feet up on the top rack. The service desk associate talked to the manager and told me there were no forklift certified employees working at the time and the manager assured a pallet of them would be pulled down when they stocked the store overnight. A minor inconvenience, but I understand given all the current staffing issues going on everywhere. I left my name and phone number and planned on stopping by the next day.20 minutes into my drive home and the service desk called me. They said the manager wanted me to drive back and pay in advance for the item or he wouldn't have the pallet pulled down tonight. I just don't understand why they wouldn't just restock the item for me or in case anyone other than me would want to buy it.The service desk guy was nice, but management is clearly an issue.
Renato Porto: I'm very disappointed with the BJs here in Hudson MA. Just today I slightly misunderstood the wording of a coupon and when the manager came over, he told me I "need to learn how to read properly". Then walked away, no help. I'm very upset with this kind of behavior.
christine swain: I enjoy shopping with BJ's but Comenity Bank is so difficult to work with. They changed their address and I did not update it in my online banking account. It worked for awhile but eventually a payment got returned. I needed to call the customer service number. It was awful! It took me four tries until I actually got someone in the united states. The call center that is not in the united states is a zoo. The background noise is impossible. The representatives must mute themselves and sometimes don't take themselves off mute so that you give up and just hang up. I finally was able to reach someone and they only took off 1/2 the late fee since I have never had a late payment before. At this point I am just glad it's over but BJ's should seriously consider using a company inside the USA!
Bianca: The only good thing about Bj's is the gas prices. Loss prevention old granny smells like cigarettes. They have a variety of ultra processed and junk foods. Self checkout machines are super annoying when they ask you to empty the whole cart on the scale. Prices are not worth it. Coupons don't automatically discount at checkout. Prefer to drive 40 minutes to Costco.
George Thomas: Hello Fellow shoppers,BEWARE of this BJs.The prices here are not the same as other BJs,Bisquick is $8.29 a box every other BJs Leominister,Nashua NH,Bisquick $6.29.There are several other items,as far as I can tell with prices that are $2 and even $3 dollars higher.Shame on YOU !!!! BJS. LOL butter is cheaper in Market Basket.$3.00 more for 8 pack of Bush Beans at this BJs.
Jamie Eichelberger: Prices are not what they used to be. Some things are not a bargain. Employees are very helpful and kind.
Gregg Hamm: Love the deli
BeantownLegend69: Such rude staff! So glad my wife and I cancelled our membership, everytime we dealt with the front desk for returns they were always rude jerks and unhelpful, I believe it’s the new management to blame for their awful customer service. When we cancelled today the cigarette lady with a bad attitude snapped at us “any reason why?!!” Yeah because you guys are terrible at customer service and never friendly!
Paulo Figueiredo: Bill T. And Lucas are the best, they helped me a lot today.
Joe Gallo: Read a few negative reviews of tire shop. The guy who helped me was great! He answered all of my questions, told me I could come back to get my lug nuts tightened (apparently the loosen after install) , and was on time for my apt! I will be back
無限のゼロVlad: Ive been of fan of bjs for over 1,000 years. They play mid music, if the continue to play mid music ill be forced to unsubscribe. I won't be adding bjs to my playlist. Yb owns you sadly + ratio
Eudes Pereira: Muito bom.
Annette Mahon: Horrible management and customer service.I come here a few times a week as I have a business. My cart is always full, and due to a lack of customer service, I have resorted to checking myself out. The staff see me coming with my full cart and walk away from the register as if they didn't see me. I can understand this happening once or twice, but the frequency cannot be a coincidence. That said, I have noticed that the staff in the back are always busy, hard working, and helpful...here's a tip, move them to the front.I was checking out today, and no exaggeration, five people were standing around talking and not a single one would acknowledge me, much less help.I have been coming here for years, but I am going to look for other alternatives.
Devyani: Best place to shop in bulk.
Rapunzel Miller: Love the buying in bulk idea. It was cheaper to buy from BJs years ago.Now the prices on some items are way above cost from the grocery stores.
Jerome Johnson: Huge varieties. Prices are great
