Lydia Santiago: The pharmacy staff is rude and disrespectful. We made complaints and nothing. They need new management and staffing and also customers service trainings

Amanda Dupre: I gave them a two because at least the MAT program runs correctly and treats you like a human. The health side is HORRIFYING! I can never get through to talk with my doctor ever, the line just rings and rings and when someone finally answers they either put you on hold or they are super rude. I am thinking about changing my masshealth and getting help elsewhere, if I didn’t love the MAT nurses/DRS so much I would’ve already done it. They really need to get new people for customer service, been on hold for 25 minutes now and it’s crazy. I don’t even know what to do when you need a medication and you don’t have it?? They punish you if you don’t have a car to drive over an hour just to pee in a cup… ludicrous, I’ve never had anything bad come back on my urine screens so I shouldn’t be punished.
Kerry Lechert: I have been going to the dental clinic for about 3 years. Dr Kandala, and her assistant Yaa are amazing. Always asking about my daughter, always patient with me. I love that I can go to a dentist and always see the same staff. They don't have a revolving door like a lot of dental clinics, I have gone to and worked at. My teeth look amazing!!. Thanks Dr Kandala and Yaa

Mari Al-Saad: Worst customer service EVER. Hung up on after 1 hour and 11 minutes on hold. Called back and was hung up on after 25 minutes. Currently on hold again. The last time I had an issue the supervisor said he was calling me back with an answer and NEVER did. I swear I am going to get an atty and sue for medical negligence.
Braylen Morrow: This place has the worst customer service. The call wait is ridiculous and never receive a callback on time especially when its an argent care matter. This place needs to be more professional. I don't really suggest anyone to come here for care unless they want want to wait forever. I only cane here cuz most or the doctors here are amazing. But other then that i dont suggest it

Alex Flor: Horrible customer service over the phone. People are rude and if they don't like you they hang up the hone on your face. I had a ultrasound done and I have try to reach someone there all day. Left my phone for call back and what I NEVER got a response.By Exactly 4:30PM today I managed to got a hold of someone on the customer service line, a woman, spanish, never gave her name, was rude, and I was giving my name and number she just hang up on me. I have been using their service for years, however unfortunately they are now days treatment customers on the phone like trash.Also their referral dept do a miserable job when it comes to perform a referral. My daughter was suspected of something critical by the oncologist, however the clinic referral dept took more than 4 months to get my daughter MRI appointment set (I had to call and they finally her scheduled for MRI within a week)
Danielle Smith: They lack professionalism, integrity, compassion and overall human decency. Their scheduling procedures and process is that of a dumpster fire and why even have scheduled appointments if they never keep them. The appointments themselves are a month to 2 months away and most of the time its canceled by the provider and rescheduled for another 2 months away all for less than basic care from someone that hates their job. All around a trash experience on multiple occasions.

Animation: Glenda provided such a poor customer service . She did not even let me know how long I should be waiting and after waiting for 30 minutes she tells me that I can go and reschedule without even apologizing.
Red Fish: Lab technician did not show up in the morning. Was waiting from 8am and there were 8 people awaiting lab work.Who manages these workers? Absolutely no sense of time or respect for customers.And don't send me the "we take comments seriously reply".. That's a joke, I see that on past reviews but nothing has improved.

Jesus Soto: Today is march 4 2022 at about 8:30 am and the two receptions at the front desk the dyed blond haired woman and the black haired woman are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. The seem to be so upset with their lives that they take it out on every one else. They need to get some customer service skills because they clearly do not have any. To you two ladies i hope your life gets better so you can be better people.
la mis: Terrible place to visit... registered and waited for 50 minutes,no call. While inquiring, they asked me if I could reschedule for next month as my provider was not available. I am a full-time employee with family and this type of negligence really hurts!!!

Carlito V: Called to make a dental appointment called number on website kept getting there voicemail called during operation hours, called the main line instead of talking to me just sent me to the same line left voicemail and no one returned phone call, next day called operator and they took my information and claimed to put a note in for dental office and someone would call me back yet no one did had to go outside side my provider to be seen which cost me out of pocket cost over 500$
Jerey: I normally don’t do these reviews But enough was ENOUGH with this facility.Everyone knows to make a Same Day appointment you have to call at 8 in the morning to get booked in for the day.Exactly what I did, I got scheduled for a 4 Pm appointment at the Urgent Walk in center. I arrived an HOUR EARLY (everyone knows the Walk-in Center is Always crazy packed- and they usually take you in earlier)Now let me tell you, I Have a recording of TWO NURSES trying to deny me Medical services And cancelled my 4pm appointment.One nurse Named Kathy (WIC) was obnoxiously Rude. Telling me that I should Call for a Same day, that what I’m being seen for is not “urgent” and brings up an irrelevant appointment that I missed that I was NEVER informed about. No calls. No Text. Not email regarding a missed appointment- besides the point she Then tell me “I’m not a doctor to tell you anything about your ear I just know an earwax impaction is not urgent” and I told her “if you’re not a doctor you should not be talking on something you have no Knowledge on”She cancels my appointment along with a Little Asian nurse (did not get her name because she refused to give me it) in words (in my recording) said “your 4 o’clock appointment is cancelled, there’s no doctor that’s available, no one can service you today.”I had to Report these ladies to their higher up Located on the 3rd Floor, Administration. Those ladies seen that I went to report them and all of a sudden they “ found” a doctor to attend me and all of a sudden my appointment was NOW available.This was completely unacceptable.DO NOT WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD IF YOU AREN’T COMPASSIONATE. ANYONE who books an appointment is and should ALWAYS be entitled to be Seen and to have medical supervision.This is a real life review, and a review telling new comers to Simply go to elsewhere to be medically seen.I dunno why they targeted me, I do 6 months routine for an ear flushing appointment UNLESS my pcp is not available. I been doing this for the last TEN YEARS. Nothing new.(I wish I’m able to post video on this instead of picture )

They treat certain group of people better than the rest. Try the awful experience whenever you have appointment there at 2nd floor.
John Rondeau: I have received outstanding medical care for decades at Family Health Center for which I am incredibly thankful. I think that it's a crime how underfunded Family Health Center is and I would like to see some of these pharmaceutical companies or other industry leaders make a substantial donation that would fund the Family Health Center for perpetuity.

Del niño cabe aclarar que el niño tiene los mismos apellidos de mi esposa ya que el bebe esta registrado con los apellidos de ella y mios tambien segun tienen un departamento que incluye. a todo genero pero para nosotras fue la peor exprecia omofobica que pudimos pasar

C Oooo: Malisima atención pasa una hora uno o más queriendo hacer una cita y cuando uno va en persona las trabajadoras en el teléfono y pésimas aparte los médicos de cabecera quieren hacer lo q ellos dicen y no en base a lo q necesita el paciente aunq tus resultados sean anormales para ellos todo esta bien y les vale poco la salud del paciente y aparte no te salen dando pero ni una pastilla cada ves están peor
