David: I cannot believe that the state continues to allow UMASS to have a sanctioned monopoly on health care in the area. They charge 500% for procedures, and even bully patients into unnecessary procedures, so that they can bill more. If you want to be treated like human waste, and then charged five times more than you should, for procedures you don't want or need - go here. Otherwise; do whatever you can to go elsewhere.

Bich-Loan C.: Whoever came up with building this place, is genius! It is basically a drive-thru window under doctor's orders for Covid testing. You fill up the form and do it yourself test kit in your car while being at drive-thru. They have kind people (all wrapped up) standing outside in this cold weather guiding you where to go, they deserve a raise!
Thomas Conroy (TC3): Very well organized drive-thru for COVID tests. Must have a doctor's order.
Kelley Marderosian: A bit of a wait time but not too bad at all. Great testing site
Colleen Desrosier: Went for covid test. Was in and out in 10 minutes
Michell Ohlson: Very efficient, extremely well run, didn't have to wait in line for long. Your given a test kit to use while waiting in your car, then you proceed to the next window to drop it off. We got there at 8:20 and by 8:45 we were driving out of the parking lot! What a huge time difference having a doctor call in the order as opposed to waiting in a generic line for free testing sans a doctor's order.
