Joseph Kanaan: Excellent service!I called last week looking for a bounce house for my little boys birthday party, Walter the man who answered the phone was polite and very helpful, can feel the energy coming from this guy that just he wants to help parents and kids have a great weekend ! You can tell he loves his job and takes pride in his business! The bounce was clean as a whistle, looked brand spanking new! Since it is a family business his 2 sons came to set up and make sure everything looked perfect for the big day , the professionalism they showed was great! His son Wally did a card trick for little junior that lit up his face and left a smile a mile long on his face ! Thank you Again Walter!Will definitely be ordering in the future!

The gentlemen that set up my party were fast, polite, and very respectfully. I rented a bounce house, a tent, tables and chairs, and a cotton candy machine. Everything was clean and looked as though it was brand new. Thank you Magic World. You made my party rental experience quick, easy, and fun.

Diana Bain: I rented a bounce for my nephews 3rd bday over the weekend. Everything went wonderful! The owner was nothing but helpful on the phone and made sure I got the truck banner that I wanted for my bounce. He was super helpful. When I went to pick up the bounce with my nephew, Walter aka Mr. Magic did a couple of magic tricks and my nephew was blown away. I have never set up a bounce myself but Walter went over everything and assured me I could reach out or call with any questions. He gave detailed instructions and they were super easy to follow. I blew up the bounce and it looked brand new! So clean! He also offers a fall special which is amazing! Pick up Friday and return Monday for the price of the item. I highly recommend this hard working mom and pop! Best service around! I wont go anywhere else for my kids parties!

Scott: Rented a bounce house previously from Moonwalks by Magic World and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, our second experience was not the same. We set up the bounce house and it was clear it was not cleaned before renting it to us which the owner admitted to. Refuse, brown stains, grass, etc see attached photos. I spoke with the owner who offered 1/2 off the rental. I spent over 30 minutes cleaning the bounce house myself, my son got a splinter in his toe while trying it out and i contacted the company immediately after speaking with them and they didn't answer so i reached out via email letting them know I'd like a full refund. I contacted them on Monday and spoke with the owner who acknowledged receiving the email which they didn't respond to and as a result I'll have to take this up with my credit card company. Despite his comments below we were fearful of actually using such a dirty and like contaminated bounce house.He was rude and arrogant and there are many rental options available. I would highly recommend you seek an alternative. I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well as this is a very poorly run business - very unprofessional.

N: Owner Walter is not friendly, women that answers phone is very pleasant wanted to rent a bounce set special for a Friday was told it was available and she offered suggestions on how i could pick it up . I called immediately back to arrange pick- up . Walter picked up said he will not rent it out to me on a Friday in case of weekend rentals and he's all sold out for the weekend and hung up . I would have been a new customer. 35 years in 'kids entertainment be nicer

I get it’s a rental but feel like I would get a disease if I even set foot in what they gave me I don’t know if they forgot to clean but not ok yuck

The equipment was in great shape, the price was fantastic and the people were helpful and clearly enjoy what they do. Our boys even got an impromptu magic show by the owner - they were absolutely amazed. I don't know who had a bigger smile, the kids or the owner! We'll definitely be heading back to Magic World. Such a great family business.

tatiana p: I had a very good experience with this company. This was my first time renting a jumper for a birthday party, I did the rental process all on their website very easy. The day before they call you to confirm your order and go over the installation process over the phone. On the morning of delivery the manager called me to inform me that while they were testing and cleaning the jumper before delivering to my house they noticed that the jumper was defective . He offered me a replacement jumper the exact same size and shape as the one I originally choose just a different theme. So I think that was very professional to find the problem before delivery and calling me with a solution in hands. The jumper arrived on time and working perfectly. The installation also perfect. All I can say for my first experience with this company is: they are extremely professional on every aspect, the jumper is super big and fun for the kids and I will definitely be renting again every time we need. Thank you magic world !

Joey’s adventure: I am not one to leave bad reviews ;- however I guarantee if I scroll more there will be a very positive review from me as I have rented from Magic World for the past 7 years , sometimes twice in a year and have sent many other customers their way. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my rental from this weekend - first of all I highly suggest fixing your website because the false advertisement is what got me . I have a confirmation ( I booked a good 2 weeks in advance ) I booked a bounce house to be delivered Saturday and on the website it allows you to choose a later pick up for the next day so I chose 8pm the following day ( yes I know I should’ve went with my gut that it was too good to be true ) however in the 2 weeks no one called to tell me that the website wasn’t accurate- they did call to tell me they didn’t have the panel I requested and that’s fine no big deal .. BUT the panel they did give me ; didn’t stick at all - I called back on Saturday for a new one and no call back . Now when everything was delivered Saturday I spoke to the delivery driver and he told me I would need to pay extra to keep it the bounce house an extra day , again I told him and showed him my confirmation - I was to have all my rentals until 8pm the next day - he explained that the website has been allowing people to do that and it’s not accurate — SO RENTERS BEWARE. Call to rent ! Do not use their website as it is false advertisement . Also Magic World - with all due respect ; you lost a very loyal customer .
