Hismastersvictrola: Market 32 and Price Chopper used to be our favorite markets. Lately they no longer carry many of our favorite items. If they stop carrying what you want what's the point and the Bakery is horrible. Most items are over done. So glad Market Basket is finally open there Bakery is fantastic. Market Basket is the best Market around. They carry our favorite items. Best of all our overall food bill is less.

Chad Graham: Update, down voted to one star. Ridiculous that they converted to support self checkout and have limitations on what you can and cannot buy at them. No cash, no wine. Instead, was forced to stand in like for over 10 min for for items because they only have 4 registered open during the after work rush. Each is backed up to the beginning of the aisles. All this for 4 items. Strongly recommend going anywhere else if you are in a hurry.Surprising selection and clean. Customer service leaves a little too be desired.

Tonya Cronin: All the registers we're open when I went today which is a Sunday and usually very unusual for even Walmart let alone a grocery store. Easier to find things once you go there once or twice. Staff is polite and ready to help if you have questions.

Marcos Ávila: Nice place but they wouldn’t rent out the Rug Doctor machines to me “until the morning”. Why they add those secret rules without telling customers beforehand will remain a mystery. Now I don’t know if they’ll add another new rule in the morning, so will just go elsewhere…

Julie Ann “Iraqiwife” Eriksson - Al Buzbeba: This message is for the wonderful young lady who helped me out tremendously today while shopping at the Market 32 on Pullman St in Worcester. I was there on 7/25 at around 10:25 am. After checking out about half of my items I realized that I was not going to have enough money on my food stamps to pay for all my items. I was about to give all the extra items back to the cashier when the young woman behind me stepped up and said she would be happy to pay for the rest of my items. I didnt know what to say at first. I told her it was probably going to be around 50$ and she said that was absolutely fine. After some hesitation on my part, I said ok. Well, it ended up being a total of$103. She still wanted to pay for it all. I just wanted to say thank you to her and let her know just how much her generosity meant to me and my family. She was an absolute blessing. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Jeff Streazy: Market 32 has more diverse & vegan options that I appreciate. By far the most modern grocery store in the area. Front-end, Deli, and late night stock employees are awesome. Great for late night snack trips.

Don Fitz: Huge selection, traditional and modern fabrics. Well laid out. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Matthew Shaub: This store is large inside an old mill with lots to offer. Tons of fabric, large selection of yarn, needlework supplies, buttons and much more. This is definitely a must-stop if you are a crafter. Classes and workshops offered too. The ladies are helpful and encouraging. Will definitely be back.

Amanda Lucas: Smaller yarn selection than expected, but great fabric selection. Felt out of place being “younger” than other knitters and seamstresses in the store. Went for a Specific item and online it said it was available, but in store it was not available.

Seema Mahase: I went with a friend over the weekend, they were ignoring me completely and kept asking her if she needed help. It was very uncomfortable! other then that they have a large supply that you can order but it was just a little expensive.

Kathryn Kelley: Fabric heaven! Lots of knitted samples around the store with corresponding patterns and yarn. Classes are held in the back of the store. The staff is knowledgeable and offers guidance and suggestions. A real treat.

Hannah Manns: They have such a great selection of material here and the staff were so helpful. I'm a photographer and have used the store mainly for backdrops or items to add textures to my studio. The staff seemed to pick up right away that I wasn't there to sew an item of clothing, but properly guessed I was a photographer and offered me some wonderful help. I don't know how they guessed so accurately, but it made my experience great. I would like to try my hand at sewing in the future, so I'll be back, there's just so much to choose from.

Laura R.: I was here today and recently about 1 to two weeks ago, Josh and some other employees are very kind always, calm, and helpful. I have been coming here for years with my child. I have never had any complaints atleast not for a while. There are some new employees, one in particular. The 2 times I've come into contact with this "assistant manager" the attitude of this individual is unprofessional and disrespectful. This individual never greets me and is very serious and on the previous incounter was disrespectful making jokes and comments in my regards with another employee. I understand they were closing as I was entering a staff mentioned I may enter through the outgoing door, to buy one item since the main door was closed. I did. This bothered the assistant manager Liyah but this individual only conplained subliminaly several times after i was at the register making funny comments with a peer. if I spelled that name correctly. I can understand it was almost closing people were still checking out and a few last minute shoppers. If anything kindly ask me to leave and I would have understood. I assumed i was fine as i was about to enter i had permission to do so.But the disrespect, jokes, attitude, rudeness was uncalled for. This person continued back and fourth with the rude comments as I tried to relax and breathe through the uncomfortable situation and jokes and indirects with the coworker of this individual. As a manager this assistant manager Liyah was unprofessional and rude. I am ultimately a customer. So today I see the same person at around 4:00pm through 421pm and ask for assistance at self checkout, I tried to be the bigger person and put the past behind. I said thank you, the response was, "yup" as this Manger walked away serious. As a customer for years, I'm not going anywhere, but this type of energy causing tension, loss of customers, and thankfully I'm mature enough to maintain my composure and behaviors. Some people have health issues, mental challenges, and more and this type of treatment can cause bigger issues. If this individual doesn't like the job, why work in customer service, and worse as management supposedly leading by example 🙄

Expired items on the shelves The meat looks good on top with all kinds of nastiness underneath ( presumably for weight). The fact that you have to dodge panhandlers accosting you coming and going. Terry T. Perpetua: The old woman who works in the bakery section makes horrible cakes. I just picked up the cake I ordered for my family today and it was an ugly hot mess. Not what I ordered at all. She written on the cake messy, You can tell it was rushed. And she written the name twice on the cake! So ugly. She obviously did not care. HOWEVER, the man who worked in customer service was kind to to help me out in this situation. But unfortunately I cannot recommend ordering cakes from them bc this woman did a horrible job and found it to be funny.
