The intimate setting offers a personal touch for both the novice and an experienced home cook; it felt like we were cooking in the family kitchen. I loved being hands on in every aspect of the cooking process and in doing so I learned so many new things.Thank you, Patty, I look forward to taking another class!

Viet Tran: I’ve gone to 3 of Patty’s classes, each one has been amazing. I’ve been meaning to write this review but haven’t had the time. Patty has a way with people and she is so passionate about teaching people about cooking. Over the past few months I’ve learned so much from Patty and I leave with knowledge and a full stomach! I would highly recommend this for beginners to experts. This is definitely worth every penny and then some.

Valerie Shaffer: Patty hosted a party for us and the experience was great! She was responsive and helpful when arranging the class, tailoring the menu to work around a couple food allergies. During the class (Italian/pasta), she kept the atmosphere light and fun but very informative. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The food was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers. She went out of her way to make it a great afternoon for our group. I definitely recommend a class with Patty!

Eric Chilton: Patty hosted a family cooking class for us (4 kids ages 6-12 & 2 adults) and was excellent. She skillfully managed to teach the adults some new techniques and ideas while also introducing the kids to basic kitchen skills and safety. The food was excellent, the facility first-rate, and I'd go back again. Wonderful. I imagine if my wife and I went back without kids I would give it 6 stars but Google only allows you to enter 5.

barry theodore: Chef Patty is an incredible person. Intelligent, patient, fun, and interactive. I have been to cooking classes before, but Patty take's the experience and brings it to a much higher level. Chef Patty makes learning about different cooking techniques so approachable, you feel very comfortable with the entire class experience. The price for the class includes EVERYTHING you will need. Patty supplies the ingredients, tools, and equipment for the class. Not only that, but you make so much food, you are definitely blessed with leftovers! I have spent much more on a meal at a restaurant, and certainly did not enjoy it HALF as much as the meal cooked under the wonderful supervision of Patty. We are so lucky to have such an incredible gem in Central Massachusetts!

Eric Boll: I was given a gift card at Christmas for classes at Patty’s Kitchen. I’ve taken cooking classes/gone to demos before and this was hands down the best. Patty is a great and friendly teacher, taking the time to explain the process and answer questions. I was amazed at the value this class had (I took the How to Make Pasta Class). I can’t wait to take another class, and will be thinking about gift/event ideas in the future!

Check out Patty's Kitchen's, it's always great fun and delicious food!My husband and I signed up for Patty's Modern Italian Cooking Class and we had such a great time! We can definitely say that we both learned something new and she gives you a copy of the recipes with detailed instructions so you can go home and try it on your own!There was so much food to eat that we had left overs to take home and enjoy again!I was so impressed with Patty's kitchen that I treated my mother in law to Patty's Mediterranean Class, where you learn how to make homemade Hummus (which is 100x better than the hummus you find in the grocery stores!) Both classes were excellent and I consider myself a "beginner" when it comes to cooking fresh homemade meals.Patty's Kitchen also makes for a great gift, I purchased a gift card to my cousin and her new husband!
