Haitham Ghazi: مكان جميل للتنزه

NEMBA Trails at Milford: what do users think?
Jake Maki: Best trails in Massachusetts. Drops rock gardens rollers and features galore
Lucas Zsolnay Machowinski: Pretty beautiful, the features were pretty sketchy with less than simple run ups, but some people are into that
Chrismetal1 adventure channel: Vietnam is a great riding spot for mountain bikers of all levels. There are many advanced features as well.
Amit Jagdale: Entrance is not very obvious but trails are nice.
George Maken: Some of my favorite riding in the northeast very unique lots of rock rollers drops jumps and more. highly recommend!
Stephen Murphy: My girlfriend and I drove our bikes to Milford center and followed the beautiful foliage all the way to the hopkinton line, highly recommended!
tim starr: We just walked the trails to get to the Milford quarries. Beautiful walk to get there, awesome once we were there
brian martin: Rocks rocks and more rocks. This is a fairly challenging place to ride and should have something for all skill levels. Plenty of drops. Plenty of boulders. A couple of jump lines. And did I mention there are rocks? The only negative is the trails and trail maps are hard to follow.
Sean P: Always a treat when I get to come out and ride here. An hour drive for me but so worth it, technical with alot of janky stuff to get you excited and holding on for dear life. Usually meet the crew here for larger rides but with or without friends it will keep you on the edge of your seat happy the whole way.
Jimmy Gaston: Nice for walking
Hannah: Unmarked, trails randomly dead end, dogs off leash and uncontrolled, if you want to mountain bike and accidentally hit a dog this is a solid choice. I ignored the warning and tried to go hiking here… big mistake. Took me an extra hour to get back out while being bombarded by off leash dogs.
Michael “Mike” Breton: Get the free Trailforks app to navigate the trails. Challenging terrain, cant wait to return.
Gordana Zivkovic: Divno mjesto za šetnju, bicikla, kolica...
Daniel Fite: Bravo to the trail designers and all the effort that has been put into trail maintenance.
Christian Pereira (Sujim): Nice
John McCormack: Excellent trail system!
Jason Breslau: Terrific rail trail with access to an exciting network of dirt trails all along it.
Jeanne Reimonn: Love this multi-use trail. My husband and I bicycle on this trail all the time. Convenient to multiple coffee shops and restaurants for a snack or meal.
Sam Marshalik: Love coming here with my dog. Watch out for bike riders.
sydney: 10/10 place to hang
Gary Moe: Vietnam trails offer a nice mix of everything!

Cascades Park: what do users think?
Sarah Hanna: We've only ever done the Cascades loop, but it's a great, easy one to do in about an hour with a young kid. You can get pretty close to the waterfall and there's only a small steep part that my 3 year old easily did without help.Dog-friendliness: So many dogs on-leash here! Fun!
Paul Chambers: A rapid steep climb to get to the top, but you can see the cascade from the road. Very enjoyable hike.
Kathy McLeod: I am in this park daily. Different trails to explore!
Alexander “LEX” Smith: 1. Hidden Gem in WorCesTer.2. Pet Friendly ?3. Beautiful waterfall for pictures.4. 14 miles worth of Trails
jay VB: Great trails.
Tyler Farland: Scenic and quiet most of the time
Lindsay LeBoeuf: Start our short hike from the lot near Cascade Waters and the blue trail. The hill at the beginning was incredibly steep for the first few minutes then leveled out for majority of the rest of the hike. The yellow trail was really rocky so pay attention when walking. My partner enjoyed the hike but I likely would not return. Bugs were minimal and there was plenty of shade
Brian Kilroy: Nice waterfalls. Must be awesome during the spring runoff.
James Pearson: Lots of trails, waterfall is right by the road.
Michelle H: Could not figure out where to park for this place, very disappointed. Also found it odd that the big cascade (visible from the street) was practically dry in early June.
Reza T. Mousavian: A kind of private area! Not popular.
Carl Travers: Cool place to hike
Josh Patrick: Very nice park. Not too busy when we went. Decent amount of trail options. Trail markings do need to be updated. Download the trail maps to your phone!
Desiree Vallejo: Es un lugar hermoso
Joey Rugar: Love this hike. Advice to pet owners. Tics are all near the waterfall. Trails not as bad. Great place for a quick family hike ..
Paul Gardner: I went hiking and mountain biking here so many times as a kid. Great hill climbs and challenging trails to bike but lots of fun!
Lisa Dobson: Forgot my phone for pics. Park as great as always. Nice amount of water flowing over ricks today. Beautiful sunny day with colorful fall foliage.
Madison Friend: Absolutely beautiful when the cascades are, well...cascadimg. Just make sure to check it out after a day or two of rain and not during a dry spell (you'll be sorely disappointed if there's no water to be seen when you arrive!)
Sue Pelland: Lovely woodland hike.
Vivian Niedzinski: Lovely park. It's very clean with lots of trails that are marked by a colored dot.Be prepared for a long (2 mile +) walk. The only drawback is no garbage can.
Valerie Santoro: Great hidden trails in Worcester, dog friendly.
