Open Sky Community Services: what do users think?
Anna Rogich: Staff is rude and conniving, even the house managers and director, right from the beginning. All the good staff leave. Upper management covers managers when they do something wrong. Willful ignorance. Nothing good to say about them. Demeaning.
Lainey Barry: Open Sky employs people who live one way by day and totally contrary by night. Employees having affairs with new hires, harassing and threatening members of society and when brought to the attention of Ms. Matiske she chose to ignore the employees behavior that continues to escalate.I think Mr Bates needs to be brought into the loop and be aware of such disgraceful behavior by staff.
Michael Giangrande: Open sky lost their grant for rental assistance but offer plenty of mental health assessment
Jen Guzman: Not good.
Mina Murray: My severely autistic son has been in the care of open sky residential services for over a year. He has shown growth in the last year beyond anything he made in 19 years at a very sophisticated private school for autism. OK, that's an exaggeration. But my son has shown tremendous progress with ADLs, non-verbal communication, and reduced aggression in the past year. His house manager is incredible. The dedicated staff are Amazing. We (parents) work as a team as much as possible with his residential team. I feel blessed every day for what they have done for my son. Having a team of grown men, who take their job seriously, is, I believe, the key for my son.
Jack Cipro: They have a terrible system for helping the individuals in this program. Not only is it super “woke” but it’s honestly the worst place for someone with problems to be. They practically let them do whatever they want (particularly at the alsada program). They let them get high, the workers are unprofessional and act like children. Worst place to ever work at. No one cares for the individuals they all merely pretend too. Might as well be called prison guards not counselors. Place is garbage.
Holly Longbottom: Don't bother with the one in Worcester go directly to twitter
Kaye-Lani Goodfield: If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve never been so disappointed in a system designed to better people’s mental health when I have plateaued so far in my recovery due to the shortcomings and negligence of Open Sky Community Services. They failed to protect me and I was subjected to far more trauma under their care than before I sought help from them. They knowingly moved my perpetrator, who I met in their group home, across the street from me. The system is flawed in their housing policies, if there even is one set in place. I now have to essentially start over in my recovery from PTSD since I am constantly exposed to my biggest trigger. I have been placed directly in harm’s way and if it wasn’t for my own determination and resilience, I would not be able to recover from this. Safety needs to be prioritized, especially when dealing with vulnerable people and I pray to God that they seriously reevaluate the way they handle such matters to prevent a crisis like this from happening again. I also need to reevaluate who I choose to trust because clearly I made a huge error in judgement. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and I hope serious changes are put in place following this mistake. I’m so physically and emotionally drained and enraged that I’m having to relive my trauma as a result of Open Sky’s disregard for my safety.
Marlyn Max: Great worker's and they help you get things you need done.
Kylie Crowley: Had a friend that lived here who is finally out (thank god). She called me multiple times saying that there wasn't any food for the clients to eat and that incontinent clients weren't being cared for proper. I brought her boxes of food whenever I could but with 8 hungry clients it went quick. Now that she's out they give her the run around with her meds and gave her the wrong food stamp card when she left. The proper food stamp card they refuse to give back. Multiple med errors as well. She was being bothered by one of the clients and they refused to intervene as well. She was told "staff won't help you in the real world"
Deborah Voisine: My dds worker has sent a referral to them it over a month they are very rude you leave phone messages nobody returns am done I won't use this agency in our area of fitchburg none of the agency donot care there excuse people are on vacation or we are short staff how sad ty debbie voisine
Madelene Rosario: OMG!!!They help me when I really needed I'm so thankful, God bless this place and there workers.
DeAnna D: So grateful to have found Open Sky, The Gentleman I was able to see, what Fantastic, He was quick, hard working, Took great care of my needs! So Blessed Thank you Open Sky!!
A: They Build you up a tall building, tall full of lies ,full of empty promises of services they have available for people struggling, and then they push you off that very tall building, into the Open Sky. So you can fall flat on your face and potentially , you know.Steer clear of these people. They are not here to help.and hurt more than they help. Only good reviews are from affiliates
Dylan Langlais: Never picks up patients for appointments
Andrew Soske: “The true miracle of modern medicine is diabolical. It consists in making not only individuals but whole populations survive on inhumanly low levels of personal health.” - Ivan Illich
person guy: Very rude staff working for this company would not recommend their services!
Kim Hyvarinen: Best place to work by far. No stress at any of their facilities. Hope to stay there until retirement. Wonderful staff, management. Human resources department is always there and willing go out of their way to help you when needed. - Kim Hyvarinen - Residential Counselor
MIGUEL Burgos: The service is here are so great everybody should take advantage of this

RCAP Solutions: what do users think?
JOSEPH BURBO (Jab): I couldn't even begin with the hell my family and I have been though for 3 years of games and deciet this arm of our government is a total waist of tax money, passing the buck to the recipients instead of taking responsibility for thiere lack of ownership.
Kerry Provost: Illegal activity
Mel Viveiros: Very pleasant
Diane Rodriguez: beyond beautiful people beyond beautiful atmosphere
Amy Flores: Most racist company to work for and rude. They treat there employees bad that they had 5 people quit within 2 weeks. I will never recommend anyone to work here McDonald's is better then this place.
Ketcy Montalvan Guitar Lessons: This agency has a lot of professional issues. There are technicalities in their letters, and no one answers back when leaving a voice mail. I have been trying for someone to call me back since April of 2022.
Phyllis Zusman: Staff has their own agenda. Works for their clients even when it damages other people living in the building. If you complain they just stop responding. They seem to make up rules as they go along. Allows extra people even when not allowed by voucher (or by MA lead laws.) Have never seen such an incompetent agency -and they don't care. No internal checks, no way to file a complaint. Don't even deserve 1 star. They are trying to eliminate available housing because why would any landlord want to work with an agency actively working against them.?
Serena Bowens: Very nice WONDERFUL PEOPLE SO FAR
Will CHAPPY: Crazy good for the people!!
Chelsie H: Very helpful if needed
Mike Bessette: Issued my veterans rental assistance....V.A.S.H. :)
Brittany Austin: I called them when I became unemployed. As a homeowner, they were not able to help me with anything except "resources" that were all dead ends. You need to be persistent. They DO NOT return your phone calls or emails. Extremely irritating, especially when you explain the situation to Amy and she refuses to contact you back.
Mustapha Abdulai Mahama: LANDLORDS BEWARE!! BEWARE!!Landlords should be weary of dealing with section-8 clients from their office. They never respond to your inquiries and as a first time home buyer you are on your own. I inherited a tenant with many problems from my purchase and as soon as RCAP notices it was a new owner they started demanding for everything to fixed including ruthless damages by tenants and her teenagers. I started working on these list of stuff which some were very minor stuff like the light bulb shade needing cleaning, the rails on the staircase needing tightening etc etc- RCAP never shows up for re-inspection. I went ahead to give the tenant notice to start looking for a new place. The tenant refuses to move, RCAP stopped her payments since August last year 2022 despite all major repairs done , tenant never pays her portion claiming RCAP case workers says she doesn't have to do anything and the worst is RCAP is backing her in the summary process to walk away with $8500.00 accumulation of rent due me as I write. RCAP are quick to enter into rental payment agreement for their annual reports numbers but ruin relationships with landlords forgetting soon no one will be comfortable taking anyone with section-8. BEWARE of your dealings with them.
Gloria Martinez: Very helpful I appreciate it 🙏
Green Bean: It took the right worker but once found she was very helpful...
Edward Vivlamore: Very nice people and excellent program for the people that need it I'm still waiting for the status of my application and I say my prayers every night
ivette baez: Ok
Holly Longbottom: Extremely helpful, their very overwhelmed,I think theirs a staff shortage at the moment.Their are some deeply dedicated workers..
David Howe: They answered the questions that I had and answered them in a professional manner.
Tee: Nice company with experience and friendliness
Patrice R.: The place is still not open to the public. So you have to wait outside (it was pouring rain and cold) and that was just to drip some paperwork off🤨
