Scott Redner: Tried to call and settle with this company about an old medical debt and instead got threatened, laughed at, put on speaker phone and hung up on. I'm leaving this review so you will think twice before you utilize them to collect on medical debt.

Yelena Beriyeva: The reason as to why I am giving 3 stars is because Mr. Mike Anderson was curteous and nice to me over the phone. He was the second person with whom I spoke on the day when I needed to be on the phone with this company. The first person with whom I had misfortune of speaking was extremely rude to me (in my understanding). His name is Jason Westburg (I hope I spelled his name in a bit of a wrong way, and I hope he has a bad day). Without ever meeting me or speaking with me prior, Jason W. took it upon himself to try to communicate with me as if I were a little school girl or his very young child who needed to be reprimanded for something terrible (maybe he was not really trying, maybe he is just a naturally unsatisfied and mean being). I don't know how this business operates, but I wish for them to train their employees so that they (the employees) don't sound like lost soles who are after the people who scarred them for life. I don't usually write negative reviews. However, it was hard to resist this time.

They’re professional, effective, and do a great job working with my patients.
