Empress Karebear: I've had 2 shipments go thru the Westborough location since December, only to have both disappeared upon leaving. Both of them left Westborough with the 'tendered to delivery service provider' update (USPS in worcester), and never updated again.Both never made it.Confirmed with USPS both times that the package never made it to USPS, and there is quite literally no way to get ahold of DHL to let them know 'something' (or 'someone') is making packages disappear.One package was during Christmas and was in a very clearly marked Victoria's Secret box. This time it was a package from a well known collectible site. Both packages contained high value items. I can understand if its a one time thing- almost. Mistakes happen. But having 2 different packages leave Westborough months apart, and then never reappearing, is extremely disconcerting. Especially since this is now 2 for 2. Really wondering if anyone in Worcester gets their packages from this place. I'm going to have to ask retailers what shipping service they use ahead of time just to make sure I don't give someone else $100s of MY stuff again.
Lisa Lewis: I had a delivery requiring a signature, got off work early to be home. Received a text with a GPS tracking link. A few minutes later the driver pulled up on the street, never got out of the vehicle and then left marking the package as a failed delivery because "no one was home". It was raining. My only recourse was to call a large international call center which was no help. The Westorough DHL office cannot be contacted by phone directly. The call center tried to contact several times but they do not answer. The driver should be reprimanded for not doing his job. The call center suggestion was to waive the signature requirement but this does not seem like a good option since the driver was outside my house and could not bother to get out and walk to the door for a signature.

Lenny Belliveau: I went to two drop off locations today. First one was closed even though on the store sign and website it said they were open. Second place I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with no one minding the window. I just want to drop off a package.
Elizabeth: Terrible delivery service. Check the BBB and site jabber. BBB has HUNDREDS of unresolved complaints. My package has not moved in DAYS. Contacted them and was told only shipper can request information. Don't mess around...go straight to your bank and contest the charge. It will save you time and energy.

Noah Rathbun: I am also another person who today I have a replacement package that was lost by these people sitting a little too long in this facility I have nothing but fear they steal packages…. Smaller packages like t shirts make it through here in a day but if you have a hoodie it somehow never leaves this places doors. Terrible customer service I might just come and show up and see if I can pickup my package. I also plan on calling local authorities if my package ends up lost like the last one. Judith Gosbee: Chico's shipped a package to me and apparently it went to DHL. Poor choice as USPS always delivers efficiently. DHL had the package on April 6 and says it was given to a delivery service. No tracking number so they can't answer where it is. They said to call Chico's. Naturally, Chico's doesn't know who they passed it on to, so we have a Catch 22 situation and I don't have my package. Who knows where it will end up? Carefully reopened the box because I was unaware to leave it open for inspection and re-packing. Within three hours I received a complete confirmation for my package. I was so skeptical after reading all the reviews. I hope this helps people to go to this location with ease.
Bryan Caravoulias: DHL should only be used as last resort, only option alternative.This isn’t based on this location specifically, just DHL as a delivery service in the US. The absolute worst option for delivery available, they take at least double the time compared to UPS/FedEx. And they don’t give you an estimated time of arrival.
Charles Carter: As a truck driver delivering a load of packages these people are rude, unfriendly and take forever to unload a truck. Example today arrived at 1150am and as I am writing this it is now 244pm. Used to be different staff here and they were friendly and unloaded quickly. 60 to 90 minutes at most. Zach who is here now is a classic example of a person that doesn’t care for anyone’s time but his own.

Fernando Villanueva Jr: I've owned a security box at Postal Plus 1 for a year now. It saddens me that I am moving away but I enjoyed the camaraderie I have with the owner Patrick. He is very welcoming and never seems to be in a bad mood. I always enjoy the conversations I have with Patrick whenever I go in to get my packages. He keeps his packages safe, organized, and protected. The service is top tier and he offers a lot of the normal mail services that Fedex/USPS/ UPS/etc offer but at a more competitive price. He also has a printer in case you need to print some documents or letters. So take advantage of his services and prices. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Michele A: Had to have a document notarized and faxed. When I arrived at the store, it was packed - Saturday at 4:30 pm (they close at 5 pm). I was blown away at how the staff hustled and the amount of customers they took care of in the short amount of time I was there. Well-oiled, pleasant, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Today, although there were two employees each helping a customer, a tall gentleman with a beautiful smile called me over to a third register. He was so polite. When we were done, I said: is there a manager here. He said I’m the manager/owner. I said well, you’re doing a wonderful job and we laughed. Highly recommend UPS on Park Avenue!!

Suzanne: There is a very boxy parking area on a very busy main street but the shop is quick to get uou in and out. Prices to use the computer and pri n t labels are very expensive , like 3 $ per page or for use of computer so if you can pre print whatever you cab and or lookup what you need to. Other than that the UPS store does sell merchandise such as sharpies, tape ,envelopes, bubble wrap but obviously at a mark up. BYO supplies. .I invested in a printer and am much happier. But there are some items that must be returned via UPS. All I n All the customer service there is good . 👍
