Worcester Sports Performance: what do users think?
Matt Raffoul: Coach Rick and his staff are some of the best strength coaches that I have ever worked with. Not only do they use a scientific approach to training, but they truly care about each individuals personal development. Great to see from such a "young" staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Worcester area.
Sandra foster: REALLY GREAT TRAINERS FOR EVERY AGE LEVEL WILL CUSTOMIZE TO REACH YOUR GOALS . THEY CHANGE UP THE WORK OUTS SO ITS NEVER BORING, ESPECIALLY LIKE THE CIRCUIT TRAINING ON FRIDAY'S.
tonia raymond: I joined recently and I LOVE IT. I have some limitations but they work with me but still am part of the group and don't feel like I stand out at all. We work the whole body and it's fun too!!!
Patrick Tevenan: Great facility! Ricky will help get the best out of you both in the weight room and on the field. He is very committed to helping you succeed!
Morgan DeBolt: Incredible space with even better staff! Great place to train to get you to the next level.
Anthony Lupi: Great place for those who wanna get better! Great facility and even better strength coaches!
Garrett Hudson: Great facility, great location, and great service for youth, high school and college athletes!
Jeremy Blake-Johnson: Incredible facility and staff! Would recommend to all high school athletes working to reach the next level.
Joey Westerman: Coach Rick Smith brings the juice 24/7! He was my catcher for 4 years and coach in the weight room for 2, the guy knows his stuff. Most knowledgeable catcher I’ve ever met 👍🏻
Joseph Drain: WSP is by far the top athlete training facility in Worcester. Their approach to building the complete athlete is second to none. It’s the ideal environment for athletes who take their development seriously.
