UMass Memorial Medical Group Family Doctors: what do users think?
Mary Mccorison: Doctors are absolutely wonderful.
Curtis Taylor: Service was mediocre but the billing process was horrible. I received a bill in the mail within a few days (and several more in quick succession). However, they did *not* properly bill my insurance although they had scans of my insurance card with directions on how to properly bill. After I manually handled the billing situation, they wiped the charge from the online billing system they use. However, they never re-billed me for the remainder of what insurance didn't cover. Months later, I find out there is an outstanding balance ($50) that had been turned over to a sketchy collection agency.
K T: The best quality care Mr.Tibbs

Dr. Mark L. Schrank, MD: what do users think?
omar: Love Dr. Schrank! He’s been my primary care for as long as I can remember and he’s fantastic. Very professional, thorough, personable and compassionate. All the ingredients for a great physician! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Lauren Carlotto Perry: Dr. Schrank is a wonderful doctor and a great person - he cares about his profession and he care about his patients. As far as the office staff - with the exception of the nurses who are thorough and professional, I agree with the reviewer who commented on the people that answer the phones. HOWEVER I would just suggest you request to talk to a nurse when you get on the phone.Do not let the front desk deter you from choosing Dr. Schrank as your primary care. He's great!
Nicole Lavallee: Great doctor. Very thorough and polite. East to set up appointments, convenient location, lots of parking and does not overbook. He always sees you at your appoint to time. He knows his stuff.

Reliant Medical Group: what do users think?
D F: People answering the phone in dermatology are so cold and uncaring. No humanity, or concern for a person's well being. Like robots with no emotion.
Grisel Rivera: Great
Matt Last: Maybe if you got in here "years" ago, but if you want to be a new patient, sure you can, but they will see you in 6 months.. whats the point? This place doesn't even know when they "may" have a primary care doctor available. No clue.. what a shakey operation. they should just say "we may accept you but it could be up to 1 year for you to be seen" It's better, faster, cheaper to go to the ER or a ready med clinic. From there if you need a referral they will give you one for a specialist. Plus the er has way better equipment than this or 99.99999% of all the "primary" would be doctors out there, that are basically worthless to 99.9999% of us..Take it from experience i have tried and talked to over 65 doctors in this past month and "every single" one of them you cannot get an appointment with within "90 days" that is a serious breakdown of our medical system, thats for sure.. its very broken unfortunately.
Amit Jagdale: Location of the medical facility is conveniently located off the highway exit and there is plenty of free parking available for patients and visitors. The building is fairly new with good equipment and clean facilities. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to check in online before hand but you can also checkin upon arrival either using a kiosk or by working with a receptionist. The process is efficient and with an appointment the wait time was very less. Overall, it was a good experience.
David Caissie: "Go to ReadyMed." That's what their doctors will say anytime you call with any sort of medical issue. If you're thinking of calling them for anything, save yourself the time and just go to ReadyMed instead.
Ginger Senecal: Clean and well kept. Easy access for able bodied as well and handicapped patients. Very helpful and friendlt
Hector Laureano: They are always very knowledgeable and professionals. Facility is always very clean, nurses always very professionals, PCP are A+.
Alyssa Young: I have not physically gone here myself, however, my significant other does, and they completely screwed him, been there for 10 years and out of no where they don't retain him as a patient and now he can't get his prescription filled. 1 letter was sent about a doctor leaving, but not the second doctor though, so now he can't get a prescription he has been taking for years, and they are okay with the potential side affects this will have on him. I thought about switching to this location, and I have changed my mind.EDIT- 11/2: - I have changed my rating for this office. My husband finally got the help he really needed and got his prescription. thankful for the managers and higher-ups at this office for really going to bat for him.
Gary Cote: Great place to have all your doctors in one place. Highly recommend reliant medical.
Susan Walsh: I'm an Ocology patient - The Oncology team of nurses, administrative staff, reception, are wonderful. If I call oncology and ask for a nurse, I'm connected right away. I have nothing but good things to say. This location is clean, safe, and the people that work there are polite and helpful. Other departments that provide blood work, CT Scan scans. Kara Rerrelli who provided my CT scans, Ultrasounds, etc make you feel comfortable and provide the best care possible. A big thanks to all at Relient Medical Naponesset Street, Worcester MA.
Amy Sullivan: I have been to this site many times since its opening. They have been serious visits. ALL the staff is amazingly helpful!!!
Bob Kilroy: Nice building with great parking.Everything here is built with wheelchairs in mind. It makes it very easy to get in and out of for everyone. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a large open area. There are no tight squeezes or narrow halls. It's very easy to get around, even with cane or walker. The people working here are very friendly and helpful. They make it a pleasant experience.
Mikel Kota: Lure you in for appointments .. don’t notify you about your insurance situation .. then charge you hundreds of dollars 6 months later. Not to mention disrespectful assistant doctors.
Elizabeth O'Connor: I had an MRI today and it was pretty enjoyable, considering. This was BY FAR the best MRI I have ever had and I have had a few in the past. The machine is state of the art so besides headphones and earplugs to drowned out the sound of the machine they had a mirror above me so I could watch videos and pictures of lakes, oceans, animals etc. The mirror made me feel like the roof of the machine wasn't there thus alleviating my claustrophobia and anxiousness, plus the picturesand videos calmed me. The staff was great they kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay and was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Reliant to anyone who needs a MRI
Michele: Parking is ample, they even have valet parking. There was no wait to use self check in, or to check in with a staff member.
Laura M (Jypsie): No problems at all. No waiting. Efficient. Didn't take long, In and out. I went for eye exam & glasses this trip. I may revisit my review after a couple more telehealth or visits.
Dawn Marie: I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30am this morning. My reminder said to be here by 6:15am.Now that I'm here early with medical transportation mind you, that I will not be seen until 7am!Now I will not have a ride home. I will have to pay out of pocket without any kind of reimbursement from reliant. They said it's MY FAULT!Do NOT COME YO THIS SITE
Patricia Smith: I always encounter informative friendly ~ clerical staff. nurses. physician assistant. & doctor *Bayard who happens to be my pcp}.I always receive a call back by the end of the day..prescription line .. staff so helpful.friendly. and go that extra mile..{dealing with the individual pharmacies can be a bit much}Igrateful to rec7eive such wonderful careempathize with them..
Debra: Getting results takes way too long when I go to the site I’d rather go to Auburn
Rachel Perry: This place is a hit or miss. Can’t say I’ve had some bad experiences here but I’m so lucky to have a great PCP and I adore the staff at this place. Very kind people and this is a pretty good facility.
John Wonkka: I went there Wednesday and I have a beautiful time my doctor was awesome DR S was very nice

Primary Care Physicians: what do users think?
Matt Last: Another would be doctor number where you call and get some recording that will take a long time to navigate, to end up where, who the heck knows! This place sounds like sham.. stay clear
Ashley Bosse: They never answer their phones. I had a primary care physician there and she had a baby and moved to Virginia. I saw her a month before she went on maternity leave and she didn't even look pregnant. She also didn't mention to me that she'd be going on maternity leave. I have multiple health issues so having open communication with my PCP is a must. I sent her a message through the patient portal and got a reply from another doctor telling me she was on maternity leave. Three weeks later I got a letter in the mail about her relocating. I sent another message via the patient portal and they never got back to me. I tried to get into my patient portal again and all my info was wiped. It wouldn't recognize my credentials. They dropped me from their practice without even notifying me and they did it during the Covid-19 pandemic. Worst practice ever.
Richard Hedin: Excellent

Worcester Internal Medicine: what do users think?
Lisa K: Terrible experience! My appointment was at 12:00 pm. I arrived 10 minutes earlier to get checked in. After 40 mins waiting, the front desk still don’t know when it’s my turn. Totally wasting my time. If they don’t have a time slot, don’t schedule me!
Michael Paige: Staff was friendly, polite and quick. If anything took more than a few minutes, they were very apologetic. Doctors, assistants and techs were all super conversational and welcoming. Highly recommend
Roy James: I've been with Worcester Internal Medicine almost 2years and I see Dr. Nedelescu, the entire staff is very professional, helpful, and genuinely care about the patients. I could never see myself choosing a different primary care. Stacy Michelle are extremely helpful, and care, when you need an appointment, have questions, need a refill, they are on it like your their only patient. And everything is under 1 roof, they have their own lab, ekg, Xray so it's very convenient. And not like some offices where you wait an hour past your appointment time, no they take you ASAP. Hats off to all of them. The care and compassion are untouchable. Now im in a spot to switch my medical to Fl. But honestly dont want to knowing Im never going to find a team like them. But the back and fourth with my medical issues is horrible.
Michael Fleming: Very professional, friendly. Helped me find my issues, treated them accurately and now I feel good again. Finally!

Dr. Thomas R. Patnaude, MD: what do users think?
Tomcat TomMA: I've visited this office 4 times in the last couple months and not once was I examined by the doctor who spends most of his time in Florida during the winter. I'm in Worcester, MA. This man is old, burnt out and shows little interest in continuing as a professional. You will be examined and evaluated only by nurse practitioners who will then relay your corrupted and distorted interview to Dr. Patnaude via Skype to Florida. He will then, having received erroneous information, proceed to speak with you via Skype and attempt to treat you. His demeanor is tired and robotic. If you disagree with his treatment plan even if only slightly, he will not like it. He behaves like a dictator.Good luck. You'll need lots of it if you use him as your PCP.

Dr. Diana Trister: what do users think?
Jennifer Carelli: Dr. Diana is excellent. She is professional and personal during each visit. I find her approach to be proactive and precise. She explains why she is referring me to a specific specialist and what to expect. From the test or examination, I always schedule a follow-up with her to review the results and my comfort level and discuss the following care measures for my health.
sandy eramo: Dr. Diana is amazing. I love her osteopathic treatment. She is easily understood. Her staff are all welcoming and very helpful. I would highly recommend her.
yamilka nunez: Worst practices ever. Not professional at all , never answer the phones you leave voicemail either they called you back in a week or they don’t called you at all. Nurse practitioner don't last there. Worst place I Don’t recommend that office at all.
Rhodi Lopez: Clean office, temperature check, wheelchair ramp, not many patients at a time.
Michael Nelson: Steph Gigliotti, Malcom Chumsae, John Joseph- have never been in the office as patients, pretty hard to give an honest review when you've never walked in the office.
Carmela Levesque: I originally loved Diana trister until she started putting me down and lowered my self esteem dramatically she’s not a nice person at all. Phones are always met by a useless voice mail or rude personnel she’s evil. Quack
Steph Gigliotti: Absolutely horrible office. Cannot ever get through to them, very unprofessional when you do. Deceptive practices and complete lack of care. I’d give zero stars.
Malcolm Chumsae: Trying to reach them for days and it's impossible to get through to anyone in the office and they do not answer phone calls. After reading the reviews and seeing everyone else having the same issue I will be changing my pcp. (Sidenote the one and only time I was able to get through to anyone they were unprofessional)
John Joseph M: Diana and Her Father are scamming people out of their money insurance companies out of their money. They are about the bottom line and not your health. The other posts that are up except for 2 that are positive reviews are coworkers employees and friends. This is them trying to build their reputation up.
Tara Burns: I absolute love her! She gives great care, I have never left there with a prescription without also being recommended supplemental treatment like vitamin recommendations, Dietary or lifestyle changes That have helped tremendously. When I first became a patient they were having phone isssues at the office. (Gotta love spectrum)! But that hasn’t been happening in a long time. I have had great experiences with everyone on staff also.
Jean Irizarry: Dr Diana it’s amazing 😉
Leah Dupont: Dr Diana is on point she gets into everything there may be to find. She nails it every time! Just love her attitude towards. Improving lhuman life!
Elizabeth Sagoe: They never ana answer the phone ever i had surgery in july 2019 they never knew because the dont answer i have called for close to 6 months and not one person answered the phone on top of that the women in the front with the black hair at 141 massor road is very rude
Milagros Vega: The administration is awful. It's impossible to get in a call, and working with the referrals they're are the worst. A shame cause the doctors are really good
Tom Na: Everytime I go to see her she listens and if I have a question she will tell me what I should do and it usually works. She was the only one that told me that I have tendinitis in my thumb on my right hand and she was spot on with that. She gave me a cordason shot and it is helping to take the edge off and I did not even feel her giving the shot. She does a very good job and she is a very good doctor.
Nina Gallagher: She is dismissive and incompitant. I told her my toe was numb and she said sarcastically "oh thats good" and didnt even write it down
Sarah Stuczko: After my second yearly physical end of last year I got a bill even though it should have been covered. It took almost a MONTH of numerous calls just to get someone to look into it (voicemail weren't returned and twice they told me they'd call back and never did). Was told they have a different definition of 'yearly exam' and if you open your mouth about any issue your having, they charge you for a second appointment. They insisted I should've been told (clearly I wasn't or I would've had questions) and refused to to anything to help. The billing manager was especially unhelpful and kept making remarks unrelated to the issue, making it clear she wasn't listening to any of my concerns. The icing in the cake was that I asked repeatedly to speak to Diana Trister about the issue and was told no. Guess she's either too good or too cowardly to talk to her patients when they have a problem. Needless to say, now I'm looking for a new doctor, one that's not a complete sh*tshow and actually cares about their patients.
Tessa Podolak: I love this Doctor! She’s very upfront and honest, something I suppose some people can’t handle. I have some complicated health issues that most doctors don’t understand or know how to handle, but she knew exactly what I was talking about and how to help it.
Denise B.: Dr Trister is great but trying to get ahold of anyone in the office is nearly impossible. No calls are returned, neither are there responses to emails or messages sent through the patient portal. My patient care suffers b/c of their lack of communication. I'm changing Doctors b/c of this problem.
Jaysun Shoulders: I absolutely love Dr. Diana Trister. She is amazing. Nurses and office staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I am usually seen before my scheduled appointment time and in certain situations, they can get me in the same day. It reminds me of the doctor's offices in the South due to their bedside manner and hospitable environment.
Dana Huff: I want to make it clear that my rating is not based on the care I have received from Dr. Trister herself. She is professional and competent. However, it's impossible to get her office to return any phone calls. I have had tremendous issues scheduling appointments, getting prescription refills, or even just getting someone on the phone. As a result of the difficulty I've had simply trying to speak with someone, my medical needs are unmet and have been for months. I like Dr. Trister just fine, but there is something going on with the office staff that is just impossible to work around, so I've changed doctors.
