Richard Boeninghaus: I was shopping at the dollar tree store and came in with bags and the management of the store told me to leave my bags in the front and was very rude and disrespectful about it she was very unprofessional in her work ethnics and showed poor judgement especially when there was other shoppers in there with bags from other stores this form of discrimination will not be tolerated and to top it off another sales associate opened there mouth talking about assaulting me the shopper to punch me in my face the form of customer service should not be tolerated and I hope this message gets to regional supervisor of the dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and this form of behavior is addressed
Theresa Malloy: Where do i start, i just recently visited dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and was introduced by a young lady female on 11/14/2022 at 830pm who claims she was a manager on that shift at that time. Well she was at door and said my bags must stay up front and i asked, will you watch them she stated “why do you think I’m standing here for “ wow! And this is a manger. On that note, i will never visit family dollar they will not get my business. when i asked for her name she stated “ i don’t have to give it out” I hate to see how this manager treats the workers there. If she is ok to treat customers this way.

Heather Collazo: They have a huge crafting/DIY section, a lot of household items that I always seem to forget to grab. Definitely a great store, my only issue I always run into here is not enough cashier's on. But overall a great store

Zen AF: Great store stocked with a gazillion products that are priced $1.25 or less!Sometimes you get a surprise deal of the century that you didn't even know you that you needed!!

Clown Princess of Fear: So many youtube diy channels are promotiong this place and getting product like 3 months in advance to Massachusetts getting it. I don't know if it is truly corperates fault or if it the managers who order it....but my big problem resides here:MASSACHUSETTS IS HOME OF EVERYTHING HALLOWEEN. When your stores on the west coast are dropping that product in June, you should be too....because you aren't you're making people forget about you.Walmart. Target. Christmas Tree Shop and even Michael's and homegoods have sold out TWO TIMES OVER ....you still haven't put your stuff out.PS: CORPERATE. I DONT WANT 36$ IN THE SAME ITEM. I WANT TO BUY INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FROM YOUR SITE....STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME.
Nancy Barnett: The store has a very large variety of items all for $1.00. We needed many items for our upcoming cookout and were able to get all but three things on the list. The store is very clean and orderly.

Sherry Johnson: This review is for the CASHIER KATIE who handled a tough situation. A customer was completely berating her, accusing her that she was lying about the card declining and then asking why. Of course Katie wasn’t going to be rude and say “you have no money” so she just said she wasn’t sure. She turned around the monitor to show her that it declined. This woman then went on to say how “rude” she was to her and “no wonder why no one can find any help”. Katie said she could speak with her manager if she would like. Katie handled this Karen with grace. Everyone in line was getting so upset that this Karen was being so rude. Kiddos to Katie!!!!

Raeshawn Adams: while being checked out the cashier “Mike” tossed all my items without care across the scanner and then proceeded to toss them into a bag . I reviewed my receipt and was double charged for items , my refund was crumpled into my hand with no apology . I get home to realize I was charged multiples of other items as well . Leave your attitude at home “mike” I did not force you into work today !

Danika Chicklis: They never have more then one person working. Most of the time that I go in there, there’s a long line because they only have one employee working . They really should have two employees working the registers so there isn’t a long line all the time. I always end up leaving and not buying anything from thi store and going to a different dollar tree just to get what I need
