The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Murali G: Came to the donation center here to drop off clothes during winter 2022 (March). Large facility, lot of drop boxes and place to drop off cartons. Note: Hours on google will say till 5 pm. But the donation center is open only till 3 pm Mon-Sat. Only the thrift store is open till 5pm. I wish google could separate the hours for the donation center from the thrift store hours.
John Finn: Though I only go there for things like a lamp or coat rack, they do have a a large inventory of clothing.
shannon pellerin: Very reasonable prices unlike alot of other Salvation army's I've been to where the prices would be 4-5x more.
Timothy Ray: Beautiful buildi g inside. A lot more womans clothing than mens
Christine Smith: Great if you were looking for clothes not so much if you were looking for household wares.
Teddie: Love the place! Cool inside, has everything you could want! Accepts cards and cash, masks aren't required and the staff are super friendly and helpful!
Lisa Soucie: Awesome place!! I always come out with a few bags.. worth going to...
Johnathan Rossi: Very rude!
Mike D: Prices are crazy. Go to Marshalls/TJ Maxx and buy brand new and save money. Insane.
William Lewis: I was pretty impressed with this store. Unlike other stores, it was very organized and clean. You get a loft like feel. Very big. Staff was friendly, definitely a plus!
Sara Mendoza: Ay Buy bonitas cosas i muy cómodas i baratas el dolar los rinde mucho
pamela ledoux: Awesome! This was my first time there and it was a beautiful store! And I got 3 pairs of jeans for under $20!!
Jack Follansbee: Always a great place for bargains and odd ephemera.
Michael Riel: Gr8 place to shop
Henry Kpardeh: Great place to shop....
Jaysun Shoulders: First time I've been there and I absolutely loved it. Got a Solid Oak Coffee Table with Underneath Storage and NO SCRATCHES for $19.99
Sean Walter: Everywhere online says they're open until 7pm. I was there at 6pm 2 weeks ago. I walk in at 455 and she says they're already shut down. It would have taken me 3 minutes to check the section I wanted to. Change your hours or at least honor your 5pm closing...
Carolyn Brown: Love it
Joseph Howe: So clean and organized!
Jimmy Mann: Over priced for a Sally store, but great selection.
E C: This is a good place to donate to share with others. You drive up and they unload your vehicle. I found it very safe.

The Goodwill Store: what do users think?
Free2B Anonymous: Our family drops off our donations here. The staff is ok.
Emma Peters: Tanisha B was super helpful!!! Also I found great items! Definitely recommend
Phyllis Camille Dixon-Gadson: ABIG FAT ZERO for the new manager or king of PLASTIC BINS!!! After waiting seven minutes for him to finish counting money because he didn’t want to stop he made no effort to help me find my phone he wouldn’t even try to look in the drawers nothing he simply said no it hasn’t been turned in my phone as my life just like everyone else but she came to the rescue actually made an effort found the phone that had been turned in she deserves a raiseAND AN ENORMOUS 20 out of ten FOR THE BEAUTIFUL CLERK WITH AMETHYST COLORED ( purple)HAIR!!!! SHE HELPED WHENI LOST MY CELL I was PETRIFIED AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN TAKE A REWARD
Stacy J.: I went here to donate a ton of my childhood toys. The workers were extremely rude and didn't seem like they wanted me there at all. It was extremely disheartening. It makes me not want to donate to this facility again.
sharyn dale: While in New Orleans as a student at Tulane university, the Goodwill store provided us with furniture for our apartment. The people there, brought everything to our apartment & I’m forever grateful for the kindness & the great old sturdy furnishings for suchwonderful prices. As a student, money was tight. I will always be grateful for the service they provided for us in our time of need. Now as a grown adult, I am a successful person with a good profession & try to give back when I can & do still shop at a goodwill store for blue jeans when I lost a bit of weight & didn’t really know what size I was. I tried on a few pairs & purchasedwhat I needed. I also bought some fancy dresses for my nieces to use when they played dress up. They loved the clothes. I filled a huge box for them & it was so much fun watching them try on & play for hours with the clothes. I think my sister gave the dresses back to the Goodwill when the girls grew up.I’ve always been amazed at how clean & organized all the goodwill stores are. I’ve moved around many times & always try to find a local store to shop & to give them a lot of my clothes as I thin out my closet. You all do a great service to the community & I know a lot of folks who wouldn’t be able to afford clothes for themselves & their children, if it wasn’t for you & your service. Thank you very much. Namaste 🙏 peace ☮️
Ashwin Alexander: A very good thrift store with clothing accessories and kitchen ware focused..There is quite some turnover at this place. Everything seems to be arranged quite well. There a lot of times I felt the prices are not a bargain. Lol. I mean these are completely used or thrown away goods then why is it necessary to price it even half the original value..Thrift stores you might something very interesting and take some money plus environmental friendly. ✌️.Note - they have student discount every Thursday. 15%and a senior citizen discount on Tuesdays i think.
Lil Onewheeler: Sandra and Svetlana will never understand customer service. Emerald thought a relationship that wasn't effecting business was worthy of termination, but not all the petty theft that goes on...She also put a no trespassing order on a homeless man I later bought shoes for
Unika: It was ok, no to bad.
Juanita De Los Santos: Hay alguna empleada que tiene que ser un poco más amigable
Michael Corrado: Svetlana and Penelope are rockstars- top of their game. As for having to pay for a bags, MOST Massachusetts residents understand that the practice was implemented to discourage waste and encourage better environmental practices. This place is incredible and I recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for a unique item or if they would like to donate something to help others in need.
Alexandre Chiacchio: Se estiver na área e gostar de garimpar esse é o lugar. Não é só roupas, tem muitos itens vintage muito interessantes e a preços baixíssimos. De vinil a objetos de decoração.
Genevieve Francois: Prices are too high now! Inflation?
John Gadsn: I needed to see for myself how bad customer service is. Aside from a few associates in this store my experience is atrocious. Penelope looks like she hates customers SVETLANA is horrific and An older white woman piled my items near her as if she was taking them home places my receipt on the counter in front of her no handing it no thank you for shopping no bag which you have to Pay FOR NOW SERIOUSLY YOUR INVENTORY IS FREE BUT OUR BAGS CANT BE WOW. I simply HATeshopping here and I no longer will most pleasant associates LEAVE. They are beyond lucky they don’t have a Goodwill close by this will be the first one to go out of business no real furniture no real selections an incredibly small store in horrible management recipe for disaster
Marissa: clean!!’
Joan O'Connor: Be selective...great choices
Ned Utzig: Good prices but a bit disorganized and the selection of goods is limited compared to a larger thrift store like Sa vers yo in Lincoln Square.
Lydia Santiago: I understand that for public/covid reasoning you don't have ur fitting rooms open but then place a return policy for clothing. How is it possible that I will spend money there but can't return it if it does not fit. U stealing people's money. And now and days we have alot of people that don't have that kind of money to spend just because. So I recommend that as a goodwill store that atleast your fitting rooms should be open giving people the opportunity to make sure that the little bit of money they may have to get clothe is something that they will use and not have to give it away because it didn't fit and have them waist unnecessary money. Things are getting harder for people don't be a store that takes advantage of people.
Camille Gadson: The B***H is BACK!!!!!GOOD GOD WHY IS SVETLANA BACK TO TERRORIZE THE STAFF ABD CUSTOMERS. HELP!!!!!!!
Joshua Gilbert: Eclectic CD selection.Interesting DVD selection.Unusual book selection.
John Gadson: Svetlana is the manager here and is THE WORST!!!! She’s RUDE DISMISSIVE AND ACTS LOKE SHE HATESthe customers!!!!!!THE ONLY peopl she talks decent to are other employees customers talk and they all HATE her secretly!!!!! Many stopped coming because she’s so awful to them all. PLEASE FIREBTHIS DISTURBING PERSON. AND MAKEBOUR SHOPPING PALATABLE. SHE DIESNT CARE IF WE HAVE MIRRORS OR ANYTHING DHES JUST AEFUL
Ash: They sell things from the dollar store ($1 new) used for $3. Once in a great while a good find but over-all pricey for used clothing and goods.

Savers: what do users think?
Delana Collymore: I love that place even time I go there I come out with great stuff 😂😉😂
Shannon Rice: This place is always dirty. The bathrooms are usually closed, and when they are open, they are absolutely disgusting. There's no changing rooms, so customers can't try on clothing. The prices have become so high. It's not worth going to this "thrift shop" anymore. The inside employees don't seem to care about the state of the store.*The gentlemen working outside at the donation dock were fantastic. They were friendly and efficient.
Mary Depew: Today I bought a jar/vase of jewelry/watches, now sold by the pound at Savers for n Worcester. The total contents was JUNK. Not even one good item. And filthy too, all broken, What a scam, I brought back the vase of items and just left it at the register with my notes. Didn’t bother to ask for refund. I blame myself for being too dumb. Do not but any jewelry by bulk in the Worcester store. I made a donation of 49.95, I used up my 20% credit on this purchase. I refused to also pay to put in all in my yellow Worcester trash bags to dump it. So I brought it back . They will try to resell it I imagine. Giggle. Didn’t bother to take photos. Total waste of my time and money. Infuriating.
Loyd Skinner: not a lot of great stuff at this location and some of the staff are very passive aggressive and have no common sense nor courtesy. Each store is a reflection of its city/town... Worst part is their obvious price gouging & common filth. Definitely not "non-profit" despite what this company claims.
John Jeffrey Padula: Not much of deal on most stuff. Attempting to sell used and sometimes damaged stuff for retail prices.
Rosario Peña Reinoso: Muy bueno. Precios
Shirley Auger: People are so friendly. Love to shop there.
Andrew Bronsdon: Affordable clothing for work or leisure. Good variety of selection but they do not have bags to carry out with at this location. It is required to buy your own bag in-store or bring them.
bill Jones: Update: Without going into the details of a recent experience in this store, I can tell you the manager is mentally unstable. If you have a problem don't try to negotiate with him. He's a bully. I feel sorry for the employees.Original post: Not a great thrift store. Sold me a pair of counterfeit Nikes for $30. Wouldn't give a refund. Only a trade. Thrift stores should make sure they aren't selling counterfeit products. But with untrained, low paid employees......
Nicholas Gadson: STOP DONATING IF YOU CARE ABOUT HOW YOURE TREATED. THEIR PROCES ARENT WORTH IT TO ME THEYRE A FORBPROFIT And make their money off of the good nature of other people Joesting donate or give something to nonprofits but for the most part they are completely for-profit organization donate to Salvation Army Saint Vincent Depaul somewhere when most of the money goes to Goodwill not this place they don’t care about their clientele enough to do something about these horrible people that work there like Lola and Jim bother complaining to corporate if employees like Jim the short fat man and LOLA ATHE Loud old black woman don’t like youTHEYLL LIE AND MAJE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TJE ABSOLUTE WORST IN NEW ENGLAND. THEYRE AWFUL” people”. AWFUL YO EVERYONE INCLUDING EMPLIYEES. LOLA GOSSIPS AND JIM HAS A DISTURBING MANNER. BUTCORPORATE COULD NOT DAREBLESS
PTLAPTA: Crowded, filled with rude and disrespectful clientele and condescending staff. Lobby reeked of pot smoke, and people bring their loud yapping dogs inside, letting their filthy mongrels ride in the shopping carts.
Roseane Da Fonsêca: Someone STOLE my PURSE with all my documents and cards INSIDE THE STORE! I asked to close the door so that the person wouldn't leave and they said they couldn't do that and since they didn't see the image of who took my purse they simply said they couldn't do anything. I'm very disappointed because I saw the moment the theft happened, if they had closed the door, probably the person would have discarded my bag because he/she wouldn't have been able to leave the store with it and I could have my things back. So if you go shopping there just be careful
Lisa Glassman: No dressing room, no returns, no store credit. Therefore: buy it, try it, and if you don't want it, go back and be ready to BUY SOMETHING NOW in order to exchange your item. I rarely go there, but made the mistake recently, and want folks to know- it has changed. No dressing rooms, and overall just dirty. Some people rely on places like Savers, and this setup is awful for those who need it most.
John Gadson: Thanks Lola I've been trying to stop my wife from shopping at this horrible store and since you accused her she won't ever have to go back now I'll get our attorney to figure out a way to sue you and your partner in crime Jim and maybe the other gym you accused the wrong one you will find out very soon how wrong you were thank you and good night
PHYLLIS DIXON: Jim is the worst manager I have ever experienced at this store he and Lola are so close they look like they're about to kiss every time I see them but he's too roton and she's too much of a gossip and running her mouth and to do anything else she's awful and fake and a gossip every time I come to this store all she does is talk about coworkers and how bad people are how bad the Shoppers are complain about what they do wrong if they put hangers in the wrong place she's mad about that if they have too much or complain about her she accuses them of stealing she is the worst addition to this store ever since she's come here I've hated shopping there ever since Jim has come I've hated shopping there they poison people with their horrible attitudes and they're horrible work ethic Lola is the worst customer service rep I have ever seen there and Jim is the worst manager lose them both or this store will never be right they accuse me falsely but I felt like this before they did it they've had it out ever since I complained about their awful ways and I won't take it back I'd rather never step foot in that store again all they do is smoke and talk about everybody I wish there were more managers like Heather good work ethic great personality and wonderful to be around Jim is the scum of the earth and Lola his sidekick Uncle Tom is just as bad
Phyllis Camille Dixon-Gadson: MAKE SURE YOU DONT COMPLAIN OR FB JIM AND HIS UNCLE TOM LOLA SIDEKICK WILL MAKE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE MISERABLE. I MAKE IN A DAY YOUR SALARY REALLY????? Omg ICANT WAITro sue!!!! working monday night who manages is THE ABSOLUTE WORST PERSON IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED An out of control customer said said false allegations against me as I shocked thy shocked quietly and he said yes she does that all the time I spend thousands in the store and donate just as much to be treated this way by someone like him in management is the worst insult. He humiliated me embarrassed me I put my things back and left I will never ever donate again ever this person should be fired because I know for a fact I am not the only customer who treats this way He is an absolute disgrace to savers
Carrie Milinazzo: Store is filthy. Bad selection, no fitting rooms, no returns. So if you buy something that doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for something else. And then what? Go home, try it on, and pray that it fits? Huge waste of time. Staff is rude, every time I go in there they’re yelling at customers, ordering people around at the checkout (which is unnecessarily confusing). The prices for things also almost never make sense. $12 for a shirt that’s torn and stained? $11 for Walmart brand t-shirts?? The system for dropping off donations is terrible too. You have a bag of clothes to drop off, and a screaming baby in the car? Too bad, you have to wait in line behind 2 cars with full trunks and a pickup truck with a whole couch to unload. There’s no convenient way to drop off donations. You will be disappointed if you go here. I’m never spending my money or donating to Savers again, and I suggest anyone reading this does the same. It’s just a huge scam.
NBA And more (MMA debate): A Beautiful place it's a pretty big store and most important the staff are great and helpful
Nahani Meuse: Great second hand store with variety of items
Abraham Ortega: Está bien es aceptable
mirta ortiz: Bien Aunque algunos precios son demasiado altos para una tienda de segunda mano.

Denise Landry: Over the top staff, very friendly and helpfulEverything you need for home projects, decor and home goods
Michael Baldwin: November 15th- closed for Christmas reset. open Tuesday thru Saturday
Steven Hardies: Horrible customer service they need to get rid of Kevin GM there
debi mangi: I love helping this organization out... Building homes for low income. And I profit in buying their extra supplies.
Hector Calderon: 1DVDs, CDs, and most books. . .$1 with buy one get pne free.
Ashwin Alexander: BIGGEST TRIFT STORE IN WORCESTER...Absolutely love the concept. Buying used things and donating. Most of all Saving cash, Recycling, good for the environment..What you can find :- furniture, electronic , kitchen ware, construction stuff , carpetsMost of the employee’s are really helpful as much as they can...Most often you can get some good stuff. But remember there are few items the sticker prices are the same or even more compared to brand new in store so don’t impulse buy !
Phyllis Camille Dixon-Gadson: The STAFF at this store is EXCEPTIONAL. THEYRE KIND HELPFUL thoughtful!! John Casey Donna make it. PLEASURE TO SHOP. BUT Gary removes aged items that are priced too low from the floor only to put them back with new tags!!! Wrong!!! The manager OVER PRICES EVERYTHING Some of the tickets ers are removed and later dates put on the sofas and tables etc for profits. It’s wrong. I’m I nice but one day he just decided not to speak back!!!! Why. Just awful customer service. I notice EVERYTHING THE INVENTORY IS DONATED Why is he charging SO MUCH??????? Cluttered messy and hard to navigate
bill Jones: Every trip to this store I always save a lot of money on something I need from hardware, fixtures, furniture and tools. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Most professionally run thrift store in Worcester.
Philippe Telemaque: Love that place. You can find anything that you are not looking for.
Michael Downs: Great find in the city. Lots of furniture and odds and ends. Layout is good. Constantly getting new things in. Everything from desks to chairs, dishware, paint, tools, hardware, albums, doors, shutters, lighting and everything in between. Could spend a few hours just looking and coming up with Ideas. Pricing is as low as 99 cents for lighting shades to thousands of dollars for lawn statues. But a great place for deals.
Mary Pierce: Always walk out with some things. Today $7 and a pocket full of drawer pulls and a new putty knife. Last week a $2500 deck set for $500.
Denise: Great place to find all things for your home!
Valerie Murray: They want alot of $$ for stuff that is really junk. Salvation army has better quality for thrift shop. More affordable.so 👎for habitat. Rip off...

American Red Cross Blood Donation Center: what do users think?
Joe Leger: Give blood
Brian Dupuis: I’ve had most of my appointments cancelled even only a couple hours before my appointment Very inconvenient
Clark Kent: Always super nice to me! Great staff who really care.
Kim Goodnow: Fantastic Staff, Pleasant, Professional, Compassionate People, helping Humans help Humans and saving Lives!
Amine El Kbaish: Wasting 2hours there, because the lady decided that I’m not eligible to donate blood for three years and she wrote it down on the system, because I traveled out of the state to a country that never been a high risk for Malaria.. she could just check the CDC website before she take this decision… after I called the RedCross they submitted a correction and been surprised why that lady does this… ??!
Kate (Acting-gal-Kate): Extremely disorganized. Never follows through on appointments made in advance. Don't waste your time or money with this place until they get their stuff together. Very disappointed.
Savannah Adkins: Drove half an hour to donate here, showed up and was told they had cancelled my appointment. No email, no call. I understand with COVID the need to take precaution, but there was NO ONE in the donation center donating. DO NOT send me a million and one emails asking me to donate and then cancel my appointment on a whim without telling me. Absolutely unprofessional and infuriating. I will NEVER be donating at this location again.
mike mackinnon: I want to give a good review but my patience has again been tested. On 11/6, I made donation. It was a good. On 12/5, I negotiated the rain storm from Cumberland RI to the pheresis center. During interview, I stated need for position change because donating 3 units takes time. Setting up the machine involves time, adding time in the chair. After 80 minutes, I became extremely uncomfortable. When someone finally meandered my way, I was becoming furious. Before moving to this area, I was involved with the Apherisis Center, Farmington, Connecticut. I never had these problems there and they got a lot of units from me. Leaving a guy my age in a static position for 120 minutes without position adjustment or at least a timely offer can be described as disrespectful and cruel.
Antonius Primus: Great people who work here. But only one complaint, the American Red Cross itself laying off donation workers west of Worcester in MA. Get it together.
Alyssa Durham: The staff at this location are incredible! I had a bad reaction to the citrate yesterday and I could not be more appreciative to the staff who were immediately at my side helping me.
Max Karg: Lays off 52 blood drive workers Nov. 8 2019..., yet likes to send constant alerts and phone calls about CRITICAL need for blood. I used to be a donor to the red cross, I will donate somewhere else now.
dedclerk: Very polite staff.
Al: Great place with great place helping a great cause
Katey Durbin: Great staff- very accommodating- and fast donation process.
Daniel Green: Quick and easy
Amy Leigh Galvin: Love you guys!
Inna Zhdanova: Seven month ago I told you to close the business, and do not give the Country bad reputation. You are still exist. You know how much you have to charge you for my CLEAN blood!!!!

Abby's House Thrift Shop: what do users think?
amy allen: The absolute cleanest, most organized thrift shop. I found so much here. Clothes, dishes, trinkets, accessories. And very good quality items. No stains or junk or broken items like other for profit thrift stores. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and they regularly have sales. I bought so much stuff and parked a bit far so one of the ladies actually walked me out and carried one of my bags! I love that the proceeds go to a great cause too. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend. 5 stars isn't nearly enough.
Lisa Hann: First time here. I will NOT go back! Bought a pair of Sterling earrings for $6. (Good buy) Then Found a ring for $12. Didn't know if it was silver, (No mark) I moved tag over to see if it was marked Under tag the RING BAND was CUT IN HALF! TAG DIDN'T say "AS IS" and it covered the "CUT MARK"!I would've bought ring, not at full price with damage. I asked if they could do better? Each worker passed the buck to one another until Finally a woman named kamo (sorry for misspelling.) said we don't EVER DISCOUNT. I understand that and wouldn't ask but the RING IS DAMAGED! She still wouldn't do anything for me on price.I told her to put "AS IS" on any damaged item that way the customer knows its damaged and won't ask for a discount! These items are donated anyway. The sterling earrings were 6. The ring 12. Not much difference in price. SO why was there no leeway for the damaged donated ring??Not good business practice! There are so many great charity thrift stores to buy from all over Massachusetts. I would rather donate and shop at a thrift that works and cares for there charity as well as there customers!
Bernice Owusu Agyeman: Clean great selection of clothes. True throttling experience with the prices of the clothing, unlike chain “thrift” stores that charge almost the same price we brand new big box stores.I’ll be a customer frequent there now 😀
T Wyngowski: Awesome stuff and great prices!
Yakelis Delgado: I came from Colorado to visit some friends, and I found this treasure. I felt in love I bought many good clothes. Love it!
Gwen Kosak: Beautiful inside, like a boutique! Great quality nicely displayed. Everything from jewelry to Knick knacks! Highly recommend!!!
Maggie Lavelle: Has a good selection and great prices! I found the store to be very well organized, clean, and the women working there were very nice. I will surely be back!

BioLife Plasma Services: what do users think?
Luis Roldan: I had absent seizures but grew out of it but still needed paperwork from 1994. I waited an hour in a half for bio life to tell me I can't donate unless I have paperwork that states it's ok to donate. There should be a warning next time so people don't waste their time there. Horrible
Richard Rodriguez: It's great I recommend it to everyone. Great service, great people.
Wesley Thomas: The money is not worth the experience.
Greg Aries: $20 for the 1st donation is it worth it? an hour of driving + gas money many hrs of your time! no don't think so!After all it was about changing lives You'd be making more money than them!!!!
Kayla Bergstrom: Understaffed and long waits made it a bit annoying. But the staff was great, so I continued going. My protein levels were low one day, and they said I would need to do a blood draw and would get my results in 7-10 days. Over a month later, and multiple phone calls with no response, I've decided to move on to a different facility. Just seems like the staff cares about donors and making a difference, but management doesn't.
Tommy Jacobsen: I have donated here several times over the past 13 or so months, and after a recent hiatus have gone 3 times in the past couple weeks. It was good previously, but the wait times have gotten ridiculous. The first time took over 3 hours to finish. 1 hour wait for vitals, then sitting in a chair for an hour waiting to be hooked up, then the actual donation. I arrive to my appointments on time, yet have had to wait in the chair at least 40 minutes just to get hooked up each time. Today I left without donating because I waited an hour for vitals (I never got them taken so it would have been longer). To be clear, the staff are all wonderful, kind, and most seem to really be working hard.
Fabio Papst: you wait a lot , nobody knows the order of arrival . I recommend the Medford unit, it's much better, more prepared people!
Allison Marie: I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and this will be my last visit. I waited an hour and 20 minutes to be seen for a physical and was talked to extremely rudely by one of the technicians when I was finally seen, she had me in tears when I left. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited at least an hour to be seen, or longer. I’ve had more than a few appointments last 3 hours start to finish. Between waiting to be checked in, waiting for someone to poke me, the technician missing my vein 9/10 times and waiting for another tech to give it a try, finishing my donation and waiting 20 minutes to be disconnected. It’s not worth $100 a week
Nina Finley: My first 8 or so visits went fine, some long wait times, but over all fine. However the last 3 times I’ve tried to donate I’ve had horrible needle sticks. Two of them from the same person, an older blonde woman. I have large, easy to hit veins, but I think some of the employees aren’t trained very well. There’s a couple familiar faces I’d trust to stick me, but I don’t think I’ll be going back. At this point it’s too stressful wondering if I’m going to get a bad stick and end up with awful bruises.
Maureen Destefano: They don't have anyone to answer the phone!! Extremely unprofessional
Kelly Gradowski: I sat there from 1150 to 230 waiting to donate blood and every staff kept hooking other donors up and ignored me completely I will never ever give these people my blood ever again!!!!!!!
Shannon Cavanagh: Unfortunately this place went down hill very quickly. They are extremely understaffed so plan on a ridiculously long wait time and staff that isn’t always very friendly. Unless you receive a good coupon, there are better options out there.
DomInator: Waited two hours because of a paperwork snafu and the usual line, they had me sit to wait for a second blood pressure check, then literally forgot about me because they kept moving new donors ahead of me. Been coming here for well over a year, this experience may be my last visit, I am beyond frustrated. I love the employees here, they're kind, friendly, I still dont think I'll be returning. Complete waste of my time, patience, and joy today. Not even the dopamine kick of knowing it's for a good cause is worth it at this point.
Ruel Spence: The nurse's here are so unprofessional it's disgusting they need to get this place out of here quick tip the va bye UMass pays more to returning donors
Michigan J Frog: Of the 8 locations I've been, this is hands down the worst. Always understaffed, lines wrap around the interior of the building. If you don't schedule an appointment early in the morning, expect to wait 3 hours
Natalya Loughrin: I’m a regular donor and typically have a good experience here BUT today’s donation experience was TERRIBLE. I waited over 90 minutes to start donating despite booking an appointment. The staff kept letting people skip the line and go ahead of me without explanation. If you plan to donate, forget booking an appointment (it’s useless) and plan for this to be an all afternoon event. I’m very disappointed by today’s service.
Nina Greska: If you guys don’t have time to wait don’t donate here. I have been trying to donate for 1 month, you get there at 1 you will leave around 4:30 so by the time you donate you gonna be hungry tired and overwhelmed. You will be standing up on the line about 1 to 2 hours. Employees are nice but they need to hire more people. This place is a joke.
Marilyn Hernandez: Long wait time. Why take a lot of donors knowing it’s going to be a long wait. Everybody is forced to wait an extra hour or so even with a scheduled appointment.
Jean Carlos Martinez: They treated me disgustingly and waited over an hour for an appointment. Don’t go here at all! Such a disrespectful visit. And it looks like they don’t care either since on all the reviews they reply with the same copy and paste answer. Also very inefficient as they don’t have the capacity to help so many people even with appointments.
Kaylin Pappas: I went in today to donate. I went in comfy clothes. And my husband's older sweatshirt ( that just got out the drier) a black t-shirt and comfy capree sweat pants. I took a shower last night. They literally sent me home saying you are dirty and not clean. I said excuse me I showered last night. They said because my sweatshirt is older I can't donate plasma. I have never been so degraded and put down as they did to me today! So apparently you can't go in and donate plasma in comfy clothes!
Bianca: 🚨DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME 🚨Arrived for my appointment on time, waited 30 minutes and nobody called me, front desk lady told me that I'm next, waited another 30 minutes, another first time donor that got there after me got called, went to the front desk lady and told her I've been waiting for an hour already and people who got here after me have been called. She just apologized and told me I'm supposedly the next person AGAIN. I asked her how much more time is this going to take cause I need to be out of there by 12:30 and she told me the whole process takes about 2-3 hrs (online said 1-2 hrs for the 1st visit). She then asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I said no and left.Super disrespectful to waste people's time.
