Several members of my wedding party have been in multiple weddings this year and they have ALL had problems going to the big chain stores for suit/tux rentals. Bonardis Worcester had every single one of us looking great and the tuxes fit EVERYONE PERFECTLY. I went in around 2:30 and by 3:30, Lee had taken my measurements, had me try on a variety of suits, found the PERFECT one, and helped me pick out the necessary accessories. The pants were a little long and Gina hemmed them in no time. Honestly lifesavers. I will be going back!

Nick Cochrane: From the moment I walked in Lee made me feel like family. Awesome, great atmosphere, and really good price for tailor customized suits. I had been looking for a good formal shop for a while, and with an upcoming wedding, I was getting worried I wouldn't find a good place in time, but I am so happy I stumbled upon Bonardi's. Lee and the team there were able to get all my needs taken care of with less than 2 week turn-around. I will come back here for all my formal wear needs. (Oh and I also ended up buying some more dress shirts too!!! Great quality, and the prices can't be beat!)

I asked to used the restroom and the owner said NO due to covid.lol However, not one person has a mask on. How are they worried about covid and not one employee or customer are waring mask? I wasn't aware you get covid for using the restroom.lol I thought it's airborne spread. Just say no public restroom. Makes more sense.

SUITS WERE READY DAY BEFORE WEDDING THATS TOO CLOSE THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO ACCOMMODATE US.One lady very rude if you questioned anything on phone. The suits measurements were off the grooms shirt was so small.They did help with getting another but it was a battle . The rental shoes were worst than bowling shoes horrible falling apart at the soles.I say it's time for new ones they definitely looked like they were fixed multiple times. I had no time to bring back .I would not recommend A large wedding party to go here .Seek another formal wear.

Ali Cormay: Everything seemed fine when my fiancé and groomsmen went and got measured for their suits. 2 weeks before our wedding they called my fiancé and said his suit is ready to be picked up. When he went they said his suit isn’t ready. They had the wrong date for our wedding even though they had a sheet filled out with all our info on it and was put in a binder sorted by wedding dates. There shouldn’t have been any confusion. Then a few days later they called my fiancé and said you missed your drop off date for your suit. We hadn’t even got married yet and hadn’t picked up his suit! Again, another mistake on their end. After that we both were stressed about the suits not being ready, which we didn’t need a week before our wedding. I had to call multiple times to make sure everything was correct. When we went to pick up my fiancé’s suit the lady there, Gina was very rude toward me but not my fiancé. I was asking questions and confirming when the other groomsmen suits would be ready because only a few were. She said “don’t worry, there’s a huge note on your account because you called about 100 times.” I tried to explain the only reason I called twice was because they kept messing up and called us with wrong information!! She walked away when I was trying to explain. The suits we’re ready in time but one of the grooms pants had cigarette butts in them which is absolutely disgusting! You don’t wash the pants? Or check the pockets at least? So gross. I couldn’t believe it. One of the other groomsmen suits was the complete wrong size. When my fiancé dropped off his suit he let them know and she responded “did he lose weight?” Like are you kidding? She didn’t even own up to the mistake or apologize. The reason I gave 2 stars is because my husbands suit was perfect and he looked very handsome. Terrible experience, I do not recommend. This was the Worcester location.

The one thing that I have an issue with was that the location of this one is pretty tight, even parking on Severs St in Worcester can be a hassle!! But overall a great place you guys have. Each time they were fast, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. This weekend I brought my son for his Junior prom tuxedo rental and the service and experience was once again top notch. I cannot say enough about the customer service that they provide.

My husband & I got married at Lord Thompson Manor in Thompson Connecticut on 7/31/21 and Gina, and everyone at Bonardis (Worchester, MA) was truly AMAZING during the first moment we arrived!Our venue works super close with Bonardis and rightfully so. Gina was our contact and went above and beyond to make the process so easy and seamless for us. With all the tools and resources to get all the correct measurements, to orders, timleslines and advice on when to order during the pandemic, extra fittings whenever my husband and father could get in, coming to our venue to help with the fittings of all the groomsmen- we truly cannot say enough. Bonardis prices are so incredible reasonable (both to buy and rent,) they have every selection/color (and the color of the tie matched PERFECTLY to the bridesmaids’ dresses!) All pieces of the suits were in such great/tip top shape, they were tailored to each groomsmen perfectly and the pick up process after the wedding was so simple. Everyone felt and looked their best. My husband said that he wanted the suit process to be so easy for his groomsmen and Bonardis delivered above and beyond to achieve this goal. This portion of wedding planning was such a breeze and we thank Gina for truly bending over backwards for us and everyone that needed a suit from Bonardis. RUN don’t walk to rent/buy from Bonardis!

Itzel Feeney: I got married on 9/9 and we ordered the groom’s and groomsmen (4) suits in the in Sturbridge. When we went to pick them up (the day before the wedding), they only had 3 out of the 4 groomsmen’s suits. When we asked why they dropped the ball so badly, their response was “we assumed the 4th one wasn’t coming because we never got his measurements” even though we have a confirmation email and text for all measurements AND we even called in July to confirm they received all their measurements. Instead of owning up to their mistake, and trying to immediately fix it (since our wedding was the next day), they continued to make excuses. After *I* had to ask if we could get the 4th suit in time, they expected us to pay the full price and for the expedited shipping. The suit arrived 4 hours before the ceremony which delayed the photos.The groom was missing his bowtie and again, when we asked about it, they tried to claim that we did not order a bowtie even though the receipt said otherwise (picture attached).Additionally, my father (as in the father of the bride) also ordered his tux and shoes from here. His shoes literally crumpled as he was putting them on hours before the ceremony. He had to drive to their store to get a replacement pair and while he was there Shannon lied and told him it was our fault about the 4th suit!!Weddings are stressful enough and I understand mistakes happen, but I never received an explanation or even just an apology for everything. My husband and I both work in the event’s industry and we are always looking for preferred vendors for our clients. After this terrible experience, we will not be recommending Bonardi’s to anyone.

Michelle Champagne: My groom had to wear one of the ring bearers bow ties that I had purchased somewhere else because Bonardis was not capable of helping us. We ordered our tux for groomsmen and the groom months before the wedding. We picked them up three days before the wedding and the groom did not have the purple bow tie as requested. It had a black tie that they said we ordered. (Black tie with everyone else wearing purple, gray pants, brown shoes, brown suspenders.... nothing else black) but that’s fine we had three days before the wedding to get the purple bow tie, miscommunication happens, no big deal, we can fix it. We call, they tell us to come in the next day to pick it up. I go in the next day and was told it is still not there. I stand there with the woman while she calls the Worcester store, she tells them she ordered the purple bow tie, it didn’t come and it was marked urgent. I was reassured someone was personally going to bring it to the store and to come back the next day (our wedding day). Surprise! It’s still not there and now they are even telling us we never ordered it at all! For three days we tried to get the grooms bow tie and they couldn’t make it happen and then out right lied saying we didn’t try. So disappointed. To top things off when trying to talk to them about it we were rudely rushed out of the store. Please save yourself the drama and do your wedding business somewhere else. Little things like this are so easy to avoid and there are plenty of tux shops that are prepared to help you.

James Dunn: Staff was friendly and very assistive in getting my measurements perfect. She was running the entire store by herself and really impressed me with how quick she was able to do a fitting for me and my four friends. Renting a tux is far pricier than it should be, however. Not busy at all, which was also nice.

Dustin Melino-Getz: One of the few places that had a suit I was looking for for my upcoming wedding. We traveled over from the Boston area to check it out. We received a warm greeting when we walked in for our appointment. Gina was extremely helpful and took time to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She provided thoughtful suggestions and showed us everything we asked to see. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing for a suit that is hard to come by. We were also informed that all minor alterations are provided at no additional cost and each suit would be pressed ready to go when they are picked up. This whole process so far has been excellent and I am glad we made the trip out there to visit! I highly recommend taking a visit if you are in need of a suit!
