The seats are individual armchairs; which are comfortable. The office is quiet. The restroom is clean. I was in; and out; in just one hour. A pleasure!

There as a small issue with my trailer registration as well, but it wasn't the fault of this location or the employees. It was a fault by the state and the online renewal process.

Stu H: Absolutely terrible experience. 3 windows completely open with no attendants at any given time. Attendants walk away for 10/15 minutes at a time between customers. Customers who don’t come prepared or have missing information are allowed to contact their insurance company, etc. for the right information while everyone else just waits for them. This place needs a huge improvement on their overall process!
Matthew Fierro: Most incompetent state run waste of the tax payers money organization ever founded in the state of MA. Been here multiple times to renew my license have all documents in hand filled out everything online and I’m turned away every time even showing up at the opening of the door. Can’t make appointments online for any local RMV the state website only allows scheduled appointments for branches 2 hours away from your house! Also you can’t call to make an appointment because they never answer the phone. Useless useless useless!

Mariana Andrade: I failed my road test twice here, but the third time I got it. The instructors are very patient and tell you how to improve.
Vacant Light: 2 years ago i came here for my license. Passed the test, had a good experience. Today i go in for a scheduled appointment for a motorcycle permit. Had all the paperwork that i needed. Well apparently they cant accept the birth certificate that i had, that i know damn well i used last time. I remember because i had to pay for it myself at the town hall because the original got lost. Drove 40 minutes back home in disgust. Tried calling the rmv to ask a simple question. Descovered they have 0 customer service. I have to scedule an appointment and wait another 30 days to sort this out. Have to cancel other plans due to no hope for a quick resolve. Terrible experience

Mark Legere: Usually I expect a decent wait so I went in three hours prior to me have to wait and there wasn’t much people in there so it shouldn’t have taken long, I waited an hour then some of the people started leaving for lunch, understandable, then almost everyone else left for lunch and there was only two left, out of at least 12 counters and so I was there another hour and a half and still didn’t get called by either of the TWO people working. Precious: My brother had his road test examined by Paul at Leominster RMV. Unfortunately Paul was very rude and unmannered.. very unprofessional. I understand that road test examiners are not there to be your friend, they are to examine your skills to see if you are capable of driving on the road alone. Instead of trying to give advice for my brother to better himself to be a better driver, Paul decided to belittle my brother by telling him “You drive like own the road and you don’t care about anyone else.. You have poor judgment skills and not an ounce of curtesy” Paul could have guided my brother to a better path and gave him a teaching moment rather than just insulting him.Paul, learn to be a human being… you are there to help teach and guide new drivers to become better drivers correct? The RMV should have lessons for the examiners to go through to better teach themselves as well.. with handling the results of the exam in a professional way.
Little Gene: It's a quite place with limited crowd. You have to go with your car and sponsor for test. If you have practiced enough then passing is not an issue. You won't get fear of too much traffic on the road. All the best!Aware of yield in no left turn signal light.

Customer service told Mc e they were NOT taking walk-ins and that I need to make an appt. but none available until my license expires. I counted 20 people waiting. So with that few people , why can’t they take walk-ins??? The guy at customer service was rude and obviously did not care one bit. The inefficiency and gall of the RMV is ridiculous and insulting to efficiency and common sense.

I highly recommend this because the website is not always clear with what exactly you need. I was in and out. The woman who helped me was super casual and happy to help answer questions.
