Mark Dombrowski: This driving school leaves a lot to be desired. Drive time booking was atrocious. Some of my daughter’s times were cancelled by the school with zero appointments available to reschedule. We were told someone would call us back with more times, which never happened. When we called back a week later they told us that they didn’t say they would call us with more times. The driving instructor was poor at best. The way she taught parallel parking was just setting our child up to fail. A couple of days before her road test, we got a call from the office saying there were a bunch of kids that could not make it and to show up early and we could get finished early. Her test was at 1:00, we showed up at 10:00 to see a complete disaster for road test. There were at least 8-12 kids there at all times trying to get their test. It appears all the kids were told to just show up and it was a free for all every time the car came back from a test. The first one to the car went next. After 2 hrs of waiting, I called the office and was told that the office never called us. After some arguing the office called the instructor and got us to be the next road test. I could not believe the poor management, professionalism and organization by this company from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

belle marshall: The customer service is amazing when they answer the phone very polite and understanding. They got right back to me and help schedule lessons that fit my schedule. But I had some problems with the driving instructor Charlotte my road test is next week and I was doing parallel parking perfectly fine with other driving schools. Charlotte's "way to parallel parking" will not only make me fail my road test but other students as well. I've hit the curb parallel parking with her more times than other instructors. I've been going to CMSC school and they have a good technique to follow, they encourage students to get parallel parking correctly cause hitting the curb is critical error. When waiting for her and other student to come back from a lesson, so I can take mine. I watched this student perform a parallel park with "her way or method" and he hit the curb too. Then he had to make adjustments just like I was doing. Sometimes during 2 hrs lessons she goes on her phone and she looks at flowers or trees from people house. While I'm waiting for her next instructions, we are not going on a sight seeing driving. I'm paying money for you to teach me correctly and use my time wisely. I have told her my road test is next week and I don't have time to make any mistakes. She almost made me cry and give up...does not have a positive attitude.

Steph Arlette: I had my driving test with them and the person that I got, Charlotte, was really rude. She wasn't helpful at all on my one hour practice before the test, if anything she got me even more nervous. She was an old lady, with the worse aptitude ever. A big waste of money!

I have had charlotte, and she was horrible, should not be a driving instructor, and for my road test i had leo who was extremely unprofessional, and rude. I wasted my money on a place that allows its driving instructors to act pretentious, and completely out of line, There was next to no reason to be yelled at by a complete stranger, or talked to in such a sarcastic, rude, pompous, tone of voice.

bay: I had a terrible experience with several of the driving instructor. Only 2 of 5 were even remotely good at keeping me calm and being helpful. 2 of the teachers yelled at me for little things that made no sense which caused me to feel overly stressed. The other teacher I disliked went to other students behind my back telling them all that I did wrong rather than helping me correct it during my lesson.

Sarah Dirienzo: I've only had one class so far with Richway's and already feel like they deserve a 5 star review from me.I'm an adult learner. Growing up outside Boston, it was cheaper to use the MBTA--no parking fees, no gas to buy, no car insurance, no vehicle upkeep. And I never learned because when it came down to the finances, it was pay my college deposit, or for driving school. I picked college. But now I live in Worcester, and the bus routes here are limited.I started out by trying Best Driving School. They charge the least in town, and they pick you up at your house, which are great things! But the scheduling is stressful. You call the day before you want to drive, and then they call you back, at their leisure, and give you an appointment time. It doesn't really work out for people with busy schedules. The actual instruction is more geared towards pre-test prep, even if you make it clear you're a brand new driver. I did one lesson, and don't remember much of it because of how stressed I was. The instructor took me right onto main roads, had me do parallel parking, and three point turns. There was no break, just bam-bam-bam, do this, now this, then this. I put off continuing lessons for about six months afterwards.Then I finally felt comfortable enough to give it another go with Richways. Monique was really patient and understanding. We spent the first half of the lesson in the parking lot. She walked me through adjusting my seat and mirrors (Best Auto did not do this) and the controls--windshield wipers, high beams, turn signals, etc.. Then we just spent some time doing turns around the lot, not even really using the gas at all, just letting me get comfortable with using the turn signal and keeping to the right side of the road. Then for the latter half, we briefly went onto the road outside the school in order to get to a small, quiet neighborhood nearby, where I was able to drive around and start getting used to using the gas and making turns on the actual road.Did we cover parallel parking? No. Three point turns? No. Highway driving? Nope. But we didn't need to for the first lesson. Monique allowed me to get comfortable with the basics, and with simply being behind the wheel of a vehicle. And she made wonderful conversation the entire time, which really changed the atmosphere of the session. I left actually feeling good, and have since bought a six-lesson package.Additionally, Richways has an entirely different scheduling system. You pay in advance (Best Auto is cash only on arrival) and schedule online, so you know what slots are available, which instructor you will be with (!!!), and can make a selection WEEKS in advance. This does mean slots are harder to come by, since all their students are looking to book, but I've managed to book 4 of my 6 lessons already by checking for cancellations.Shoutout to Monique for helping me feel confident again! Looking forward to future lessons with Richways.

Miss D the instructor was very good with the practice session! Would highly recommend this driving school for-your requirements in the near future! I passed my road test in the first attempt! :D

Faisal Sharify BuRd: They are not behaving good with students during practice and they are not on time most of the time you will practice 30min out of 60min. except Nice a person Bob.During the test for those who want them to pass they will ask for about 0.1 mile and pass them but those whom should get failed they will ask for long drive definitely they will find some mistakes and reason to fail. I had opted for one instructor to maintain consistency but lam actually glad that I had the chance to have two to three instructors, they all highlighted the areas I needed to work on. One of my lessons I was running late because my dads car broke down, instead of the school cancelling my session, my instructor Mike picked me up from my location to start my road lesson. I started driving so much better after my second lesson !!!
