Lexi McCleod: I used this place when I saw they had good reviews, but I couldn't be more dissappointed on their customer service. I have spent about ~$300 here and I say that I regret ever going here. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to lodge a complaint when the service or outcome is not my desired. I gave it 2 stars because they do know how to do some good iron and drycleaning but the older Hispanic lady (the receptionist) there has very poor customer service. I complained to her about how the suit jacket were not ironed properly but the pants were not and she said I have a problem in my head. Who says that to a customer? She went on saying I am the only one that complains about my clothes and that I should check other drycleaners for solutions. I'm never going to a place where they treat customers like trash.

Christopher Esposito: Best dry cleaners I have been too. They do an excellent job cleaning the items and they have fair prices. I have been here multiple times with suits, dresses, jackets, etc. and they go above and beyond.

Aaron Alzapiedi: Horrible experience. I brought a custom suit to be dry cleaned here a few weeks ago. When it was returned the lapel had been completely unfolded and flattened, leaving me to have to figure out how to properly re-crease and iron it. They also lost a 1 of a kind pocket scarf that matches the suit lining. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the promised same day and did deliver on that.

Andres Garcia: DO NOT go this place!!!! I paid $5.00 for each shirt to be just wash and Iron. when I went back to pick my shirts they were still dirty and the lady and the guy there told me they would wash and Iron them again but i had to pay $5 for each shirt once again too!! They don't even use any soap. My shirts were cleaner than when I got them back. Pricey and not worth it. Horrible!! Save your money and time DO NOT GO THERE..

I took it back to her and she told me to pay additional $5 for each shirt AGAIN. Please save your money and go somewhere for your dry cleaning stuff. NEVER going to this place ever again. Terrible job & customer service

I only come here when money is low and I’m desperate because it’s cheap. Considering what neighborhood this is located in you would think it would be in better condition. I mean they just finally installed a ceiling within this past year. It’s been gone for years. If you’re short on cash this is the place to go and in need of doing your laundry this is the place to go. But other than that I would stay clear

Jeremy Hahn: Dropped off a $1500 Armani jacket to be hemmed. The buttons are all crinkled up after the hem job. Also had another jacket dry cleaned; dropped it off on a heavy duty hanger and when I got it home I realized it was swapped out for a thin metal hangar that left line creases in the shoulders. Won't be back.

Dan Courtney: Though about half of the machines are always broken, I never have a problem getting my laundry done. The staff is always friendly, as well.
Erin O'Rourke: The older attendant is HORRIBLY RUDE. she always has a nasty look on her face and only speaks with an attitude, the younger attendant is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART though. I put my clothes in the wash and decided to go to cvs as I waited, specifically so that I wouldn't end up leaving my clothes in the washer too long, got back MINUTES after my clothes had finished. When I came back I found the rude attendant taking my clothes out with her bare hands. She then rudely said thank you as I came over. My clothes were not left there long enough to be touched by someone else, I was absolutely disgusted by that woman.

patricia berthiaume: I had my Irish knit sweater cleaned by White and Brite and it shrunk beyond repair! I have made several attempts to reach a manager and am always told manager not in,come back at 9 am the next day. I would go the next day and manager not in.I have called and left several messages with no responseThis sweater cost $135.00 dollars and I expect to be compensated for this!

Well when I went back on Tuesday the day I was supposed to go back gave the same lady the slip she looked at it and said to me it’s not ready oh well u come back Thursday! So I asked her nicely why wouldn’t you guys call me and let me know I drove 20 miles to come pick it up she said oh well it’s not my job to call u , and that it’s not her fault machine Broke ! Then I asked her if she was the manager she rolled her eyes at me and said nope ! So I asked for her manager # and she wouldn’t give it to me ! Anyways I will never go to them again , never recommend them to anyone! Worst place ever ! Staff is rude as well !
