Melody Davis: I never had shopped here before, but when my old washing machine died, I was determined to shop locally. My appliance repairman recommended Better Electric. I know why now. Friendly, no BS, efficient, no pressure. New washer delivered in 2 days. Delivery guys were also nice and friendly. We couldn’t move the faucets, so I called my plumber. The delivery guys were back (without any reminders from me) and we are all happy. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Exceptional experience. Felt like family!Shop here. You won’t be disappointed.

Kathy Grimaldi: We've been shopping at Better Electric for over 25 years and have always been satisfied. The owner Ray is a down to earth guy and as busy as he is he always assists you or gets one of of his great staff members to help you. It's just unfortunate that the manufacturers don't make appliances like they used to but that's not Better Electrics' fault! Great store! No wonder they've been open for over 75 years!

I showed up at Better Electric (on the recommendation of my appliance repair guy) first thing Mon morning and within minutes had the attention of one of the most helpful salespeople I have ever worked with. He listened and tried to help me find the best fridge for my needs and one that I could get quickly. The fridge was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were amazing. Getting the old fridge out was no simple matter, but they did it and set up the new one beautifully. I will be buying all my appliances from Better Electric from now on. :)

Rod Beittel: Came for one service visit, did nothing that we can tell. Took $300 "deposit" for full tune up scheduled later in the week. Deposited check immediately and have not heard from since, a month ago. Multiple calls not returned. This is UNRELIABLE Maytag now.

Amie Humphrey Facendola: Roy charged us $199 to come to our house to fix our washing machine. Then he told us that it would cost an additional $325 in parts to fix it. My husband and my brother just fixed it for $4 worth of capacitors. This guy is a scam. He was at our house less than 10 minutes and he spent half of that in his car. He didn't even take the panel off the machine! I do not recommend them. EDIT to add after numerous phone calls he did refund us $99. I still would not recommend his service though.
