UMass Memorial EMS: what do users think?
TipOfTheSpear: You can never go wrong with WEMS. These men/women are the benchmark.
Manny: Thank you 1st responders for all you do. You guys made my sons 3 years old day amazing by showing up and driving by our house on his birthday date. God bless you all. It was Really amazing 😀😀 from our hearts 💕 thank you so much.
colleen triola: I recently had the misfortune of having to use an ambulance and Worcester EMS showed up at my door. They made a horribly frightening experience more than tolerable. They explained everything they were doing and they talked to me through the whole ride and they were amazing, simply amazing. They followed up with me in the emergency room and they made sure I had all the information that I needed. I can’t stress enough how wonderful these people are. I wouldn’t recommend an ambulance ride, but if you have to take one these are the guys to go with!
Richard Kirby: I wish to thank the Ambulance crew that came to my assistance yesterday 9/10/19. They made a very difficult situation very tolerable with their professional and caring efforts. Although as it turns out I was not seriously injured you could not tell by the way they took care of me, every effort was made to carefully move me and manage the pain I was in from the moment they arrived until they brought me into the ER at St Vincent. I wish I remembered their names but it matters not because I’m sure they do the same for everyone they meet under difficult circumstancesSincere thank you
butch robbins: Excellent service!!One of the ambulance drivers Rob picked me up and promptly asked me “what?” In regards to why we called :)Once I told him that my grandson had the hiccups he walked him out to the ambulance where he drove him quickly to the hospital. If it were not for the service of these fine drivers then our community would be in shambles. Thanks Rob and the other stretcher operator!
Elizabeth Quinn: I gave 1 star because I had to in order to write a review, otherwise there wouldn't be a star at all !! This review is for the 2 Paramedics that picked up a family member of mine, this year 2019. My family & I will never forget the way they Treated & also the way they Handled our family member !! There is much more to this story that lies ahead. There will be a further review in the near future with more details. I HIGHLY reccommend if you call for an ambulance, be there when they arrive & be an advocate for the person going in the Ambulance. Speak up, ask questions if you have them. If you see something you don't like, say something. If saying something gets nowhere, do something. Do something before it's to late or Irreversible !!! Remember just because someone is in a certain profession, doesn't mean they should be !!! It also doesn't mean they truly have your loved ones best interest at heart !!!
Mary Mahoney: On Saturday February 2nd my father had to be taken to the ED at St. Vincent's twice. The first time the EMTs were very nice, however the 2nd time one of the EMTs was extremely rude and condescending. My 84 year old father has been very ill since the beginning of January, and I have been very stressed out caring for him, multiple trips to the ER, two hospital stays and two surgeries. When the EMTs arrived for the second call of the day, this particular man was very gruff, wanting to know why we called them, asking my father questions that did not pertain to his transportation. At one point, I muttered under my breath, "just take him." I acknowledge this was rude, and apologized right away when the EMT yelled at me. Three other times before they took my father this man gruffly said to me and my father that they were not a taxi service, they were for sick people. I told him every time that I understood and apologized for my earlier snarky comment. My father could not walk. I physically could not carry him, and the hospital told me to call the ambulance. This man was so condescending that he made me cry. This took place around 1:30 on Saturday February 2nd. The firefighters who were on the scene tried to make me feel better, acknowledging his behavior was rude. Even the hospital staff was mortified when they heard our story.

Vital Emergency Services: what do users think?
Debra Ostrander: A huge thank you to Vital Emergency Services, and specifically Isis and Brittany, for transporting my Dad to Beaumont Skilled Nursing in Westborough. Your compassion and professionalism is truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
Alex Lilly: A great EMS service staff should get paid more!
Chris Bonollo: Forced to miss several important procedures, ultrasounds, MRI's as well as follow-up appointments due to no-shows and late arrivals. Even after multiple confirmations they were again 30 min late.
Matthew Amador: These people are ridiculous. There driver almost smashed into me coming into my lane. Not to mention almost running me and my family off the road. when I beeped to let them know she flipped me off and then waved. I don't know who was driving ambulance number 41 on 5-31-2022 at 1625 near West Boylston but they are dangerous and unprofessional. When you call to speak to a supervisor all you get is a voicmail.
Robin Macklin: They are always late. The last experience not only were they 50 minutes late, but dispatch had them take me to the wrong location. I told them the correct location before we started. My appointment was canceled. Under what other circumstances does one have to pay for bad and incorrect service. The driver was fine and courteous.
Donna Hagopian: I was homeless and went to U mass memorial. First they stole my wallet and an expensive necklace. Then they had security lined up at the hospital. While looking for my wallet after being abused by the nurses they started slamming me into a wheelchair saying I was sectioned. They gas lit me. I tried to defend myself and they put charges for assault on me. Mentally abused me at Memorial. Then put me through extreme mental anguish. I hate them and charges are coming to them.
Lisa Mackres: I had an appointment with a local dentist and a time was scheduled for vital's services- no one arrived. Transportation was arranged for an affiliate of vital the following day -Worcester Medical Transportation Resources. Iasked for this driver's business card so I can call him. A nurse manager told me another patient had SURGERY scheduled. Once again, no one showed up. Absurd.
Gail Butto: When I needed transport from U Mass Memorial Medical to Sunnyview Rehab Center in Schenectady, New York over three hours away, I requested one female attendant if available. I was delighted to have the Women’s World Cup ambulance team arrive in the form of Jen and Meg. They arrived punctually to transport me efficiently and cheerfully to the ambulance. The driver Jen made the ambulance feel like a hovercraft which floated above every pothole or rough patch of road. There were no sudden stops or overzealous take offs. Jen operated the vehicle with my safety and comfort foremost in her performance. Meg attended me in the back and was a delightful, intelligent conversationalist. Her primary focus was on my comfort and safety. When they delivered me like a fragile package to the rehab facility, I was very surprised to learn they had never before worked together. They had operated like a well-oiled machine. I must applaud those at Vital Emergency Services who interviewed, hired, and trained these two admirable employees. They are indeed a credit to your company!
Carol Pappas: Rehab facility I was staying in for serious injury back in 2012 called these people for ride for me to dr office. After all was done my lawyer asked all those I had dealt with.for my injury for final bills. Every bill was paid. Now more than 6 years later Vital EMS says they were not paid and they sent bills both to lawyer and to me. We both say we never received bills from them. Don't ever deal with Vital EMS. Something is definitely wrong in their billing dept. Definitely crooked people.
Peter Rawstron: Waited more than two hours for them to pick up my 85 year old parents from their doctor's appointment. When dropping them off I told the driver that they would be ready by 12. I called the company at 11:55am to let them know my parents were ready for pick-up. I was told someone was on their way. I waited a half an hour and called again. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. Call back I was told I needed to wait another half an hour for a transport. It is now 2pm and no transportation. Definitely not a good way to run a transportation company. All this waiting caused my parents to miss their lunch at the retirement community.
Ashley James: You know what's fun? Watching your drivers almost run a kid over. Great job.
Ashley Gervais: I still have nightmares of my dad's last 24 hours made worse when he was transported home with people who couldn't carry him right, left him in 5 degree weather for at least minutes while they tried to figure out how to open a chair, with nothing on but a hospital gown and how they tripped on and pulled at his catheter. Train your staff, staff your staff, pay them better and maybe they won't make the last 24 hours of your dad's life endure unnecessary suffering.
Shawn Tibbetts: Highly skilled professionals
East coast Fire buffing: Exlicent service
David Yocum: If Vital EMS condones and still continues to employ Linda Kimbal, after her racist tirade calling black people "porch monkeys" because they're protesting inequality, police brutality and mainly because of the color of their skin; they are guilty by association. I strongly recommend the firing and blacklisting of this vile individual, where she should never be able to provide medical or have access to personal medical data.
Rushy C: Please do not use this company. They employ rasicts who call African Americans porch monkeys. Linda Kimball openly discriminated against People of Color. Will Jews, Hispanics, Asians and Gays be her next target?Corporations please do not use this company or list them as a referral on your websites. They should have done better while interviewing and weeding out all of the Linda Kimballs.
Supreme Goddess: If Linda Kimball works here will personally boycott this company! It's an outrage that you would employ someone the speaks hate speech!
Mr. Marcus: This company hires raging RACIST, one in paticular Linda Kimball. She's made public comments about black peopla being "Porch Monkeys". Don't chance your life with this RACIST ass company. Hows that unemployment check Linda??? 😂😂🔥😭 ✊🏾✊🏾🤦🏾‍♂️
Ron: This company has an employee Linda Kimbal who publicly called black people porch monkeys and there has been no response from company.I guess they agree.
Stephanie Gridley: You might want to deal with Linda Kimball sooner than later. Unless of course you are okay with her referring to people exercising their right to peaceful protest as "porch monkeys".
khidja seymour: This company employs a racist by the name of Linda Kimball. DO NOT utilize this company until this has been addressed!!! Calling black people "porch monkeys" is never ok.

Kelly Mercer: Had an amazing experience thought it would be a lot longer than what it was learned not to push so hard on the chest
Kristine Henderson: I found this so easy to do both my CPR and First Aid training! I could do the online portion at my own pace and thought the content and set up was really good. The in-person portion was great as my instructor was very helpful and it was the first time I could really get a sense of how deep compressions must be and the correct rhythm. Highly recommend renewing your BLS certification this way! Thank you!
Alicia Marzziott: Update: The owner of this company reached out the same day and offered me a full refund! I was very pleased with their customer service! I will be retracting my post. Thank you.
Heather Valdes: Great course the online part is challenging, but you actually end up understanding the Content, I felt very confident, and this was my first attempt at obtaining my ACLS certificate, my skills instructor was very patient and took the time out to explain everything to me, and answer all of my questions, plus they have prep courses offered for free right from the comfort of your own home via zoom. I would definitely use them again there is no doubt about it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Deb's World: Great experience
Pascal Scemama: Excellent and efficient company to certify or recertifications ACLS. Fully AHA certified. I did the online course and then was able to schedule a ACLS skills test very easily. The rest is conducted virtually with a remote instructor. There are short videos to review and then practice on manikin monitored by the instructor and software attached to manikin. No one else with me in the room so very safe given Covid. The setup is very comfortable and the instructor was excellent. All in all was able to recertify very efficiently and very safely. I am a practicing anesthesiologist and the feedback I got during the skill tests was actually very helpful. I highly recommend Code One.
Olivia June: Richard was a great instructor, and made the space feel very comfortable! He had a lot of helpful information and tips to share along with the ACLS curriculum! Thank you again Richard!!
Nick Benham: Richard is an excellent instructor! The location has great equipment! Overall I had a wonderful learning experience.
Anny Garcia: I had such a positive experience renewing my certification through Code One. I was able to do the online work at my own pace. The skills portion with Mr Richard was great because I had a private and comfortable virtual conference setting . My instructor was positive and reassuring and gave clear instructions.
heather dugan: Great program, very helpful and knowledgeable!
Amy Djus: The online portion is very long but very thorough. The in person portion was great and well set up.
Michael Devine: Richard was an excellent instructor for BLS and ACLS. His skills assessment made me comfortable and was also informative. He has many years of experience as a paramedic and is both nightly knowledgeable and a joy to learn from. He made a potentially uncomfortable evaluation process enjoyable, I would highly recommend.
Jocelyn Coleman: It went so fast and the trainer helped by explaining things into details, he also made me feel comfortable.Overall every went well.
