Rachel Berger: After a botched, painful root canal with aspen dental I have pretty bad post traumatic stress and was very anxious going in to my visit with Worchester endodontics, but they were super careful to make sure I wasn't in pain, and they did a great job!

Eddy: The person in the back office that does the billing is very rude and not customer friendly. They want you to pay in advance even for something that you might not need! They do not see you if you do not pay in advance. Even for consultation! People in front desk are nice but lady that does the billing is extremely rude and not considerate. They charged me sometime ago for service that I did not received. Thanks God I saw it otherwise I would be screwed! They should not treat people like that for consultations! Doing the real procedure of course you should pay if you want to do it BUT consultation should treat people nicely and informing them what is the next step. I do not recommend them at all

Her chair side manner is exceptional; she is warm, funny and thoroughly explains each step. She and dental technician Evelyn had a seamless flow during the procedure whether it was with their routine or their regular checks for my well-being. I cannot recommend them enough. To say I received caring and professional care would be an understatement, a disservice, to how I was cared for and treated. As I've had root canals in the past, I REALLY wasn't looking forward to another. However, Dr. Nunez made it almost pain free. I was comfortable listening to 50s and 60s music (I'm in my 60s) with both of them appreciating my choice of music and making sure I was comfortable. The results of the procedure were greatly praised by my dentist, and others who saw the results. But, my experience with the front staff is you need to verify EVERYTHING you've told them and ask them to verify it back to ensure they're setting up the appointment correctly.As for the dentists and techs, they're fantastic. I had to get a root canal (had an infection so I got to see them twice) and felt comfortable with the dentist (Dr. Niusha Nikkholgh). She made me feel less nervous, explained what she was going to do, and I was checked in on throughout the visit to ensure I wasn't feeling any pain. The techs that worked with her were great as well and very compassionate.As someone who's had many bad experiences with dentists growing up, I hate going to the dentist. If I ever have to get another root canal, I'm going to Dr. Niusha. I'd be glad to have her do my dental work.

Her assistant Dawn did a great job helping Dr. Stern with everything she needed. And checking out was a breeze with Jenn. If you need a root canal, Dr. Stern is the one to go to.

Kim Cee: If you need a root canal this is the place to go. Dr. Guzak was calming, informative, sympathetic (to my anxiety!) and wonderful. She talked me through every minute and truly put me at ease. So much so that i hugged her afterwards. The staff are caring and understanding as well. Care Credit is a valuable bc goodness knows any dental service is not cheap. They truly care about the people that walk through their doors and it shows.

Jamie McKenna: I must say, Dr. Cabrera is fantastic! I'm someone who has bad anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist. I have only had one other root canal done before and it was done by a different dentist at a different dental company and that was not a good experience and left me more terrified. Well thankfully after seeing Dr. Cabrera and his amazing assistant for my most recent root canal I'm not afraid to have to get root canals in the future! He is very knowledgeable and precise with what he does, he is patient with making sure I'm fully numb before starting and making sure I'm comfortable throughout the whole process, and he was awesome at explaining every little thing to me and even how my tooth had an extra canal. He thoroughly went over my xrays with me, which was cool. His assistant (I can't remember her name I'm so sorry) was so good at explaining the process to me while I was getting numb and she and I just enjoyed chatting as we waited for the numbing to set in. They worked great as a team. She was quick to hand Dr. Cabrera the tools he needed right as he requested them and most of the time she was already holding the tool he would need before he asked for it. Hopefully I don't need anymore root canals, but lets be real here haha I wont be afraid to get a root canal in the future now that I'll be seeing them again :) very comfortable experience. Sorry for the novel lol.Also, I thought it was kind of the front staff to call me to check up on me and see how my procedure went and said if I had any questions or pain to give them a call back (it was a voicemail because I was at work). Since I had met the front staff a couple times already, when I went in the most recent time one of the ladies said "Hi Jamie!" so that was very nice that she remembered me :) they had also called because there was a cancellation and wanted to see if I wanted to come in for my root canal sooner, but I wasn't able to.

Meghan Haskell: I was beyond nervous for our consultation- it had been almost 10 years without seeing a dentist (due to dental anxiety) and I was told u needed a root canal. Luckily, they have online registration so I didn't have to fill out forms with shaky hands. The Doctor ended up having a cancellation and wanted to take me then as he was booked for the next few weeks- that's when the nerves kicked in. My heart was racing and my palms were sweating like crazy. We started the procedure and I quickly realized that all that I was nervous about was for nothing! The entire procedure was easy, quick, and absolutely painless. The Dr. Cabrera and his staff explained every small detail to me, let me know why it was necessary, and let me have the freedom of telling them (if I was in pain) to stop. The receptionist and front end staff were also very pleasant. Honestly, it felt less painful than a filling.**UPDATE**After a week or so of back and forth with my dentist (Dr. Lowell Gross) and Dr.Cabrera due to extreme and worsening tooth pain next to the tooth mentioned above (back in 2018), I finally had them perform new xrays and tests to determine where the source of pain/infection was coming from as well as what they would recommend to resolve this. I had scheduled my procedure for the end of the week after seeing them on Monday, but after waking up Tuesday at 2 am in agony and having a worsening fever, I called the office in hopes of a sooner appointment. The office staff found an opening with Dr. Clark within 3 hours of my call and treated me as if I were their own daughter when I came in. The entire procedure was quick and easy, and I was very thankful for going in as there was indeed a bad infection in the root on the tooth behind the original RC. I honestly cannot say enough good things about everyone at this practice. They truly care about their patients, help you to understand what options are possible while giving you their expert opinion, and always are sympathetic of your discomfort in a very genuine way.

Central New England Endodontics worked around my schedule to help me with a very Abscessed tooth.This tooth was on the road to causing me way more of an issue than just pain. Maybe because of working on one patient at a time the dentist was working on four at one time. They said I can come back a pay another $1500 so they can try again. Do not go here they are more concerned about there fancy wooden office in the back than their patients.

Avanell Brock: I chose this dentist due to the good Google reviews and proximity to my house, so I wanted to leave an updated review for people like myself who check these things.I went here for 2 years and continually gave them the benefit of the doubt - despite a painful first visit (first dentist I had was very rough, so I switched to another one), a visit where the hygienist shoved the x-ray mouthpiece in my mouth so that I threw up a little in my mouth, and he didn't notice), etc.Finally this year I decided to find a new dentist after she told me that I needed 3 fillings, without even taking an x-ray at my visit! She condescendingly told me that I had needed them since my last visit 6 months prior and that I had not made an appt - which seems like it should be the receptionist's job at that visit, also, I feel like I would have remembered her telling me I needed 3 fillings, 2 on one side/1 on the other! Also suspicious is the fact that she was looking at my chart and told me I had missed a visit... 'oh wait, no, it was your husband who missed a visit'....My husband who JUST had 3 fillings recently, 2 on one side/1 on the other.....I got a second opinion - my new dentist didn't see any need for fillings, but did mention that Pearla hadn't taken the forwarded x-rays correctly, since they didn't show the roots of the teeth. Also, after 2 years of asking Pearla to refer me to get new retainers/mouthguards, my new dentist was able to make a mold immediately at my visit and got them to me within a week.Worth noting however, the receptionist mentioned that Pearla just got new owners, two new dentists. So perhaps things will improve. Always check the most recent reviews!

My current dentist said the previous work, especially the root canal and crown, were remarkable and well performed.

Neena Pires: I had extreme dental pain, and attended this office in hope of discovering what was wrong. When I spoke to the dentist I explained that it was coming from the back of my mouth, to which they assumed was a wisdom tooth issue. For reference, my teeth were not checked whatsoever prior to me walking out of the office that day. I was simply told that I needed to remove my wisdom teeth, and was sent home with nothing more. At this point in time, all four of my wisdom teeth had been mostly grown in and had never caused me any issues. This makes me think that if they had taken the time to review my records, or even briefly look at my teeth they would have concluded that my wisdom teeth were not the issue. Moral of the story, I did remove all four teeth, and the issue persisted. I ended up attending another office, where they were quickly able to tell me that what I needed after all was a root canal.The staff here are lazy and have poor work ethic. It was easy for them to tell me that I needed my wisdom teeth out since it is a routine procedure. However, no patient should ever walk out without being full analyzed and should receive adequate care.
