Pulled in talk to receiving give me a door to back in within 10 minutes they started unloading me I was out of there within a half an hour. Awesome place would go back anytime. Cheryl Young: I worked at Worcester Envelope for 10 years. My aunt and a friends mother worked there. They were both single women and were able to make enough money there to support their families, that was 1982. I was 18 years old and working at Burger King. I pestered the personal manger every week until finally he hired me. I met some of the best people there. The two families that owned the company were very good to the workers. I loved running those machines. Times were changing and it was one of the last good paying factory jobs. I left when had my first child. Later I became a nurse so I never went back to the envelope company. Sometimes, even now when I’m sleeping I will dream I’m running up the stairs of the RA to put paper on the feed or I’ll be throwing up the gate of the on the 3900 and pulling back the envelopes until the belt is clear and slamming it down just in time for the envelopes to run throw straight. We made quality envelopes we cared what we put in those boxes. God bless you all.

Awabia Belle: I ordered coin envelopes with black and purple ink. They send black and pink instead and implied that I chose the wrong color. I provided a print out of their proof next to what I received and have yet to hear back from them about it. They don’t honor their customer satisfaction policy. I’m extremely disappointed with the product and awful customer service. I would not order from them again.The date my order was placed is not significant. This response from the business shows that they're willing to misrepresent the issue and double down instead of owning up to the mistake and making it right. The bottom line is, what I approved, did not match what I received. The photo I included clearly shows that.Low-quality product, even lower quality customer service.

Caroline Gaddy: I’m a 1st time buyer from this store.I paid 10 bucks for next day shipping. Very step given almost no one charges this fee anymore. 4 days later still not gotten my items. They were good enough to give me back my delivery cost but not really the point is it. Called customer service they said it was not even on the truck to be delivered even though it says will be delivered today.... IM STILL WAITING??? I called and canceled the order in the end fed up with the waiting. Would not recommend this company.

Jeremy Larsen: The paper that arrived is misaligned. It is a fold over card and the corners don't meet. Also, the embossed border on the paper is off center by an 1/8" which is noticeable to the eye. AND customer service is apparently fond of gaslighting people.
J Peppler: Only great things to say about LCI Paper Co! Their customer service took care of me after a horrible experience with another company that set me way behind schedule on an order I was trying fulfill. In my opinion they went above and beyond to fix someone else's mistake and because of that I was even able to complete my order on time. I am grateful to have found a company that is not only reliable, but went out of their way to help me. I will only order from them from now on!
Carley Perez: Be wary of this company. Some of the paper that they sell is not compatible with home or professional-level printers even though the product description says it is. They will not issue a return unless you take the time and effort out of your day to do it and pay to ship it back yourself. They should issue a return for faulty product without requiring a seller to do this.
Julianna Leccese: I've been a loyal customer of LCI for years. The paper is top notch and the shipping is very reliable when we lived in Vermont and now California.My last experience with them though when an issue arose wasn't the best. The paper I got was bent in the corners making the card stock jam in my printer and look unsightly. Every single one of my 250 card order besides a 50pk was bent. I've reached out with them before about issues like this, like when I had blue marks over some of my cards. They just told me they'd make the factory aware. I was a little put off but again, their card stock is great 90% of the time.With this issue they said it must of been UPS which didn't really make sense considering 50 of them or so were fine. They said they would get back to me when UPS responded to them. I emailed over the next two weeks, twice. No response. All I asked for was an update on receiving a refund for damaged products each time. I eventually went to my bank to confirm a refund would be processed. I don't get why it was so hard to respond to an issue, or an email for that matter but it was very upsetting after being a customer with them for years.

For example, I'd never been aware of envelope liners - I thought I was ordering lined envelopes. I'm very happy with what I received - I just had no idea.Gorgeous liners, by the way. I recieved my package when they said I would which was I believe within the 5-7 or 8 days.The quality of both papers is amazing. Gmund and linen. I'm a crafter learning how to make greeting cards so the linen worked well for the base of the card while the gmund holds the ink designs well. I have to say that out of all the cardstock I've wrestled with, these two types and textures have made a big difference on how I chose my cardstock now because my work looks amazing!
