I was sure we'd need another trip and days or weeks of work to clean out the townhouse. We had this painting appraised at 20K So I went with them. I now received the check for 187.00 WTH Complete rip off. They didn't do much research on this painting apparently or even started at a higher bid like most auction places do. I hope who ever screwed on the money enjoys it for penny's because it should have been bought for at least 5k or more. IT was a painting of a family member breast feeding a child, and they were good friends with the artist. Shame on these people. DON"T GO TO THEM!!!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH
