Suburban Extended Stay Hotel: what do users think?
Axoh: place was dirty there was bed bugs it smelledRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Ryan Gosselin: Overcharged, and we didnt even stay the whole night due to the terrible conditon this hotel is in. All the hallways smell terrible and the rooms were not clean. Stains on the bed, walls etc. Dried blood in the tub. Front desk lady was extremely rude as well. How they are in business is beyond me. Stay away at all costs.
Tommie Dunn Concrete: Staff was friendly and helpfulRooms: Where properly clean and stockedSafety: No one was loitering around the property witch made me even saferFood & drinks: Plenty of food and drinks for the familyNoteworthy details: There was always someone there to answer any questions that you may have had
William Brissette: Deplorable. The sheets were stained, covered in black specks, stains all over the carpets and chairs and the halls and rooms reeked of some mix of cigarette and sweat. I couldn’t stay longer or I’m sure more things would have come to light. The staff was helpful with my cancellation and honest about the overall condition of the building.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5 …More
Fernandes de Mendonca: 1Start, the front desk has horrible attitude towards customers, the place is a junk and smells horrible mixed of dirty feet, expired food and something else, the room conditions is unbelievable and they still have the capacity of charge $100 for the incidentals? I just requested my cancelation right after I saw the room and I left right away. Please don't waist your time coming to this place . It's not worthy of even try for one night.Rooms: Horrible, dirty, bad smelling like garbage ?Nearby activities: Not stay more than 10 minutes to see anythingSafety: Apparently at allWalkability: Disappoint me how trashy is this placeFood & drinks: ?Noteworthy details: Don't stay at this place. It's a waist time.
Ramon Parchment: Do not go there!!My mom's experience at the Quality Inn fell below my expectations. My mom's stay was marred by several issues that made for an uncomfortable and unsafe visit.Firstly, the presence of homeless individuals outside the lobby entrance was a cause for concern. Not only was it an unwelcoming sight, but it also posed a potential safety hazard.Furthermore, my double queen room could have been better. It was not clean and lacked proper maintenance, leaving a less-than-desirable odor in the air. The towels provided were also dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The most concerning aspect of my stay occurred in the bathroom. The shower rod was not properly secured, and unfortunately, it fell and hit my aunt, resulting in a distressing incident. Despite reporting the matter to the management, they did not provide any incident report or seem to take it seriously.Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Quality Inn, especially if it is the only option available. In such a case, it may be better to sleep in your car or consider rescheduling your trip. The issues I encountered during my stay made for a disappointing and even dangerous experience.
Barbara Loux: There was a rodent trap right near head of bed, the pillows were dirty, there were bugs in the bread at breakfast, they kept my 50.00 incidental fee and kept insisting they returned it. When I called to work this out, they fought with me and then hung up on me. I do not recommend this hotel!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jerry Kenneth Heard (JARROCK): Did not know where I was. Good in a pinch 📌Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Charles Lewis: This place is a DUMP....LITERALLY. There was trash dumped in the grass around the landscaping that was visible. The furniture in the rooms were not only old..but some had stains all over them. Im talking ripped upholstery...holes in the walls...stains on the blankets. I had a room with a double bed and one of the beds appeared to be recently slept in. The other bed was ok... I guess. Walking in the front lobby you will be thinking..ok...not bad. But after you get your room key it's like walking into the "upside down" on stranger things. As a black traveler...im used to being given a less than optimal room intially..so my wife are always prepared to ask for a better room. So we did. The second room was worse. It was 10 pm...we stayed. Made the best of it. But if you can avoid IT. Don't STAy HERe. I paid over 100 bucks for this nightmare of a room. It should be illegal for them to charge that much. If this room were 50 bucks...I would have saved my thumb strength and said "you get what you pay for"...but for 100!? Nah
Glenn Gravlin: I was personally very disappointed in my experience. The staff were not helpful. I was argued with and disrespected. My room was cold and dirty. There were holes in the carpet and burns on every surface. I asked to be relocated after one night. No one even spoke to me when I checked out. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Amanda Duarte: Woman at the front desk was very rude and ignorant and when I asked her her name she said it was non of my business the worst unprofessional service I received ever in my life the need new management I will never go back or recommend anyone ever...place should be shut down until under new managementRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Reina Shelton: Right there for a my needs!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christine L: Place was dirty, the couch mattress was dirty, and had spring popping out. Staff was great and professional. Location was something to be desired. Think there were permanent residents.Food & drinks: Offered very little. Oatmeal was available but no milk to add.
Susan Polimeni: Most horrible place to stay. Reaked of smoke, blood on the walls, and haven for displaced people. I have never been so thankful to get out of a hotel in Mt life. Didn't feel safe staying there
M.S. Salaam Imani-Romain: There is no quality here! The room was horrible! My family and I had clean the room in order to sleep. There was stale smell of smoke, fruit flies everywhere, dirty sheets, cobwebs, and etc... Just from what we experienced there is no way (as a Diamond member) I would ever return. The manager's attitude is deplorable and his rudeness to my wife almost made me flip out. I will be addressing this on a deeper level. Unacceptable!!!
John Stack: I stayed in room 235 and had bedbugs. They would not refund my money if I had a pocket expenses. They refunded me and remove money but I brought the bedbugs home with me and I had to clean my house and my bed. They would not pay me horrible management.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Shaylyn Senier: Funny, for a hotel that has the word “quality” in it, you’d think it would be decent. No. There’s zero quality. We stayed here last week as a place just to spend the night because we went to a wedding near by. Rooms looked decent online and figured it’d be fine! Wrong. If lung cancer had a smell, this hotel would be it. Think nursing home combined a boat load of marb reds. Rooms weren’t clean, bathrooms didn’t even have toilet paper. Not to mention, the place is a dumping ground for all the junkies sauntering around from the outpatient treatment center next door. Super unsettling. Don’t stay here.
Julia Fokina: The hotel was destroyed during being shelter for homeless people. Most of them are still there. The territory around the hotel is dark. Lights around are broken. The administrator gave us wrong room number. We tried to get in wrong room during 30min.Carpet was dirty everywhere, sofa bed was extremely old, dirty and ripped. The bedroom door has a bad fixed hole on it.Kitchen was dirty.Room and bathroom were ok. Bed sheets and towels were clean. No smell. We left the room after 2 hours staying. No photos due to we were shocked. We paid 213$ for Saturday night!!!Never again!

Residence Inn by Marriott Worcester: what do users think?
J Martin: Kinda dumpy. There were smokers somewhere on our floor and it waffled into our room most every night. Called down to the service desk and they just sent a person to walk around with a can of something to spray in the air.The patrons here are somewhat shady. Maybe we just picked a bad week to stay in May.Rooms: Needs updating. Kind of gross.
Christopher Rivera: I just stayed here last night and at first the place looked nice. I always call hotels ahead of time to ask what the incidental cost and deposits are so I’ll know in advance. I was told by the front desk that it would be $20 deposit for one night to cover incidentals and parking, which cost seven dollars a night. Okay no problem we’ll I was double charged and it ended up being $30 but they never told me that they charged my credit card again! I don’t mind paying the deposit but don’t go ahead and charge extra just because you have my credit card number on file! You should call me and have me come down so we can discuss any misunderstandings. Second the hotel is outdated and definitely needs refurbishing. The ac unit inside the room did not work well. The floor was noisy with peoples dogs barking all night.I wouldn’t recommend staying here and you definitely can’t trust the staff with your credit card information
Victor Davis: Best service everRooms: Big big roomsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech …More
Daniel Hauglie: Pretty disappointed in this specific Residence Inn. I regularly use Marriott hotels (2-3 wks/mo), and this one fell significantly lower than the standard.Let’s start off by the quality of the air. Do you enjoy smoking? If you do, this is the hotel for you. The hallways are constantly filled with smoke from other guests puffing away.Speaking of air, does a functioning HVAC system matter to you? If you enjoy a high-pitched beeping turning on at 3am and not shutting off until maintenance just shuts off the whole unit at the breaker and suggests you open a window for a breeze, then again, this is the hotel for you. If you need a breeze to sleep at night, a beeping HVAC system probably isn’t the best for you. Now, specific for Residence Inn, they usually provide you a small set of dining ware and cooking/cleaning supplies since they are a longer stay hotel. Not this one though. No spoons, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, 3 forks, and no cutting board. Having to repeatedly ask housekeeping for extra cleaning stuff was a pain, and made me feel that they didn’t expect me to clean up behind myself. I ended up just grabbing a good handful of utensils from the breakfast bar in the lobby to supplement my needs.Speaking of breakfast, I have literally never seen burned scrambled eggs. Legitimately these things were black on top, as if they forgot to cover them in the oven. Overall breakfast choice/selection was poor and disappointing. Finally, let’s talk about the other guests. This specific location, as I learned from these other guests as well as outside research, is a MA Dept. of Transitional Housing and Worcester Housing Authority partner. In other words, if you enjoy your hotel neighbors leaving their doors wide open with the view of their room looking like an episode of TLCs Hoarders, or enjoy watching geriatric folks with possible dementia wander the hallways at midnight, this is the perfect place for your stay.Don’t worry, these people are being housed, and they definitely treat the place as such. (Again, including smoking, as well as assuming housekeeping will clean up the immense amount of garbage and mess they create). As far as the laundry room, I was not comfortable washing my clothing in the nastiness of this hotels facilities, and opted for a local laundromat that was far more cleaner. To wrap things up, to say that I was highly disappointed overall with my stay would be the understatement of the month. This is a location I will not ever be returning to, instead opting to sleep in my car in Walmart’s parking lot if I have to. I suppose that walking away from this experience, the several interactions I had with their desk clerks was pleasant, so I guess 1 star just for that. There’s a lot of room for improvement for this specific location and the place could use a good deep clean as well, so I am hopefully they can get their act together.Until then, I would caution others from staying at this location, and instead suggest the Residence Inn in Marlborough, Framingham, or Natik. (I’ve had far superior experiences at all these locations, which are always clean, well stocked, and in general, a better stay than this place.) Heck, even the Quality Inn and Suites just down the road was starting to look like a better option but due to company travel rules, I was “stuck” with this hotel for this trip.Customers beware that this hotel may not meet your expectations for a Residence Inn. As previously stated above, I stay in a Residence Inn for 2-3 weeks, at least once a month for my job. My expectations or “bar” isn’t high, and I certainly don’t write reviews unless I feel the need to warn others of just how negative of an experience I had. Definitely plenty of room for improvement.
John Harding: Was awoken at midnight on the night of my second stay by a raging party in the room beneath my room. I called the front desk and learned the Marriott did not have hired security. I had to go to the party/room myself and handle the matter. I was irate. The sofa bed was disgustingly stained and extremely uncomfortable. The facility is also seemingly renting rooms to homeless - not that I care, but go elsewhere.
Super Tong: Highly recommend! Clean, room is big, have bedroom and living room+kitchen. Have free breakfast and coffee. Feel like home!
Serena Rice: Miss Joanne was amazing at check in. She was warm, friendly and went iut of her way to make me comfortable after a long drive. The room was very spacious and clean. I didnt realize id have a full kitchen with cooking methods and dishes. This really saved me money as I traveled for work this week. Checkout was seamless and the night service desk person was very friendly at 5am!
Tony Souza: Rooms: Not what I expectedRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Charles Lewis: I was stranded and this place looked nice to stay for the night...checked availability online and saw there was room available. Uber there...the lady at the front desk took one look at me and suddenly there were no rooms available. I walked away and checked again...there were rooms available. I'm not gonna say it...but I will say...PLANTATION towers seems to be suitable for this Location if you know what I mean...👍🏽
Chris Granger: Debbie was so kind and helpful, even for our late arrival after midnight. Breakfast was great quality. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sara Baker: Great space but the sofa bed had springs coming out, the dish washer leaked, the 1 of 2 light bulbs in the bathroom area would sometimes go off the on. We had problems with 2 room keys not working. The main bed and pillows were comfy, the fridge and microwave worked. No usb ports, and no coffee pot for thr coffee maker, oh and 1 remote doe 2 tvs. House keeping once every 2 days. The water for thr shower was nice and hot. The breakfast included was decent and we used it everyday. Mostly eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit cups, yogurt, juice, milk coffee, some bread, muffins, oatmeal, bagels. On the weekend they have waffle makers. The location is outside of downtown worchester but close enough to Target to get anything you need and restaurants.
Lara Clouden: Pleasant stay, very friendly staff. Hotel room large, clean and well appointed with full size fridge. Breakfast included— was good with selection of yogurts, toppings, hot eggs and waffle station. Coffee was surprisingly tasty. Pool is closed for renovation (Nov 2022). No electric vehicle charging but you can park at UMass hospital visitor parking for $3 / 2 hours and charge there for free (15 minute walk so you need to be committed).“Bar” exists but not stocked and empty. There is a pool table and fireplace, laptop charging desk and pretty outdoor patio near reception.
Nathaniel Velazquez: I don't normally give perfect scores bc I am such a stickler...but let me tell you. The staff here are super accommodating, last night around 12am on a Friday morning we needed a last minute meeting for my best friends wedding plans. The staff took notice and provided us with cups and wine glasses and made us feel super comfortable for the meet up. Being a native from The Bronx New York I am always expecting to be met with a bit resistance...but my time in MA has been pretty great so far....the rooms are super huge for 2 ppl the couch really helps! Will stay here again. Kudos to the staff the burns the midnight oil u guys are greatly appreciated!

Extended Stay America - Boston - Westborough - Computer Dr.: what do users think?
Anya R: I am very grateful to all of the staff here at Extended Stay America in Westborough. This is my fourth week staying at ESA because I am part of a program at the hospital nearby, and I must say I am dearly impressed with the front desk and cleaning staff. In a nutshell, they go beyond cordial service by creating an atmosphere of friendliness and ease. I will dive into specifics below.- Front Desk: Dimple is a stellar representative for ESA. She adheres strictly to the goodness the hotel owners wished for providing a welcoming abode to many like me. Quality would dwindle without Dimple's presence and dedication to service and care. Similarly, Danielle offers excellence. Her comforting presence makes a distant hospital stay cozy and peaceful. I also have utmost respect and admiration for Tara (really, all three whom I have met at the front desk inspire greatness in the customer service experience). Why would I go anywhere else in New England when Tara brings New England to ESA? I cannot emphasize enough how kind she is and what kind of joy she inspires in all the fleeting moments. Thank you, Dimple, Danielle, and Tara, for caring for guests and residents alike, and for treating us with respect and kindness in our vulnerable and healing moments.- Cleaning Staff: Hack is very pleasant to run into. He has a great smile that is genuine and always accompanies his helpful solutions. Unfortunately, I have not yet caught the names of the other cleaning staff, but I must say I do enjoy my room very much and am glad I can recuperate in such a nice, cozy place that supports me beyond my needs and necessities. The shower in particular is a happy spa treatment for me!- Location: Truly a 15-20 minute walking distance from the hospital. It's a healthy walk, and it feels like one!God bless ESA and its staff, guests, and inhabitants.
Rahul Oberoi: Washing machine is not working from the day we arrive . There is lot internet connectivity issue in my room. Rooms are pretty okay ,Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Karl Cincotta: This was the dirtiest, nastiest place I have ever stayed at. The staff, all except one, was rude and could not care less about their job or the customers. There was not another room in a 50 mile radius to be found due to the college hockey tournament we were attending going on. The hall rugs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The counters in the room had coffee rings on them and the cabinets in the kitchen had a solid quarter inch of dust and grime I'm them. The tub was full of mold, kitchen faucet broken and laying half way in the sink. There is solid floors in the rooms that you couldn't walk on without your shoes sticking to it. We used their white towels, three, to wash the floor and they were all black when we were done. The list goes on but I'm certain you get my point by now. This place deserves negative three stars, do yourself a favor and move along to the next choice.
Glenn Gravlin: I'll be here for probably 2 months. Everyone has been wonderful. The rooms are clean. The heat works excellent. The kitchen area is a little small and I would rather have an oven than a small dishwasher. All in all it's ideal for an Extended Stay. 😊Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Kobina Bentum: This is the worse Extended Stay I have ever used. I could not even shower because the bathroom was horrible. The floor had not seen mob or had cleaning in a very long time. Iron did not work, how? Filth was just part of the package. There was no room services for my two nights spent there. At the end I had to leave very early because and headed back to New York because I could not handle the filthiness of the room. I have used Extended Stay in Ohio and Maryland and they were perfect but this one I think I deserve a refund.NASTY PLACE.
Mike MacDonald jr: Ryan the hotel manager was very accommodating to my room request, excellent location, and for the price , you won't find a better value! Not around here anyway!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Aziz Momtazul: Stayed here for couple of weeks. No complaints yet. You will get total privacy. Lady in the reception named Christie is so humble, friendly and helpful. Yes you can do cooking inside the room. They will provide you the utensils you need for cooking foods.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Chad Moody: Very clean room n a peaceful environment. Definitely staying here, moving forward in the future.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Cindi Rose: Smokey smell, bed too close to wall for second person, mattress loud and creaky, remote didn't work, no kitchen supplies, shower drain didn't work (ankle deep water- gross!) toilet too close to door, and a sunrise wake up call because the curtains were installed improperly.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Darrin Betts: Clean room very secure parking lot and very well maintained and lit
Danielle Schuster: Clean and nice front desk help.My only complaint was not having any towels. I definitely recommendRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Orquidia Vega: No star made a reservation and I came to to check in cause I come from hr away and that lady in the front desk tells me it’s too early to check in and then I proceeded with my event which I told her I was but I was still too early so came back and THEY GAVE MY ROOM AWAY!!!!! Not to mention they gave me a parking pass and still gave my room away!!! I WILL NEVER !!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!
Info AromaDrops: The worst place! They had canceled for no reason the booking even tho we called few hours before to confirm our stay! We never received cancellation email/call until we were there. The front desk lady extremely rude!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Gowtham: 1. They have key cards that loose their magnetic function often. Any where close to phones , wallets or computers they instantly loose their functionality. which is painful but tolerable except for the horrible experience below2. The front desk lady who shows up early in the morning/late nights and sometimes in the noon seems to be extremely angry and arrogant for no reason . She was SO RUDE and impolite to me that she curses me ( the customer) who asks her to remagnetize my card so i can go into my room(which i paid for). She says it is frustrating to her that I have asked her to magnetize the card a few times. Tried to explain her that rooms would need better security locks that dont demagnetize often but she insisted that the problem is mine and treated me with such a nasty look ( like i snatched her money or something ). The other staff at the place have been nice and friendly in general and apologetic for the pain point of the customers and tell them that they have had this issue for ages now and they will eventually sort it. Totally annoyed with this lady's attitude towards customers and her arrogance. The stay would have been nice but one bad experience spoils everything and i cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

David Stokes: Decent rooming house. Only one with 24 hour security.
Jayson Davis: Live there! Lol
Jayson/Amanda Davis: The owner and smoc together has done a lot of work to this once Rundown rooming house! Paint plumbing and a regular extermination company. All common areas, (i.e. bathrooms, kitchens, halls, and stairways) are cleaned and sanitized everyday! Plus the whole interior of the building has a fresh coat of paint. 10-15 years ago no one could have paid me to live here

Linda Callahan: This hotel is beyond nice. The customer service desk is extremely pleasant and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was absolutely clean and tidy and the best part is the room has an oven! We couldn't have found a nicer hotel. The hotel itself is brightly painted and the furniture is up to date. The assistant manager Debi is very personable and goes above and beyond her duties! Keep up the great work!

Shandra O'bryant: I am a traveler from Texas on a 13 week assignment and booked my room with Extended Stay. The location is great and safe and the room is very clean, the appliances work and the hot water is a plus especially after working a long shift and a great hot shower is needed. The staff is very friendly and take care of anything that you need no matter how big or small. Tony, Debbie, Diane, Stephanie, Evan or the best and have such great personalities. They make me feel safe especially as a woman traveling alone. The housekeeping staff are also very nice and take care of anything that you may need as well. If I have another contact in Worcester I will definitely book at this location again.
Danielle Boudreau: Rooms: The rooms are very nice they have a big bed and a couch that turns into another bed. allahnative: The room was cute. However you could be sleeping in a silent killer. The window sills have mild growth. The desk had a sticky residue on it.The toilet keep malfunction everything I flushed. So, I opened the top to look in the tank and OMFG it like years of mold and whatever else was growing in there. The shower curtin are cloth and reeked of a sour smell the one you get from dampened clothing that sits. The bed was extreme hard and uncomfortable. I had terrible sleep. I have this review two stars due to the stop of room and the fact that I barely use the appliance.I wish I could post photos caster I took 'em.

Kenneth Ross: The room was clean. The kitchen appliances all worked properly, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good, the drains all worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The best part of the stay was the staff. Debi, Stephanie and Tony were super helpful and understanding. I wish I could remember more names because everyone was so friendly and eager to assist. When I didn’t understand my bill it was explained. When I locked myself out of my room they were terrific. Next time I need an extended stay I would go back!
T M: Needed a place for family to stay over Thanksgiving, and they needed an oven for cooking, of course! This Extended Stay America location came through with flying colors. From the first point of contact when I was calling around for a place with an oven, to checking out, everyone I dealt with was great - very knowledgeable and helpful.People were great. From someone I spoke with at a sister property that didn't have ovens that referred me to the East Main St location, to the night staff when I went to check out the place, to the front desk person (Debi) who checked us in and had prepared some of the extras she knew my guests would need (dishware, extra towels, etc.) prior to arrival, I was very impressed with this property and would highly recommend it to others It was also very clean.
Liliana Ivanova: Hotel with good conditions for stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Liz S: The room was clean, and even though I was staying for a month the room was cleaned every week, plus it was cleaned extremely thoroughly each time. The staff were great. The wifi was great. They always had clean towels available. The only negative from this hotel was that the air conditioning did not really cool below 72 regardless of where I set it. I've stayed in 5 different Stay America hotels in five different cities, and this Main St in Westborough location has been the best of all of them.Regarding the location, it is easy to access when coming from the east, but rather convoluted if coming from the west (have to turn in the wrong direction then make three left turns to get to it - just a learning curve, not hard after the first time). Also, the commuter train to Boston only ran every other hour outside of rush hour, but perhaps that was a temporary schedule, and at least there was lots of available parking for the train.

Am3takoli Gb3haa Tatawo: These scumbags are thieves. All of them. They are thieves. They deducted $723.69 from my debit card yesterday Sunday 11/13/22 without my approval when I had already paid them for the week. Not only that. I make weekly payments on Wednesdays in the amount of $562.87. This means they stole my 723.69 on a Sunday when I still have three days before the agreed upon weekly rate of 562.87. They have been doing this same thing to other renters as well. Stay Away because I'm about to get the HELL OUT. Thieves
West Shore Trail Riders: The staff was really nice. The hotel was not so nice. The room had stains on the carpet. The room had a funk smell. There was a build up of food between the fridge and cabinet. The inside of the cabinets are filthy. The vent over the stove I don't think has every been cleaned. The fan in the bathroom did not work. I would definitely bring slippers. The sheets where clean and the beds where not to bad.
Sai K: Bad experience! Room was not ready at the time of check-in, Lights not working, Smoking smell in a non-smoking room, No utensils in kitchen area, No breakfast though they say breakfast included.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Bonney Glam: Wow, this “hotel” was the absolute worse housing experience Ive ever had. From the lack of communication within the reservations team to the front desk. The whole 10 point concept of cleanliness was a total joke. Nothing was clean the cigarette smoke reaking in my non smoking room dirty pots and pans that was free to use in the room. Horrible and rude front seat staff having to wait days for fresh sheets after told to wait 2 hours. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and booked my stay for a month I couldn’t even last a week. This place is completely ridiculous. I don’t even want to address the “free stale breakfast” if you are looking for a no frills clean and cozy place to stay short term don’t stay here sleeping in your car is way more luxurious.
Alexander Romero: I hated it my family and I will not return. Our room was not prepared after being booked for days. Most of the room had broken equipment it was very dirty and people continue to smoke at the entrance as you walk in. It was a very smelly room and the service desk was not helpful every time I mentioned the issues they did not care or have the best attitude. The "breakfast" is right at the entrance "to go" if you will but it's not worth it. The elevator was dirty . It is pet friendly but I saw only one pet clean up area outside. Needs so much improvements.
Chuck: Slow check-in, permanent residents with dogs chatting with help. Dark, dirty hallways. Sticky floors in room. No towels, no bed covers-just a sheet. No pillow cases on pillows. 3/4 empty used bottle of shampoo, but thank God soap was wrapped. No ice machine. Coffee and a packaged muffin is not breakfast. Permanent/long term residents gather out front to smoke. Very creepy feeling.
Paula Anderson: Room had zero cooking utensils, hallways smelled like smoke and one of the days the coffee came out like tea I asked the girl at the front desk and her reply was I don’t know why, I used a filter and that was the end of it, she didn’t try to even fix the problem and their to go breakfast was empty 2 days in a row, the next day I went to get coffee at 8:00 am and it’s was empty .
Sh-nia henderson: Walls filthy! Dogs unleashed roaming when I first walked in. Waited 5 mins before someone even came to the front desk. Finally checked in sheets were dirty. After walking to the front desk, and requested more sheets I discovered bedbugs when I stripped the bed. That was enough for me to checkout. Disgusting hotel!!! Tried to charge me for a nights stay even though I was there 10 mins.I’m
Rich M: We booked this hotel through the Extended Stay website prior to traveling to the area. Upon arrival the front desk had no record of our reservation and this might be the best thing that happened to us. We had to call Extended Stay to try and and get the reservation and rate we had booked. While on the phone one of the residents of this hotel kept coming up to me with her dog and talking to I don't know who. To hear the phone I stepped outside to another resident smoking weed outside the front door. I then observed another resident come running outside to a car that just pulled in the parking lot and observed a quick exchange and the car quickly pulled away. I canceled the reservation and stayed at the Hampton Inn next store for twice the amount but it was worth feeling safe in a clean environment. The difference in clientele was also night and day. Never again for Extended Stay for us. Never did see the inside of a room so no comment there. Also, when they did finally straighten out the reservation we were told there were no clean rooms available so we would have to wait 15 minutes. Really? 15 minutes to properly clean a room? Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for the Hampton Inn!
Alron D'Mello: room was good. halls and lobby smelt of cigarettes. so called “free grab and go breakfast” was a small table next to the lobby door with coffee and granola bars.
Me Meme: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I booked this hotel and paid for it months ago. They emailed me that they couldn’t wait to see me tomorrow. I travelled from the other side of the country to get to the hotel and my reservation was cancelled while I was on the plane. They really didn’t care that I am now completely stranded and there are no rooms. I travel a lot and this is the first time I encountered such rude and and very disrespectful people
William Johnson: Under dispute with manager with overcharge issue. Staff recognized overcharge mistake but manager charged money back on my credit card. Word of advice, do not pay credit card or debit card.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Winter Sargent: The hotel staff is very kind and understanding! I love living here.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Extended Stay America - Boston - Marlborough: what do users think?
Casey Coots: The staff was decently friendly. The hallways on the third floor smelled of spices. Sort of a pepper, or cinnamon smell. It also reeked of smoke when you walked by certain rooms. About ten minutes after we entered our room, the smoke alarm went of for about five minutes non-stop. After we had come back to the hotel we heard a loud sawing noise. Almost as if someone was recreating the movie "Saw." The bathroom was clean. There was a piece of black duck tape on the TV stand in which was confusing. The tv stand was also falling apart. There was also a huge chunk of the tv stand missing. The stove was old and grimey. On the fridge, there were a bunch of scratches. The windows overlooking the parking lot were infested with mold. The shelf in the closet was very bent. The day we checked out, someone that was staying with me had left their ring in the hotel. We had already checked out. We were allowed access into the room whilst being accompanied by a front desk employee. It wasn't stolen, even after house keeping had cleaned our room after the checkout. Overall, it was a decent stay.Safety: There was a bunch of people outside of the hotel fighting and screaming. I understand that this is not the hotel's fault, but, they could have removed them from the premise. We made sure to park our car outside of the window because we had the fear that it might get broken into. There was a car near the exit of the property with a tarp hanging out the window, in which was a slight concerning.
Selena S: It was nice. Hallways smelled almost like spices. Like cinnamon and pepper. Otherwise not too bad. There was duck tape on our table for the TV and stains on the shower curtain, however. Pullout bed from couch was not too comfortable but is to be expected. Fire alarm went off when we first got there. There was a lot of screaming children. Wish walls were more soundproof. Heard someone making a smoothy at 9pm and it sounded like a recreation of Saw. Soap was also stuck to the counter but whatever, we brought our own. Overall not too bad but could use some fixes here and there.
Michael Williams: I have stayed at many extended stays over the years for business. I have never had a complaint, cuz they're usually clean. This has got to be one of the most run-down extended stays I've ever stayed at, not only the rice paper toilet paper and things like that. But, soaps come on the faucet handles in the bathroom, floor feels like it was going to fall through in the room, caulking falling out of the counters and mold growing behind the caulking in the kitchen, and have the nerve to tell us we have to put a card on file for incidentals! The whole room was, stop having the owners cousin come by and fix things and actually pay a professional. This location was very sketchy with the riffraff laying around and will never be going to another extended stay again.. UPDATE! Now my incidental hold went through as a payment on my card, why? All I did was sleep in the bed and take a shower. Please explain yourself I would be calling corporate headquarters now
Bernd Stuber: If you like the fire alarm goes off 3 times a night then that's the place for you. On March 23rdThe alarm sounds at 8pm . Had to wait outside for 45 min. 1:30 am the second time, had to wait outside again till 2:15am and to top it of, 3:00 am started again but got shut off right away but was enough to wake you up. The hallway smelled like a pot very strong!! Not cool.Like to get a refund at least for this night.Worst experience ever!!
Renel Plymouthe: This is the last place you would want to stay in. I made a reservation to stay for one night, I paid for the room but when I got there around 6PM to check in, I was told that the room is not ready yet, because there's no staff available to clean the rooms, and I need to check back in two hours to see if anything changed. I asked to cancel the reservation they said that they will, but they never did. I called the manager several times and left a message, but he never returned my calls. no refund no call back. Read the other reviews.
Jeff Shoemaker: Let's start with the good... The full kitchen is a nice amenity. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar / desk in the room was a nice touch. And that's about it.Now, the issues...There was no clerk at the desk when I tried to check in. I waited a few minutes and then had to call. Not a big deal, but not the best first impression, either.Next we have the $100 "incidental fee". When asked what it was for and why it cost more than the room, the clerk shrugged and admitted he didn't know why, but that it was "company policy". I found this answer to be sorely lacking, and the fee, astronomical. The hallways were dingy and there was a powerfully obnoxious odor in the room that could only be described as spoiled tuna. I searched the room for the source of the stench, but found nothing to which I could attribute the odor.As hotels go, this is middle of the road, at best. I would take this over any of the Red Roof or Motel 6 variety, but only marginally so.I will think twice before returning to this particular hotel.
Andre “Patrick” V: Stayed in Room 142 for a night in March 2023. The room smelled as a cross between fresh cum, old mold and a crack smoke. Dated, tired, worn out and smelly for $113.00 booked in Expedia. Location is good. Would not stay again.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Hannah Maes: Aside from the bed sheet and a decorative sheet layer over the top blanket, the only blanket, is a tan fleece with a black fingerprint stain. It smells like a rodent cage un the room. Not even a coffee maker (which I thought what pretty standard?) Stains in the tub. Pretty gross to be honest. Not worth the $112 I paid. All responses from management on these reviews act like they care, but they clearly do nothing to resolve these issues. Do not stay here, you're better off paying an extra $25 somewhere else
Cynthia Smith: Very friendly place to stay. Nice amenities available. Quiet.
Joe Oriente: Hotel was very uncomfortable and lacked cleaning , bed was clean but there was hair in bathtub , room looked thrown together and outdated , staff at front desk wasn’t clean and professionalRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Heather needham: I checked it on October 30th for a five night stay for work. The first room i was given had a broken lock so the door would not open. The front desk person was nice gave me another room. The lock was also broken in that room and the key cards he was giving me wouldnt work. He reassured me that he would figure it out and to relax in the room while he did. I started to look around and sure enough food still in the room from the previous guest. Went back downstairs he gave me another room which he double check to be sure everything was work as it should. And it was clean. He was very helpful and really did his best to help me. I left for work the next day and was out of the room all day. I didnt notice until the next morning that something i had brought with me was missing. That day i left work a little early to speak with the manager. He assured me there would be a key audit done the next day and that he would call me. When he didnt call me i tried to get back in time to speak with him to be told he left for the day. The next day i called and was rudely told by the lady at the front desk that a key audit would be done and that he would call me when it was done. I made sure to get back in time to speak with him and he very rudly told me there was nothing to be done until the key audit Was done he had told me it would be done the day before and i was checking out the next day. I contacted corporate and was told some would get back to me. They never got back to me. I also called the police to report the missing item stolen. The next day i called at 2pm to be told by another lady that the manager was gone for the day but the key audit showed it was her key that unlocked the door but she wasnt on premises that day so they dont know who went into my room. She gave me a claim number and told me i would be contacted by someone in a few days time. Three days later I received a call from the police that had taken the statement to be told the manager had claimed the audit had showed no one entered my room. When i contacted the manager again he told me it wasnt his business anymore and to handle it with someone in corporate. This hotel either has an incompetent manager or one who is shady and unethical either way it makes staying there a terrible experience.
Chuck Therrien: The room was neat and clean. The staff was very attentive.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Paul Bissonnette: Staff was a little experience with surroundings but very nice and friendly.Rooms: Nice and cleanNoteworthy details: Very happy. Prices were...ok

Michelle W.: My husband stays in Hiltons for about 1/2 to 2/3 of the year. For years our family has enjoyed space available upgrades at every Hilton we’ve stayed at as a family. A luxury, yet a perk of having a frequently absent parent. Not this hotel. Barely anyone was there, yet they wouldn’t even entertain a diamond upgrade. And don’t be fooled by the friendly pre-arrival text asking if there’s anything they can do to make your arrival perfect. Our request for two extra towels went unanswered. So there we were, a family of 4 with three towels come shower time. To cap it off, they don’t have earplugs on hand in case you forget. The pillows were nice and breakfast was yummy, but after several disappointing experiences with the Hilton brand, my husband is going to transition his business to Marriotts.

Jr Manning: Great Hotel and super Friendly staff. Rooms are beyond great, plenty of room nice area with lots of close places to eat and shop. Highly Recommend..Rooms: The rooms are big.. Which is great for a traveler such as myself and my son..
Nao K: 新しいホテルで非常に綺麗です。ガソリンスタンドが隣接しておりダンキンドーナッツ併設。長期滞在に最適なフルキッチンあり。車で4分程でターゲットあり。HannaFordまで車で9分。
ROBERT BEAUREGARD: Roach infested stay away
Molly Kolb: The room was nice. The kids said the pull out couch was actually comfortable. The breakfast was yummy! But the towels were small and scratchy.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
butchercow1024: Our room was dirty when we arrived. We were told we would have to stay in the dirty room until housekeeping could clean it the next day. After contacting corporate, the manager and the general manager, they finally changed our room after almost 2 hours of having a conversation about a dirty room. They switched us to a room with the toilet that was not working. They would not switch us to another room. There were other rooms available. Throughout the night, if anyone needed to use the bathroom, they had to go from the fourth floor to the lobby. I was traveling with my wife and daughter. This is not acceptable. This is not how I would expect to be treated at Hilton. The indifference of the management was palpable. Their perception was that they would try to make us stay in a dirty room and see if we would complain enough to make a switch. You can tell how well they care about her well-being when they switches to a room with a toilet that doesn’t work and tell us that that’s the best that they can do. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!
Kathy Sundstrom: Very friendly and helpful front desk assistantRooms: 5/5 …More
Catherine Barnes: The room was amazing and well kept!Good for a very short stay. The downsides:Definitely one of the worse breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Might have even been the worst...Stingy with the toilet paper, we ran out not long before we left (and we had only stayed two nights). The pool was small and shallow, and quite warm (which in winter could also be an upside). Great acoustics if you can get the pool to yourself and want to sound amazing singing~The gym was okay. A good arrangement of hand weights and cardio equipment. Only one machine for upper body workouts however. Was a nice temperature.
Lance Bradford: Jasmine at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Answered all our questions about local stuff and was happy to do so! Excellent service all around.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Omolara Makini: Always a pleasure.
