I don't know where the communication issue is or if it's the store not ordering enough of what they run out of. Or they are not stocking the shelves with everything that comes in on delivery day. Tiffany Cruz: Let me start with say that Nicole was very helpful and welcoming, she greeted me as I entered, offer her help if needed. The store was well organized and shelf were well stocked. Store was very clean. She advised me of the family dollars rewards she help get the application. She is very professional and kind. She definitely is the example of what customer service should also be. Thank you for your kindness and help Nicole. I hope corporate sees this review and gives you any type of gratitude acknowledgement. I can say that I definitely seen that their was a management change being that I have came in before to this store and my experience wasn't like the one I had today with Nicole, and if its not a management change Nicole will be a great candidate. Triple V FAMILY: Ever since they switched the store around it’s going down hill they no longer have any carts how can we shop comfortably when our basket weighs down easily it’s difficult to shop with kids and a little basket some times there closed with no reason this used to be my favorite one sadly not anymore.

Javier Hommy Rivera De León: Be careful when buying here, price labels don't match up Items, and you wont be able to get it as the price labled because they won't change it to the labled price. Lets take for example my situation with on of sales associate, who claimed he was a manager. Joseph. I was trying to purchase a set of Cooking pots for $16 dolars, and in the register the price was 19 and some change. He saw thay the lable matched the part, but the prices had updated. I asked him to sell me said Item at the lable price and he said he could not do it because he wasnt allowed. As customer service provider, you are supposed to reach that consumer satisfaction and he claimed it couldnt be done. That is a false statement from your associate. He can do and has to do price change according to the advertised price in order to keep customers satisfied, because at the end of the day its your fault for not keeping up with your price lable updates. Now hopefully this gets fixed soon. Otherwise expect others to sue for false advertising.

Samantha Green: No issues with the store itself but the checkout woman was pretty rude. She had her phone in her face the whole time she was checking me out. Literally the. whole. effin. time. Like I'm a millennial, I get it, I'm also attached to my phone. But she didn't even put it down to give me a receipt.. I had to awkwardly reach under the plastic protective covid shield to grab my receipt from the register because she was so preoccupied with whatever she was doing on her phone.

I hate spending nearly 100 dollars, and apologizing for taking up their time with my pesky purchases that happen to keep you in business with a job. Seriously if you don't like working with people you don't like standing behind a counter get another flipping job instead of making the rest of us miserable. Michael Legere: I love this store specifically! I’ve been to family Dollar’s all over the place. The store is not the biggest family dollar around and it’s not even the biggest in Worcester. There is another one in Worcester that has everything you can imagine and more. It’s the employees that keep me coming back to this location. Every single one I've met is amazing. Whoever does the hiring there should be very proud of themselves. I have never had a bad experience at this location no matter who is assisting me. I have even become what I would call friends with the employees. Just when I thought the customer service couldn’t get any better, I met the newest employee at this location yesterday 12/05/2020. Her name is Tricia. I needed to go back to the store today to get some icemelt. I ended up getting 120lbs. Each bag weighs 6 pounds. On my last trip out the door, I was taking three at once. I was going to put the cart back myself because I am able to one hand 60 pounds of icemelt. I was not struggling but Tricia was so amazing that she got out from behind the register and returned the cart to its little cart corral for me. I had it all under control myself and was more than able to put the cart back without dropping everything but I was so touched by her level of customer service. Every employee in there is top notch. Tricia Is an excellent addition to the team there and I just wanna make sure that her extreme active customer service hopefully makes its way to the ears of the store managers. When I was getting all these bags of ice melt, she hadn’t learned how to use the quantity button yet. I’m horrible with names but there was this female brunette employee Who has been there for a long time and is an amazing person as well. She stepped in immediately and helped teach Tricia How to use the button and I even heard her relaying information on when the appropriate time are to use the button. I’m not sure if that is a job function of hers to train new employees but good on both of them. Good on that more senior employee for taking the time to help Tricia Learn new register functions and relay proper store policy rather than just doing it herself. Good on Tricia For showing such a willingness to learn her job and good on her for her amazing customer service! There are so many others that have really been amazing there but I am absolutely horrible with names. My memory isn’t the greatest from my years in the military.
