David Ward: Bought the diverter valve kit for Massey Ferguson FL1805 loader. Installed well as described in instructions. Just made minor adjustment to placement of connector bracket on cross bar in front of loader so that lines reach valve without tension when loader at maximum lift height. Electrical connections easy to install. Best kit on the market and priced fairly. Shipped quickly and well packaged.

Mark Mucciarone: After bringing my 2004 John Deere x585 two times to repair an overheating issue without resolution to a competitor. In early June 2022, I brought my x585 to Ag turf in Raynham, MA. At first I felt they had corrected the issue, because it ran like a top for after about 6 hours of use. I called back and after speaking with Greg in service he said he would take care of it for me. Well Greg backed up his promise! Not only did they fix the issue, they waived the pickup fee. They now have me as a loyal customer. Thank you.

Jim Murray: John Deere X300: In 2021 my deck belts kept breaking. United Ag & Turf (UAT) in Millbury, MA stated the deck needed all new spindles and hardware. Cost? $1600+. I said OK since perhaps the deck was aging. In June of 2022 I hit a big rock, destroyed my blades, gouged a hole in the deck. So back to UAT in Millbury. They said I need a completely new mower deck. What about all the new hardware from the previous year? UAT states the deck itself is $1500 plus more because that doesn't include the spindles and pulleys, etc. Total cost would be $2400! I searched on line for a mower deck. Found a complete mower deck from a John Deere dealer in Illinois with free shipping for $880. So I pondered my next move. I told UAT to bring the mower back to me. I searched for a JD dealer in New England that had NOT been bought out by UAT. I found one in Derry, NH, which is on my way to work. (James R Rosencrantz & Son Inc) I visited them and told them the story. They said to bring it in. Fortunately, I own a truck and I was able to do that. They straightened the deck and welded the gouge. Cost? $200 excluding the new blades. James R Rosencrantz & Son Inc were wonderful, honest people.I am never going back to UAT in Millbury, MA or any other UAT dealer. They are in my town 10 minutes away, and I would rather drive 2 hours to avoid them.I would avoid UAT in Millbury, MA or any other UAT owned JD dealership at all costs. Their motto must be to tell the customer they need a new mower, and they probably fired all the clever mechanics. It really is unfortunate because some of the staff there are good people, but they've been instructed to gouge the customers.

I have a 1025r and Jason takes care of me with anything I need (attachments etc.) and PJ helps me when I need anything related to parts and service. I highly recommend these guys.

Neil White: Beware of replacement part price gouging, I recently priced a drive belt for my John Deere mower deck and found it was $20 cheaper on John Deere online parts store!!

Douglas G: My wife and I went in there in JUNE of 2021 to order a lawn tractor. It is now MAY of 2022 and I still don't have one. I called them throughout last year, in November they said I was about a month away. Yeah, right. Both yesterday and today I called them multiple times and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! This is a terrible way to treat a customer, and a poor business. My advice: avoid them!

Tom Walker: I have been a customer at United Ag & Turf since moving to town over three years ago. I’ve purchased a John Deere riding mower (with plenty of accessories), a chainsaw, a backpack blower, a snowblower, and most recently a John Deere sub compact tractor. I have experience with the service department and a lot of experience with sales. I can’t say enough good things about them. The sales staff has always been attentive and offered a lot of knowledge of the products but also plenty of experience with the products. They have never up-sold me and, in fact, have frequently kept me from buying more that I actually need. With every purchase they have always walked me through using the product. In fact, Pete just spent an hour with me this afternoon demonstrating all of the features of my tractor. Their customer service is the reason I continue to go back to this location to buy all my equipment and I recommend them highly.
