Amy Clarke: This FedEx should get 10 stars!!! I was struggling to return a large 📦 box and a kind man who was an employee offered to help me! He came to my vehicle and assisted me to get it on the dolly. Once he brought it inside, the other pleasant worker quickly labeled my box 📦 and said I was all set. The process was smooth and even though it was a little busy they didn't seem flustered and maintained a great attitude!! I hope the manager sees this review. Every place of business should emulate FedEx!! Great job and I would definitely recommend this place for shipping 🚢 needs and printing, etc...

Suzanne: Walgreens at the photo desk allows you to send back pkgs to FedEx free of charge as long as the item is wrapped in the original packaging and tapped. Usually FedEx will email you a prepaid label to print. Don't go to the UpS store they charge about 3 bucks for a copy and the email label in black & white .

Paul LeRoy: This is a Walgreens with a very small FedEx on site service center. Bring your own box, packing material, printed label and tape or better yet pre-pack it before you get there. They have no supplies other than what empty boxes they may have in the back from Walgreens. Very friendly and helpful service people, just not set up like a full service on site FedEx center.

So apparently when the plow comes it would of gotten buried? What were you thinking? Good thing we were home to pick up our dirty and wet package.

T Banach: Fedex said they attempted delivery three times but someone was home each day. Called and automated system said another delivery attempt would be made the following day and it wasn't. Called and spoke with an actual person and they hung up on me, my call went right to the survey.

Driver didn’t give me a min (was in the toilet for literally 2 mins) I left my number with the order for delivery guy (I always do that) never an issue unless FedEx.. I sprint out the door yelling at the driver as he pulled off.. had to be deaf to not hear me. Call ‘customer service’ to gos knows where in the world immediately telling them could they call their driver as he’s at the end of the block at traffic lights. Only through the girls broken English she could do that.. it had to go back to a manager to sort that. They said to wait for a callback. Hah.. waited an hour.. I called back again.. another girl told me ground shipping only tries one delivery a day.. not a clue what’s going on… so this waiting on their ‘window of time l’ for them to deliver’ was an 8 hour day for me.. and here I am waiting another 4 hours today for them to come (my package is like 20mins away) This is my legit experience. I will now refuse to purchase any item anywhere if they use FedEx… a nightmare.. steer clear.. joke

Venkata B: Worst delivery service. The driver repeatedly didn’t ring the bell inspite of higher priority delivery with signature request. The driver had time to put up a tag, I want to question as to how hard it takes to ring the bell. Definitely didn’t do the job correct.

vishnu rao: Nice helpful people here. One star off is because my phone delivery was misplaced and this location was the last dropped off place of the item, but they didn't know where to find it. It eventually arrived 5 days after scheduled delivery date

Carol-Ann Parmenter: Package delivered today to the incorrect address- photo shown is not my home. I was told they have "no way to contact their driver's" and that I'll need to contact the company I ordered from, and they will need to file a claim with Fed Ex (the company has my correct address). Interesting...trucks driving around, dropping off packages (with photos), but the driver's can't be contacted to rectify delivery errors.

Geoff Bazel: Been home waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon i got a text that they couldnt deliver due to no one being there for signature. Same thing happened on Wednesday. My wife or I were home on both days. No one ever knocked on our door. Now im sitting here waiting for the "final" delivery. Im anticipating the same thing happening again today. Ive called customer service twice. They never call back. Fedex is awful. Ridiculously frustrating!
