Tyler Yalian: Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. Kerry Mcbride needs a lesson on customer service and how to treat customers. I will find a NEW fire alarm company that actually cares about proper installation of fire alarm systems and who respects their customers. I will now find a new company who actually knows how to their customers with respect.
Robert Nicholson: We had our scheduled Fire Extinguisher service recently. When the service technician arrived, he was asked to wear a mask in the building. He started swearing and complaining about the state of the country. We have several high risk employees and when entering a business as a service provider, you should respect their protocols, even if you don't agree. They just lost a long time customer.

Deysi Martinez: Please NEVER hire this company. They are very abusive with price. They work for 2 hours and charge you for 4 hours. " Labor" $700.00 and labor-pre-Engineerd $290.00 this is sad.Please record them while they do the work. They charge you for work that they did not do. Plus, I cannot believe they charged $205.00 for the truck they drive😭. They don't tell you how much the work will cost before they do it. I don't know why they have 5 stats? They should have zero stars. You will never ever receive a dollar from me again. Enjoy $2,168.08

Sarah D: I don't know how their service is, but their service people are TERRIBLE drivers! I was driving to work early this morning, and one nearly ran me off the road. After almost rear-ending me, he then proceeded to try to pass me on an on ramp. He wove in and out of traffic like a complete lunatic without regard for anyone else on the road and then tailgated everyone who had the misfortune of being in front of him. I'm sorry, but if you work for a company with their logo on your truck, wouldn't you want to drive at least halfway decently? Especially if their paying you well (which they probably are)?
