killer magikarp: Out of the few years I've been in the hobby of fish and the care of them this is by far the best store the store was the cleanest I've ever seen the workes take so much good care of the fish and know alot of about the fish and they don't know they find someone that does or they help u look it up and find out best prices and best care I've ever seen between treating the water and making sure the fish aren't stressed im in lovw with the store

Nghia Nguyen: Lucky's aquarium has a lot of rare breeds that are not available in most chain stores. Of course, rare breeds will be a little higher in prices than most fish. But their general prices are very good. Prices have increased a bit due to COVID-19, but that's expected everywhere. My photos don't do any justice for Lucky's Aquarium. I had to create them from videos that I took, so they're not very clear. But at least there's something to show everyone. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

brandon faubert: What to say about Luckys Aquarium. First off, if you want to get fish for an aquarium and want to learn about the aquatic animals then check out Luckys. Hands down one of my favorite stores to visit. All the employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have in the store. The owner is one of the nicest kind individuals you will ever meet. They have a very wide variety of aquatic life. From local breeds of fish to some crazy tropical animals. They have a great section of live plants as well. It's also great to know that if there is something specific that I want or need for our tanks they will either have it or make a special order to get it. I love this shop. My wife and I go on our lunch break all the time and afterwards with my son. If you're interested in stopping by then do it. You won't regret it either. They are on the backside of the old red brick building on the first floor. Look for the bay door and you will see a sign for it. Enjoy one of my favorite stores to go to.

tabetha chase: I don't usually leave reviews but I feel I need to for this place as it exceeded my expectation. It is much smaller than I thought and the amount of fish is limited but I did go for the female betta and I was not disappointed. They have a great assortment of healthy and uncommon ones, Dylan was awesome and I took the 55 minute ride 2 weekends in a row just to get fish.

Westley DaMan: Great selection of fish and plants. Even had a assortment of stingrays which not many places carry. There were a few other fish also that I wasn't familiar with. There also were the more common fish as well which were priced well. Would definitely shop there again and can easily recommend them to other fish lovers. Unfortunately I held back a star because the place was extremely noisy. Not the subtle sound of lots of filters but some strange screetchy sound. It was quite loud in certain places. Not sure what it was but I have never heard such a racket at any fish store ever. It actually was bothering my ears at times. Other than that it was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Jason B: The store its self has alot of neat fish (but), I spent 100 bucks on fish one black ram an a pair of orange flash apisto cichlids in a totally different tank at the store. The apistos are dead an the ram Dying, I have fish of the same Species I bought at another store and are doing fine. Thats alot of money for fish to die from one shop and others to live from a different shop. ( SAME FISH DIFFERENT STORES ). Look at the tail same thing happened to all 3 fish, Kind of disappointed. Update the ram is now dead all 3 fish from this store dead all others from a different store still alive an well.

Campbell: Went to Luckys today....at 6pm!!!...in traffic from Stoughton, MA!!!!....thank God for A/C....Lol.But well worth the headache...not a huge selection of Peacocks and Haps, but I did get 4 nice looking Peacocks.The young lady who helped me said their fish days are Sunday's, and they open at 11am on Monday's....I will be there at 10:30am....Lol

Your mistake. what should have happened is own up to it and then change the sign/remove tag after a customer brought it to your attention that the sale tag says 8.99. and you charged them 10.99. just to have the guy behind the counter yelling at the poor lady 10.99! 10.99! 10.99! horrible customer service. don’t see how they get business.

Nana Addae: I discovered this African shop just yesterday. My daughter's hair stylist had just relocated to this place opposite red peppers and next door to this African shop. Imagine my joy. The place is meat, doesn't smell funny, prices are reasonable nd there's so many African fish to choose from, smoked to dry to fresh fish and meat. There's Ghana bread and Kenkey and you can walk in there and come out ready to prepare Ghana fufu and vegetable meat soup. Check them.out. Customer service was great, at least they made a very good first time impression on me. So long my daughter's get their hair done at this location, i feel like a one stop shop for my Af RT ican food needs.win win for mommy! I highly recommend.

I came back and got a fist-sized wet live rock with pulsing zenia, mushroom, and Kenya's for almost nothing.He's got some solid freshwater and marine fish as well, all in great shape. I highly recommend this store for all things aquarium and will definitely be returning!Edit/Follow up:It's been 10 months and I've been able to ask him troubleshooting questions, ask for advice, and get trustworthy answers. If he doesn't have what I need, he either gets it or tells me where to find it. My dealings with him have been honest, friendly, and advised by years of successful reef keeping.

Will H: Had a good experience at Tropical Isle. I had gone in looking for Cichlids that weren't available at your typical big pet stores. While looking through the tanks. All the fish looked very healthy and cared for. This made my purchase very easy it. I've had my fish for more than 3 days now and no signs of illness or parasites. Devon Loughlin: Customer service is more important than the product you're selling. My brother and I purchased various fish, invertebrates and sps coral this past weekend. 99% of our visit was great. Lots of conversation with the staff. The woman (Apologies for not knowing your name!!!) Was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately a young man, who I've seen around the store for many years, brings down the entire experience. He met our excitement with condescending statements, rude remarks, questioning ability to care for reef tanks. This is of course without any information on how old or tanks are, what size, how healthy our inhabitants are, ect. He was particularly mad at us because we were purchasing his "favorite" slSea Hare. It was in fact for sale. Again, rude comments, tone, and behavior toward us. There are other reef stores closer to us (Jays, fish Mike's, love the reef, acro gradren, ect) that we will be visiting instead of Tropic Isle. Completely ruined our trip and was the topic of conversation for our two hour drive home.

This store has the largest selection of freshwater fish and saltwater fish and supplies, if you walked in wanting to start a aquarium they can expertly guide you and give you the complete solution from start to finish in one stop. They definitely know what they are talking about and truly gave me expert advice. I spent $100 on healthy fish, plants, and misc. supplies, but felt like the customer service and advice really made the difference. This is the only aquarium store I will go thank you.
