Jason Wall: Don't even bother getting a quote from a different company. If you need your floors refinished, installed, or repaired please do yourself a favor and hire Duy's team. We have owned multiple homes around the country, so we've done our fair share of business with all types of tradespeople, and I can say without reservation that this was the best interaction we've had yet.We removed a wall in the home and ripped up some old carpet to reveal wood floors that were in pretty rough shape. Half the floors were bare and half were covered in tile. So we tore up the tiles as well which were applied with an adhesive that left part of the floors very dark and damaged. We also were left with a large uneven gap from where the removed wall once was, so we weren't certain that the floors would be able to be restored. After talking to Duy, he was confident that we could fix them and he did just that in the timeframe and price that he quoted upon the original estimation.Duy was responsive, punctual and communicated with us throughout the process. His years of experience are apparent from the quality of the work, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you so much!!
