Teresa Musgrove: This was the best experience I have had in a retail store in a long time and this is the business I have been in for many, many years. First, I called to locate a particular sneaker and spoke to an associate that was so helpful! ( do not have her name) Stopped at the store and Simone helped me try to find what I was looking for. She was aware that I may be stopping in that evening so great communication on the associate part that answered the phone. ( do not have her name) Simone brought me to the locations of the shoe I was describing and continued to do so. Never once saying they are over there, but walking, me to the location. She was helpful and so polite. I was not sure so I said I would check the shoe when I arrived home. I called the next day and spoke to Jason. He checked and found two pairs in colors and my size and put them aside for me. I went to pick them up and Jade was the first associate I encountered and she politely told me the associate at the register would be able to help me. She stopped what she was doing, addressed me and smiled. WOW…. The associate at the register Liz, finished her transaction and had my shoes ready for me along with another pair that they had located. Great! I love these! Now I have three pairs. I was so pleased with the service I purchased a pair for my grandson and took advantage of the buy one get one half off. This store was clean, neat and tidy. The associates friendly, attentive but not pushy and sincerely helpful! I would hire everyone of them! Great job to this team and to the training team! I will be back and tell all of my friends!

Asma Issam: I've been to this Skechers location in the past and found what I was looking for. Disappointed to have gone a few days ago at 10:35am and the store was still closed. The hours online and outside the store both say that it opens at 10am. So I wasn't able to shop there, it was a big waste of time. Please update the accurate store hours online and outside the store. There were a couple of other customers trying to get in at that time as well.

I went for the first time to skechers and the workers were all so helpful, Ashley was so kind to me, she helped me every step of the way and continued to make sure that i had found everything I needed. She was so helpful on showed me which shoes were the best for me since i am always on my feet. I recently found out that there was a Skechers in worcester, closer to home so i can continuously go there instead of ordering shoes online. I was definitely satisfied and will definitely be bringing my family there from now on. Highly recommended!

souviku: This was my first time buying online and pickup in store from sketchers and to say the least it was a horrible experience. Firstly the order was not ready when I came in, I had ordered 2 days back and received confirmation that my order was ready but it was not. Secondly the guy at the store was super rude, like it was my fault that he came in 10 mins back and has to deal with a bopis order immediately. Thirdly the shoe given to me was the one on display, to say the least it was dirty already and the guy told me to either take it or leave it. Well lesson learnt, sketchers is off my list, hopefully this is a one off incident at the particular store in Worcester.

I was fortunate enough to be helped by Rio and let me just say, wow, way to go above and beyond to help a customer! I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered the store but chose to look on my own for a particular item first. When I didn’t see it in stock, Rio looked it up for me, called two different stores until it was found, and completed each step with a smile. Laurie Wattu: I ordered a pair of Skechers sneakers on line but they were too narrow. I wanted to exchange them for a wide and discovered Skechers Outlet over by Olive Garden. The building was roomy inside so I could walk around without tripping over items in the pathway. The customer service help was very pleasant and directed me to the area where I could find what I wanted. They exchanged my sneakers without any problems. I will definitely shop there again. The prices there were less expensive than other stores.

Matt Last: 1 star, 1 star for them for false advertisingThey said "buy one get one 50% off" so we got two pairs and then went to the register and they said oh no, not those "they were converse mind you" i said ok were does it say that.. he said look at that sign. So at the very bottom of the sign in the smallest of print "mind you the signs they have all over that are 4 x 3 signs and at the bottom it says "some items not included " i said ok were does it say converse "it doesnt" there were other signs by the socks and other items that clearly said "nike not included in the sale' but the signs everywhere else never said converse. So they decide to literally "trick you" that is down right dirty and just uncalled for.. its called "false advertising " where i come from and only because my kids needed shoes for school was the only reason i still got them and it wasnt even the money! I could really care less, it was the point.. very underhanded for them to pull this on people.. especially familys that may not have the money to buy two pairs.. just sad.. there is no reason they cant say " x, x and x not included' in LARGE PRINT or just on signs people can clearly see and have it CLEARLY STATE was is and isnt part of the sale... a very sad day for Famous footware, i am not going back there again "ever" i dont take kindly to others that like to rip people off.. yea i am upset because it isnt right!

She kept telling the young man who was on the floor about her woody and buzz shoes and he was so sweet to her and showed her the same enthusiasm in return. jim dower: Been going here since '96 when I was a pre-loader nights at UPS and Logger by day. Red Wing's are great but most of my loyalty stems from the retailer here and his customer service. I was lucky once and he gave me an old pair of boots while he re-soled mine and he replaced the eyelets. This happened several times on boots that last over a decade. The only thing missing was a complimentary beer while I waited, but I never asked either. Thanks Matt's Shoes. I hope you are ready for another visit this fathers day, my wife let me in on a little surprise for me.
