Talk to one of the reps and explained the issue I have and did setup a time for the appointment. At that time I forgot to ask for a price; called back on my way home and left a message. 3 Days later still no answer after repeated messages. 4th day I was able to speak with a customer service rep and was told they have no idea how much will be, only after the diagnostic is completed?? Really?? Never ever again. Anyhow just calling another Ford dealer in Westborough over the phone they had a price. I went there and they were above and beyond! Never again at Ira Ford in Auburn!

EAST :BÜM: Worst dealership of all timeI purchased a truck from them a F150 , I brought it in for service Tuesday for brakes get a call the next day informing me that the suggest to get the axels done as well that was Wednesday after after they said the car would be ready that Wednesday, since they recommended me to get the axels fixed I told them that they could keep the car for a extra day but I needed my vehicle on Thursday. Well today is Thursday and once again they have moved my pick up date to now Friday at 3:00. That is 2 days of no vehicle . This has not been the first time I always get my vehicle serviced from where I purchase the vehicle but every time I bring my vehicle in I don’t get it the next day and the notice is always late they infrom that they would be keeping the car longer only 1 hr before I’m supposed to pick it up . That is my only vehicle at the moment causing me to lose money from work as that it’s my work vehicle as well , I was never offered a Courtesy vehicle after all my time being wasted. The reason for my complaint is due to the fact this is not the first time it’s happened to me .

Tim Chouinard: I brought my 2017 F150 that is under warranty in to get a front wheel hub replaced as well as to fix an intermittent grinding noise that had to do with the 4 wheel drive system. I had the service bulletin from Ford identifying the issue and the steps to repair the issue that I provided them.They repaired the hub with no issue, but then called me to tell me that they couldn't recreate the grinding issue and that it must have been created by the hub issue. I explained to them that it wasn't and to just perform the task on the service bulletin.They refused to do so because "I had a different 4 wheel drive system then that bulletin was referring to". OK, first off, it didn't state any specific 4 wheel drive system. 2nd, then look up the system I do have to repair the issue. It was clear they simply didn't want to be bothered.They also informed me that my trucks parking brake pads were worn out. that's funny, I never use the parking brake. How could they be worn out? and that I also needed to replace my rear brake pads and rotors. This was going to be over $800 to replace.I never asked them to check the rear brakes and I certainly wasn't paying them to do any work not covered under warranty. I then brought it to my mechanic to get a second opinion and he informed me that neither were in need of being replaced.I feel they were simply trying to scam me into unnecessary repairs. I will never go back there again.

Two miles into my drive home, the noise came back.Brought car back again. It was diagnosed as another issue. I was told the reason why this was happening and how they were able to fix it. Two miles into my drive home the noise came back.And now the third time I brought my car in. I was greeted to an experience as if this was the first time I brought my car in. I had to explain everything all over again like I was a new customer. I found the exact same noise issue I was having on YouTube and told them. Conveniently this time, nothing was found and noise wasn’t able to be recreated. Two miles into my drive home, guess what, I created the noise.I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a weird and different noise. However it almost seemed like they wanted me to go somewhere else, because of the attitude of the service desk and how I created the noise right after they couldn’t.So now I am out money on two mis-diagnostics and still have no answer, even though two YouTube videos with the exact same noise had resolutions to their issues.I figured a Ford service center could better diagnose a Ford car. But after this experience I felt like I was scammed out of money for two repairs that did nothing to address the problem.And having to make weekly arrangements to leave my car was getting pretty frustrating since they were just doing easy fixes and hoping it worked.Stay away. Go to a local independent service shop.

Rick informed me they would look into the power steering as it was an extended warranty that had since ended in 2021, but I was having issues. I received a call from Chad at the start time of my apt. and was updated through out the day, keeping me well informed. I came to pick-up my vehicle and was told I owed $200.00 for a diagnostic test on the power steering. I mentioned I was not quoted or informed about the charge at vehicle drop off. They took care of it, no questions asked. I then received a call from Rick the next morning to apologize for the missed quote and asked how the vehicle was doing. I appreciated the consistent communication, information and trust. Overall, very professional! 5 Stars fellas!

Jordan Rutherford: Will never go to this dealership again. Dealership rep Mitch, had a rude, apathetic attitude that I didn’t care for. I took my car to this dealership for a screeching that was coming from my front end and they charged me $66 to tell I had a leak in my front end that would need to be repaired on a later day for $1200. I took my car to a mechanic for a second opinion and the mechanic physically showed me how there was no leak whatsoever under my front end. This mechanic charged me $0 to assess my problem. If I could give a half star I would. This dealership cannot be trusted. Don’t get ripped off, go to a local mechanic’s shop or Sunny Side Ford instead. I also had a dollar bill keepsake that my wife wrote a sentimental message on that I’ve kept in my sun glass holder for over 3 years. After dropping my car off at Lameroux the keepsake dollar bill was missing. Lameroux Ford’s employees can not be trusted.

Lindsey Lemay: This dealership for some reason loves to send brand new cars home with no inspection stickers. Cars are clearly not ready to be picked up without a sticker. There’s a start. But anyway, Just drove 45 minutes for them to tell me they won’t inspect my car because it has a temporary wrap on it. Mind you I have 3 other vehicles with wraps that pass inspection every single year no problem, without changing the registration. For a huge dealership you’d think they’d know the RMVs guidelines on this. But apparently not. This place legit blows.

Jillian Monaco: Had a wonderful experience! Inquired online if the Bronco I wanted was available Devin responded quickly and I had a visit scheduled for 1pm. Prior to arrival I received a text from Filipe, who would be my salesman. Filipe was wonderful from the first meeting, pick up and still helpful after (I have to go back for my inspection sticker and second key as it was not ready). Professional, knowledgeable and not pushy like a lot of people can be. I enjoyed my experience and I love my Bronco.
