ArtsyQT: I usually love this place but today I called and asked for a fresh Italian sub with no tomato. What did I get? An Italian sub that can clearly been sitting out all day that they pulled the tomatoes off off. I can tell because the tomato seasoning/juice is still on there. My second sub says no tomato written on it but there is tomato all over it! Such a simple thing they could do better! Guess I will have to come watch them make my sub fresh in person next time because I can’t trust they’ll do it right. These subs are room temperature. Clearly not fresh. Some people get grossed out earring cold cuts that have sat out for hours. That’s not great food safety…

Teresa Inangelo: The meats are great. But such attitude when you request the cold cuts be sliced thin. A select few employees will show you a sample of how the meat is being cut before they slice a pound. Otherwise you have to continuously ask if you can see the cut. Employees get frustrated fast. By the 4th request of a selected deli meat you feel like you are an imposition rather than a paying customer. My sister is also a regular patron and had a package of deli meat thrown over the counter toward her, which landed in the bread below. Between my sister and I, we average about 50.00 - 60.00 dollars a week in sales. Please guys be nicer.

We get all our produce there now and the deli has become a favorite for sandwiches, and for grabbing our favorite Boar's Head products. Staff is always super friendly and does their best to keep up with the busy pace. A neighborhood gem for sure.

Marissa: Great store for a quick stop! The owners are so friendly and great with kids. Sometimes I bring my boys in for an after school snack/goodies. They carry just about everything that a convenient store would carry; drinks, snacks, candy, milk, tobacco, lottery and they usually have a variety of homemade/fresh foods like deli meat, fruit, sandwiches, muffins and more. They also have an ATM inside.

Laura R.: I was here today and recently about 1 to two weeks ago, Josh and some other employees are very kind always, calm, and helpful. I have been coming here for years with my child. I have never had any complaints atleast not for a while. There are some new employees, one in particular. The 2 times I've come into contact with this "assistant manager" the attitude of this individual is unprofessional and disrespectful. This individual never greets me and is very serious and on the previous incounter was disrespectful making jokes and comments in my regards with another employee. I understand they were closing as I was entering a staff mentioned I may enter through the outgoing door, to buy one item since the main door was closed. I did. This bothered the assistant manager Liyah but this individual only conplained subliminaly several times after i was at the register making funny comments with a peer. if I spelled that name correctly. I can understand it was almost closing people were still checking out and a few last minute shoppers. If anything kindly ask me to leave and I would have understood. I assumed i was fine as i was about to enter i had permission to do so.But the disrespect, jokes, attitude, rudeness was uncalled for. This person continued back and fourth with the rude comments as I tried to relax and breathe through the uncomfortable situation and jokes and indirects with the coworker of this individual. As a manager this assistant manager Liyah was unprofessional and rude. I am ultimately a customer. So today I see the same person at around 4:00pm through 421pm and ask for assistance at self checkout, I tried to be the bigger person and put the past behind. I said thank you, the response was, "yup" as this Manger walked away serious. As a customer for years, I'm not going anywhere, but this type of energy causing tension, loss of customers, and thankfully I'm mature enough to maintain my composure and behaviors. Some people have health issues, mental challenges, and more and this type of treatment can cause bigger issues. If this individual doesn't like the job, why work in customer service, and worse as management supposedly leading by example 🙄
