He gave me the total amount of my purchase so I could compare what I picked out to Bernie and Phyl’s and Ashley Furniture. Needless to say the sales woman at Bernie and Phyl’s was useless as she just pointed to the back of the store and continued chitchatting with her fellow employees. By the way the store was dead!! Ashley furniture was about the same customer service. So I recommend Bob’s furniture to everyone and anyone who wants awesome customer service and fantastic quality furniture and ask for Ken Reed. Christopher Beland: When we arrived, we just wanted to be left alone to look at everything. A saleswoman interrogated us at the entrance. She said she wasn't going to follow us around, but she did later admit she was watching us on cameras. She probably wasted 15 minutes talking to us about rugs that were way too expensive and not to our taste, and I started to worry she was slowing us down enough we wouldn't be able to see the whole store before it closed. I'm glad we ignored her implied advice to skip the upper floors, as there was stuff there on our list which we hadn't gone over with her. I've never bought furniture online, but I'm going to try that next because this is not the first time I've been unable to fight off furniture salespeople.The actual furniture and rugs were not to my taste - hardly anything with bright colors or modern designs.

tyler wills: What was once a huge piece of History & our Worcester History is now officially no longer in business. 😮😓 Worcester's family run furniture store had permanently closed their doors originally on October 27th,2022. I took those pictures last week before they closed thete doors forever. We will miss Rotman's furniture 😢 it was a huge piece of our city .

Logan Murphy: Selection and overall experience is like no other, it's a great store to find inspiration but often doesn't have a full set that I'm looking for. Also I have found that the overall majority of their stock is priced higher (sometimes significantly higher) than competitors for the same or similar name brand furniture. I would recommend Roman's for their rugs not as much their furniture.

Jay Klein: I just moved to Boston from TX. Had to shop online which triggered a little anxiety with not knowing or seeing the products in person. But I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was great, they showed up exactly when they said they would. The furniture was great for the price. These folks have great customer service and the owner even texted me after hours to discuss delivery schedule and product info. I was very happy with what I purchased. And I would definitely buy from these folks again. Top notch company.

Willaim Letourneau: I was a little skeptical with ordering from here because of all of the reviews. We ordered our kitchen set online, set as pick up. The online process was a little confusing. It does not have you select a store to pick up from and when you call the store they person answering the phone did not know any information. If you do the online chat it seems to go to the same person at their warehouse in RI, who was able to give us accurate information and pick up details. The table set came in 2 days late, they said a truck broke down. Things happen. A women who works at the store was willing to drive to RI to pick up the set for me incase it did not come in that Friday vs the original Wednesday delivery.Overall:The customer service I would give 3 stars. It would be nice if there were more details on the confirmation email. There seems to be some confusion with employees at the store where I would have given it a lesser review if it wasn't for the women I spoke to on the phone from the store who was in fact excellent and probably the only knowledgeable person in the store.The furniture came 2 days late to the store but it was easy to put together and better quality than the last set I received from BOBs furniture a couple of years ago.

Michael Eldridge: Almost every piece of furniture i have in my 3 bedroom ranch has come from here here. The owner Al gets a lot of the furniture from estates. I have gotten many whole sets of living room and bedroom furniture inexpensively here. I have gotten a number of fine display cabinets also. Very often when i want some odd little item i find it first time I walk in here. Like I was looking for a magazine holder/something to put extra bathroom items in it, it was there! Just last week I wanted just the right size glass display cabinet to put over my doorway. It was there! I have come here for about 20 years. Sometimes I go there, not having anything in mind and find something I didn't know I needed. He also has a lot of bicycles and cycles. They deliver as well.

Taylor Miller: I searched for weeks for a couch that I liked, and it wasn't until I checked out Rainbow Furniture that I saw such a wide selection. I got a name brand couch that was unbelievably affordable, and I got to pick from several colors. On top of that, staff were actually kind and helpful (was practically ignored at other stores)! They kept me updated on the shipment and delivery, this service was just perfect.

We reached out on Facebook marketplace, Lindsay contacted us immediately, walked us through everything, set up the appointment time, gave pointers as to the best way to prepare for our visit, even sent pictures of their location and of themselves so we knew who we were dealing with. We arrived a few minutes before the appointment and was allowed to come in and view everything. Sean was very attentive and was able to give us suggestions. He has vast knowledge of the product he is selling which you don't find very often. Very fair pricing. We are super happy with our new mattress and box springs. We'll definitely head back there again.

I bought a second mattress because eit was convenient to do it over the phone. Extra charges for mattress pickup, delivery. Etc. Fortunately I won't be going back there.

The best deals are in the samples! Ask for the samples! We got a sample leftover queen mattress for $400 that was originally $1200. Ask for the samples! Great deals! I appreciated the appointment time as well. It made for a more personalized experience. And they helped us load everything into our truck.

Ron D: I had to use a different account to post a second review, since I posted one a few years ago, but it’s definitely warranted. A few years back, I purchased a beautiful full motion recliner couch, which is still going strong today and at that time their service was top-notch. We recently redid a room in our house and were looking for a smaller sectional to fit the space and give us more room for the family. As I always do, many days were spent browsing the web, but I always come here first before going anywhere else and I am glad I did again. It took roughly 3 minutes for my family to locate the couch that they instantly fell in love with. Lo and behold the measurements were exactly what I needed. It was a busy day and there were multiple families in the facility, but Lindsay was able to greet us as soon as we walked in the door and Sean was still able to come over to us within five minutes once he finished up helping another client. We completely understand that places get busy and sometimes you have to wait, so we wouldn’t have minded waiting 30 minutes if we had to. The price of the sectional was far lower than anywhere else I had looked, and the quality/brand is excellent. I needed this in time for the Thanksgiving holiday as we were hosting, and I needed more seating. Sean helped me load into my truck and off I went. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I cannot recommend foxtrot mattress enough. Sean and Lindsay are fantastic and just make everything nice and easy. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, just go here.

TheNerevarineXBL: Spent at least a month looking for a new sectional for a condo, hit almost every store from the budget stores to the bourgeois stores. Not planning on a forever stay, wanted something affordable and in leather. Removable cushions seemed impossible at the price point… But R&F had something perfect: the Anaheim sectional. We also got a mattress and a base. The prices were reasonable. The sectional is part vinyl, but it looks great in the room and came undamaged. Delivery was simple and on time. Nancy was a delight to work with, helped us get the best price, and called to confirm things went well. I don’t expect the stuff to last forever but it was a perfect solution for us and the shopping experience was top-notch.

Susan McIntyre: This company is horrible. They delete negative reviews on products left on their website so others don’t get an accurate account of the products. We purchased the Everett chenille 3 piece power sectional in April of 2022. It was delivered 2 days before we went on a 2 week vacation where my dogs weren’t home. Within a week or two of being home, the seams started splitting. We reached out to the warranty department since I paid the extra $300 for the accidental damage warranty and since we had only had the sectional for a month which to me seemed like a manufacturing issue. They couldn’t get anyone out until July with a canceled appointment in June due to unforeseen circumstances. When they’d finally came out, they wrote it as pet damage and would not honor the warranty. Since then, multiple pieces have failed and broken, including the foot rests of the recliners. This is in no way “pet damage” the seams are poorly stitched and come apart way too easily. I learned to never go through this company for anything ever again and to not purchase their accidental damage plan because they don’t honor it at all. They are a shady company which I’m sure would find any way to label something not covered under their plan. If you have pets or kids or use furniture at all, this company is not one to go through.
Pete Noonan: This was my first experience shopping at Raymour & Flanagan Furniture in Millbury, MA. It was a great experience. I had an extremely pleasant saleswoman named Karen who assisted me all the way through my purchase. She explained my options and accepted the choices I was making. She didn't force any type of unnecessary sales pitch on me. I found the office chair I liked and made the purchase. I can definitely see myself shopping there again at some point. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the limited selection of office chairs available. I would recommend this retail establishment for your future furniture purchases.

We received a great deal at Factory Discount Warehouse along side even better customer service. Even thought we came across kinks with the bed size, they never stop trying to help us, from Luke at the store, Ben and "Dad" at our home. Everybody pitched in to make our experience a unique one. In addition to the mattresses we also bought a King size bed and we couldn't be happier.

Mark Rogers-Courtney: My husband and I went in two days ago, used the SNAP credit line and easily and quickly received top of the line attentiveness as well as delivery service. It was delivered and installed yesterday by 1 pm. I then proceeded to get a sock stuck in the locking compartment and the delivery man was at the apartment and fixed my error in 5 minutes. Very impressed. Since then I have done 6 loads of clothes and am so happy with everything from beginning to now. Would definitely recommend.
Victor Wahome: I bought a refrigerator from Woo-town. However, after a month the refrigerator stop working. I called and spoke with Dave who said he would send someone to come take a look. After 10 minutes, he called back and said he wouldn’t honor repairing the refrigerator. The refrigerator is for a new mother with an infant. Im very disappointed, please be cautious.
