Jennifer Shenk (Jennifer Shenk): As part of a full cleanout of a property I was preparing to list for sale, the company I hired to do the cleanout used Superior Waste to supply the dumpsters. Because the property was in an association with strict limitations on dumpster size, timing and location, I needed to be on-site for the morning drop off and afternoon pick up, and make sure everything was completed within the association rules I had been given for this project. Each morning a dumpster was to be delivered, the driver called me as I had requested, and gave me an ETA, which was appreciated by me, since it meant I didn’t have to sit around and wait for them all morning., While respecting the requirements I had from the association. Bob and Jesus were prompt, exhibited good attitudes, and were communicative with me and their dispatch center to get it just right. Matt: Went there to drop off some trash. I have been to about a half dozen scrap metal centers, which is essentially the same concept, except getting paid vs. paying. The setup here is extremely poor, without a drive through scale and no thought to traffic flow. Even 3 vehicles creates a traffic jam. They are also doing something fishy with the scales and overcharging, about 100 lbs over as a previous reviewer mentioned. The scale should always be on, instead, when re-weighing after dumping, it reads 0 for a length of time, then they activate it.Only positive is the people were relatively pleasant and luckily I did not get a nail in a tire.Service:Trash removal disposal

The first time we weighed, you could tell it was legit by the number going up and down before settling on our actual weight. Staff keeps saying someone will pick it up today and four days psssed, nobody showed up. It is a disgrace to look at. Andrew Franchuk: I have lived in many cities over the past 10 years. Not one of those cities has had a recycling company as bad as this one. They do not pick up recycling, they throw bins all over the place, they leave behind trash that falls out of their truck. Absolute worst experience!!!! They make recycling hard and from now on I would be better off throwing everything away because at least my trash gets picked up!

I saw the sign for 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the office parking lot so decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did.Jason and Ted showed up on the date and time I asked for and immediately I knew I was in good hands. They treated me like mine was their most important job of the day and after giving me an estimate (which turned out to be almost spot on!), they got to work. Within an hour, the office was cleared and the work complete.I enjoyed my hour with Jason and Ted and want them to know I found them to be friendly, professional, and cared about doing a good job.
