Michelle Sherblom: Rob and his crew made us extremely happy with our decision. When we were deciding to replace our aged deck, we knew it would be a challenge with the adjacent aboveground pool. Rob met with us and took our ideas and added his own thoughts from experience, and we thoroughly explored all options and decking types and colors. He went through a few different designs and spent a lot of time with us honing in on the perfect concept. The whole time we had a budget that he was able to mostly work within even with increasing industry costs. He had a ton of knowledge and was very professional. Once settled on a concept and price, he made drawings and a couple revisions at our request after discussing with him, and even went to the building department to confirm inspector approval before even locking in a contract.Once contracted, they made all the plans and dates that they said they would and Rob kept us updated at every step of the way, from permitting to ordering materials to schedule of other projects. Rob is extremely detail oriented. Deliveries were made in advance and on time. We had certain dates in mind to have the deck done by before pool season, and Rob beat the date by over a week. We ended up adding lights afterward and Rob basically did them at cost to enhance the deck. Otherwise he did not have any added costs not in the contract other than a small flashing add that needed to be done.The install crew was also excellent. This was a big project and challenging one and Mike and the guys were very diligent. Dan S: We got a quality shed from Skip's. One thing to know is you either have to properly prepare the site the shed will sit or pay a contractor to do it. It was about $1100 total for the prep. This varies depending on your specific needs. Expensive but a necessity if you want your shed to last. They provide contact for quality contractor.

It has allowed us to clean up the yard, and at the same time made the yard much nicer. A little costly, but more than worth the extra. On the down side, the delivery was terrible. The driver got out of his truck complaining about how long it took to get to our house. I thought that was what he was paid for. We were told that the shed would be placed on blocks, but he had none. And at one point, when I asked him if he could he re position it a little for me he said "now you are trying to tell me how to do my f_______ job?".I called the company, and the person I spoke with told me he was skip, and he was a clone of the driver, but on the phone. It turned the whole project sour, and I would never recommend them to someone else.

Justin Beliveau: We ordered a shed and the sales process was smooth. The construction is fantastic. I has allowed us to store all the items a shed is intended for and clean out the basement and yard. However great the product is was completely voided buy the delivery. After complaining about where our house is located, the platform for the shed, not having the required amount of blocks to set the shed and level it (at which point he wandered around my yard looking for things to set the shed on ) , running over a lilac bush and generally acting like a whinny child, our shed was delivered. At one point he even growled which my kids thought was funny. Never mind recommending this place, I will steer people away from it so they are not subjected to this persons extremely poor attitude. It truly is a shame because the product is excellent.

The job involved replacing all the deck boards/stairs/railings with composite as well as replacing some compromised joists and frame elements. I'm sure Reeds Ferry is nice and all, but my experience with Eastern Shed was perfection. I couldn't ask for anything more.First of all: my shed is beautiful and extremely well built. You get to design a custom shed, and there are a lot of choices. But they have many of them on display, and they are patient and super helpful talking you through the options. Never once did I feel rushed or upsold.Once you decide on your shed, it gets custom built for you in their warehouses. This takes some time, and they remain in touch and responsive with you throughout the process.On day of delivery, they assemble it on-site. The workers were extremely courteous and professional. They spent a lot of time on the foundation (that's how you know they're good!) and worked with me on positioning of the shed, making sure it was perfect. The order process was easy and the staff was very responsive to e-mail and phone inquires. The set up crew arrived on time, and the shed was built in just about 2 hours. The installation was done very professionally by 2 friendly installers and the improvement in the appearance of the garage has been commented on by my neighbors. They were very respectful, kept the site clean and were conscientious of our needs as we lived through the process. The project did go longer than expected and I believe the communication could have been better in helping us understand the process and delays. Over all we could absolutely recommend them if anyone is looking to build a garage or shed.

Candice Wilson: I would barely give them a 1 star. We were told upon ordering our Pool House that the install would take 2 days, it took 2 weeks!!!! They don't even work Tuesdays!!! (we were never told this) Which held up every other contractor we had lined up. pool, patio, electrician and fencing. The installation was horrible workmanship, will require LOTS of caulking to prevent harvesting bees. Sticker left on faux window on roof. Which my husband had to cut a hole in the roof to access, to remove!!! On day 5 I asked one of them when he might be complete so I could line my other contractors up he was VERY RUDE. Couldn't wait for them to leave! We have used Reeds Ferry for a shed last year, had a wonderful experience and I suggest you use Reeds Ferry over Baystate Structures!
