mail junk: I am dubious of past reviews and you should be too. After having ordered a piece of glass, a small piece of glass mind you, 3+ weeks ago, I have not received a call or any update on its status. If they think I was going to stick around and wait then they are mistaken. This could not have been a simpler task and if they cant get this right I would think twice about any large purchases or projects.

Bill Leary: Highly recommended!Recently the crank window in my kitchen broke.I called Worcester Glass the next day and they told me to bring it in to be measured so they could special order the piece. I brought it in and they told me it would probably take 3 weeks for the new glass to arrive. One week later they called me and told me it was ready! I brought it in the next day around 10:15 and by 11:30 they called me to come pick it up. In addition to my window, they also fixed the screen for back storm door. Very affordable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I was then able to take the windows home with me while I waited for my custom glass to come in. I really appreciated this as it was still rather cold out. A week later I got a call, brought my windows back and they replaced the glass while I waited. Everyone who assisted me was very helpful and even carried my windows to and from my car for me.The whole process was smooth and convenient.Now my windows look new and it cost way less than new windows with way less hassle. Samantha Lee: The glass on my antique front door broke and due to the age and size of the glass, I knew we needed to call a professional. Chris came out, quoted us and a week later replaced the glass. He was very knowledgeable on types of glass that were permitted for a residential application. They even did an excellent job at cleaning up their work space when finished. Overall I would highly recommend Area Glass and definitely use them again. They also informed me that they do auto glass and can even take auto insurance as payment. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

A few days ago I called about eight places in the Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, and Natick area. Only one place picked up, it was going to take them a week to repair it and another place went right to voicemail. Still haven't received a call back from them. A friend recommended Area Glass. They're a little father away but I called anyway and a woman actually answered the phone! She also answered the phone a second time when I called for store hours and a third time when I checked to see if the screen door was finished! Amazing! K G: I hired this company a few months ago to do a custom shower door for my upstairs bathroom. After waiting over a month for the door (not a big deal, COVID times) their tech Paulo Almeida came back to install the door. I thought it was strange that only one person came back to install such a big heavy glass door but I'm not the professional here, they were, or so I thought. After installing the door I had to call the company back several times as the door would not stay closed. There is also a huge gap between the two glass doors (please refer to the picture) with nothing in between the gap, I was assured at the time this "was normal". Now a few months later so much water has gone through that huge space between the doors and on my floors that it has ruined my downstairs bathroom ceiling. I now have to replace my whole downstairs bathroom ceiling because of all the moisture and water bubbles, I'm afraid the ceiling will collapse and hurt someone. When we reached out to Paulo he was rude and condescending, he said he would come "rip the shower out" if we weren't happy. Overall just very unprofessional.
