Andrea: I have never had such a poor experience in my life. The way I was treated was disgusting to say the least. Looking at the other reviews, i’m not shocked, it seems like the women who work here have a vendetta against younger people. If you’re in your early twenties or younger, I guess your business isn’t wanted or appreciated. Whoever owns this store should really consider restaffing because the two women I encountered today had absolutely no customer service skills and were so off putting that I never want to go back. They were rude, snarky and extremely disrespectful. This was all unprovoked as well. Extremely unprofessional. Everything in this store is overpriced and can be found elsewhere for cheaper, I am surprised they are still in business between that and the rude workers. Take your business elsewhere!

She was very knowledgeable about what me and my mother were asking her about issues regarding our" Membership " (" Reward Program ") , they were having a great sale that started 12-26-21 , and it's still on ( 50% percent off Christmas items & addition 20% percent off at checkout ") ! I got myself & my " Aunt" at ( mystery Snoopy Hallmark ornament) they were $2.00 with the 20% percent including the 50% percent off. The store was super clean , extremely bright, much welcoming 🙏 warm & kind Is polite people working there that is very nice to see! I truly love ❤️ shopping at The Paperstore it's one of my ultimate FAVORITE's, never in a million years thought I'd be shopping at Hallmark or The Paperstore, they truly have great deals , and good coupons.

The first time I had gone to use it there were none in the store.it had just started and it ends on July 25th I went there today and they still don't have them.It sounds like false advertising just trying to get people in the store.I love Hallmark but a little upset how this is working

Always, has a great variety of good stuff & a good variety of greeting cards as well too. Very clean store & extremely friendly staff members, always says hi & goodbye to you , which is nice to see.
