Dalia Yassin: I have a short dark hair and I got an appointment and I spent 1 h just trying to explain her and the owner how I want my hair, I was told that almost every style I want wasn’t working (even I show her my friend who has a darker color than me and recently colored her hair) Even basic colors that I had it done before to my hair. And after we get to an agreement they asked me to leave because the time is not enough. I explained to them I have work and had to have day off (which is from my vacation time which will cost more that what they would charge for the service..) and offered to stay longer while she works with others, they said no, and she was at the end that she won’t reschedule because I seem busy to her.. she didn’t even offer to work with other stylist another time. Saiyidah Aisyah: I don’t often write a bad review because my first step is to let the company know of my dissatisfaction but after leaving an email and a message on Instagram, I still have not received any reply. So here I am writing this unfortunate review.I went to the salon excited to get my keratin treatment and haircut. I also don’t want to name the hairstylist because I’m giving this company another chance to look into this matter. The keratin treatment went fine. I asked for a haircut below my chin, my hair was just touching my collar bones before that. Next thing I knew, the hairdresser kept on cutting and cutting until it was right below my ears. I did show her photos of what I hope to achieve but it turned out nothing like what I wanted. Initially I thought it was going to look weird because the keratin treatment must have made my hair too straight and flat but when I reached home and checked the side and back of my hair, it just looked awful. I washed and blow dried it but it still looked the same. I have attached photos to show you that the straight cut was not even straight and that the length was not below the chin.I had to go to another salon the next day to “fix” it and as you can tell at least, there’s a little bit more shape to my hair. I feel more confident now. (The last photo is after the “fix”)I just wanted to put it out there that if a hairdresser isn’t proficient in cutting short hair, they should let the customer know. Or even if the cut is going to look weird after a keratin treatment, I should have been told that as well. I’m not the expert in this case and was depending on the expertise of the hairdresser but was utterly disappointed.—-Updating this review. Ashley, the salon owner, reached out to me and refunded me the cost of the haircut and the other haircut to “fix” my hair from another salon.Thanks for looking into this matter and I’m just grateful hair will always grow back.

Lauren Garick: I've had chemotherapy induced alopecia for over 20 years and wear a wig daily. I only recently found Sanremo's but I wish I had found them sooner. It's a family run business and everyone is so kind, helpful and respectful. Not only do they have beautiful wigs but they also take the time to trim and style them so they look and feel like natural hair. They also clean wigs on the spot while you wait (~30 min). I can't say enough about how professional they are and the quality of their products. If you need a wig and/or wig maintence in central MA (or from even further away) it's worth the drive. KeKe LoVe: Wouldn’t even think about doing it again. First off the instructors were rude to my school instructor. Secondly they were not properly educated themselves on how to take care of the extensions like how to properly shampoo or how to blend them into the hard and they said they can’t show us how to cause they aren’t certified in doing that. Thirdly the kit didn’t seem professional at all they even had us print of the workbook which didn’t even have actual instructions to it. Please please do not waste your time or money on this!!! They don’t even give you the full 8 hour course!!!

Danny Soliz: The maria Rose Inspires team came to the Aveda instutue in Texas to enroll Students in a European extension class. The presentation was very enticing and 27 of our studnets signed up and paid $600 for the class. On the day of the class the educators showed up and hour late with starbucks in hand. They did not bring any of their own supplies or tools and ended up using the students paid for kits to demo the techniques. Other than the lack of professionalism from the educators they ended the class early to make a flight out of texas. The student were left feeling robbed of both their time and money. We have attemped to allow Maria Rose Inspires to correct the behavior of their education team. She agreed to teach a virtual 2 hour class to the students to further their education on the techniques however she cancelled the night before. Considering she made nearly $17,000 off our campus alone and delivered nothing but poor buisness I would not recomend allowing this company to present to any other beauty schools or salon buisnesses.

They came to Paul Mitchell SLC - I was already signing up about 45 minutes into the presentation!The class itself has TONS of hands on practice, and it was easy to learn with the way they teach it! I think we got lucky with our instructor Clois Coco- she made the class 100× better! Also Compared to other hand tied education, Maria Rose Inspires was a lot cheaper for just as good education and kits :)I just registered for hand-tied extensions today! Super excited to take another course with them! If you're on the fence, Do IT! 😊

The instructors did an amazing job taking the time to ensure everyone knew what they were doing, and confident in what they were doing, before moving on. I left the class fully confident to perform this service. I even got additional knowledge on where I can get hair, what types, and what hair is best for each method that the instructors told our class about when we asked. They were prepared for all questions we had and truly were amazing. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to meet Maria in person with Covid being a thing, but I met her on a zoom call and she is an amazing/ inspiring person. 10/10 recommend, and I LOVE that the European methods are damage-free!! Chrissy Mcdonald: Before I went to Maria I was having so many problems with my hair, it was falling out, short and my overall feeling of self-confidence was extremely low. Now Maria put in beautiful Indique keratin hair extensions that look so natural and blends perfectly into my hair. She kept in mind of my goal to regrow my hair into it’s healthy old self and made sure the hair extensions she was using would not harm my hair and gave me other tips on how to help it’s growth. Overall it was such an amazing experience and I cannot thank Maria enough for everything she has done for me. She is so outgoing and positive it rubs off on you, it is obvious that she loves what she does and is absolutely amazing at it. I would recommend Maria to anyone else, especially people like me who felt hopeless with the problems they have with their hair.

Zoë Zamora: Maria is very kind and great at communicating to help you understand her techniques. However, learning 5 different techniques of extensions in one day doesn’t equip you well enough to actually install a full head of extensions. Also, she is using a different brand of hair now as well as the previous brand, but when I took her class she was boasting about DiBiase. Some of my friends and I ordered the hair from DiBiase & installed them in their heads. The installation was great and I felt like I knew enough about extensions from the class AND from further research to be successful with installations, but the quality of the hair was completely terrible. 5 minutes after brushing them, they were completely knotted again & when you brushed them there was a ton of breakage at the ends. we also found pieces of yarn in the extensions. Since then I have taken other certifications in multiple methods & now work at a salon specializing in extensions with our own brand of hand tied extensions. Maria was very nice and helpful during the class. my recommendation: do your research on certifications and brands of hair beforehand.

Rachel Vail: I took Maria’s class about a year ago and felt very confident after my time with her. I have trouble learning from most people but she was so helpful and made sure everyone left the room feeling satisfied with the class. She was so in depth with installation, aftercare, and everything in between even marketing! I got my first client and Maria was there to answer all my questions.
