Nicole Blanchard: Burgers were so overcooked they were crumbly. The parmesan crisp I had on my burger was old and chewy. No flavor/seasoning. And the onion rings were overcooked and were really hard. This was my second time trying the fix and I will not be back.
Joan Walsh: We were told all the open tables were “reserved” yet no one showed up while we waited with tummies rumbling. Eventually we were seated in a gloomy dimly lit back booth near the restrooms. Service was extremely slow. The burgers were okay. Nothing spectacular. The sea of “reserved” tables still sat empty when we left.

R Bus: Overrated! It was late afternoon and not busy, and waited 10 minutes while four staff at the front desk never acknowledged us or the people that entered after we did. The hostess finally came to the front and asked "how many", then explained she had to wipe a table and would be back. We observed there were already tables set in the dining room so that seemed strange. When she returned and walked us to the table, and announced that "they" were washing silverware and she would be back with place settings. But of course, she never returned. Normally I would have left after this poor service, but it was rumored that the burgers were good, so I was curious. I expected the menu to be full of specialty burgers, but was disappointed with the sparse selection. We both ordered drinks, which were good...and when the appetizer arrived and I asked for silverware, the server asked if we thought we would need knives or would forks be okay. Really? We both ordered medium burgers and both were well done, and I was not impressed by the burger...nothing special at all. This is not a restaurant I will visit again because the service is terrible and the only thing I will remember about the meal is that the homemade potato chips were good. There are many other places in Worcester with great service and great food so skip the hype and find somewhere else to enjoy your time.
Sean Anderson Jacobi: I bit into the enzo burger and my tongue experienced whiplash. The chicken felt like it had been processed through a silly string gun. After two bites, I ordered a box to go and threw it into the dumpster across the street. On the other hand, the fried pickles were satisfactorily crunchy and the wait staff was personable and engaging. Chayanis Hauswirth: Tried this place for the first time. Stopped in for dinner at 8:30 pm. Staffs are attentive, food and drinks are so good. Marissa: Don’t waste your time with this location (Tobias way, next to Walmart). The employees, ESPECIALLY the store manager, are ALWAYS rude, especially towards DoorDash delivery drivers. Very unprofessional and bad for business.My husband went to this location to pick up an order for his customer on the DoorDash platform. The store manager refused my husband using the restroom, my husband pleaded with the man and told him that he is on diuretics (medication he takes for his many health conditions). But this “man” wouldn’t let him use the restroom. I hope this “man” never has medical issues and never has to feel the embarrassment and other emotions that come with having medical issues of being denied a restroom in a public place.Not sure why these employees always give attitude towards third party delivery drivers? If it weren’t for these drivers you wouldn’t have the business from these customers that can’t pick up their own food (for whatever reason). Also, if orders are ready to be picked up (that are already paid for) you shouldn’t make drivers wait in the long line behind other customers waiting to even place their order. This makes the food that’s already ready to go, cold.Needless to say I would never give this company any of my business and I will let everyone I know how shady this company is!!

Dan Rich: Went in there between 9:00 and 9:30 at night they already had the bathrooms blocked off so I couldn't wash my hands or take a leak. The girl making french fries made a meal out of the french fry holder( just continually eating fries out of there). The health department probably would have loved to see that and then the bathrooms being closed that's another health issue. Not very sanitary practices around there. I think I'll find somewhere else to eat. The food tasted good just the burgers weren't big enough. Double bacon burger look like it had a lot of bacon on it in the picture but didn't have much on it when I got the burger.

Levi Smith: We were out after a school league basketball game to get dinner and went to 5 Guys. We ordered our food as usual and waited. When we got the food almost all of our order was messed up. The young lady that took our order was Fauna. While we were eating her and another employee walked out and returned a few minutes later with Texas Roadhouse and my younger brother asked how it was. Fauna then left 5 minutes later in a car before returning again to come back and talk to my brother. She started yelling at him and was in his face claiming that he had said something he never said. Mind you he is a sixth grader, he never said anything wrong to her or about her, but she came in a huff in his face.Kid-friendliness: Fauna was very rude to my sixth grade brother.

Rick Molinia: Drive an extra mile away to the location in shrewsbury. There was two women aggressively arguing with each other while cooking my food and then burnt the burgers beyond recognition. The restaurant was very dirty and no one was friendly. I literally threw away all the food and did not even take time to ask for a refund.

Dan Smith: Well, here goes. I tried reaching out to the owner via their website but never got any response at all so I will give my story out here:I went on a weekday for lunch. They advertise being open at 11:00am. I got there shortly after, maybe 11:10am. When I walked up to the counter, a young guy was putting napkins away and immediately said, I'm not taking any orders right now". I said ok - I then asked if I could come back in 30 minutes to place an order. He said, "I have no idea, man". And then he walked away.Stellar service. And as mentioned previously, an email through their own website yielded zero response.I bet they will be there for ever and ever.
Michael Goulston: The burger was not fully cooked not just raw but cold in thee center. Cheese was not melted and cold to the touch. It had toping missing that I ordered and when asking to fix they just tossed some on the unmelted cheese so half the topping were. Under the burger and the rest were on top.
Nick Rose: Food is not worth the price . Frozen chicken that is reheated . The Pattie’s are frozen and thrown in the grill. Had a jalapeño and pineapple which seemed to be out of cans. Then thrown in the bun, it’s like temperature semi frozen pineapple with patty. Everything over salted because it’s pre packaged . You’re better off cooking your own food at home. Not worth it
Danny Hardesty: Really bad, felt like I was eating at a Wendy’s but 4x the cost. Chicken sandwich looks nothing like they’re photos along with their burgers. They reel you in with delicious looking food but it’s actually served cold and not good at all. Insane prices for the garbage they’re selling. Save your money and eat at any other place here in the public market!
Megan Heil: Ordered the Chandler Hill. The cooked toppings (sautéed mushrooms) and bottom half of the bun were literally ice cold on a hot burger. When I brought this to the attention of the two employees they responded "yeah that's how they come, they come out of the cold fridge we don't have a sauté pan here". Sub par service and sub par quality. Over priced. Not that good. Will not eat here again.
Matthew Delaney-Paul: While the chicken sandwich I ordered tasted fine it does not look like the crispy chicken sandwich picture they have on their website. This is essentially a fast food chicken patty with more care put into the construction. It wasn't bad, just not quite what was expected based off the photos.
Amadeus: Got the newton hill chicken sandwich. It wasn't bad, but definitely way too much sauce. The BBQ sauce overpowered the ranch and it was just dripping out the entire time. I would recommend you ask for the sauces on the side or request them to put less than usual, which is what I'll do if I get this again. The chicken cutlet itself was alright, but overall I felt it was a bit pricey for what I got.
Naomi Lopez: I was in the mood for a burger and decided to try the burger bar. The manager Kathy (I think that's her name) did not disappoint. I got the burger with the horseradish ailoi and it was AMAZING! She was sooooo sweet. Food and service was on POINT! Will return!

Amazing toppings to choose from including fried pickles, this restaurant is located in the Public Market, order some food and snag some beers at Wachusett Brewery you won't be disappointed. As a part of my public awareness campaign please note and see my review as "the Boynton" charges $18 for a burger and this place is WAY better.

Adam Hill: Really awful experience today. Ordered on GrubHub for pickup as we were nearby. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, a cod burger Kelly Square-style, fried pickles and two sodas. Picked up the food when we got the text and left. When we got to where we were eating, we were shocked to see that each burger was literally the meat and the bun. No pickles/slaw on the sandwich and no lettuce/tomato/onion/pickle for the cod burger. The chicken sandwich was definitely not crispy and on a sad bun. I took a picture of the sandwich I got vs the one on the website. Really disappointed that I paid $40 for this. I've heard great things about this place, but I'd give it zero stars if I could. I hope this is just a huge mistake and not a normal thing
Judy Howe: There is nothing special about this place. The prices are wetr too much for a burger that is no better than a cheap frozen burger from any supermarket I ordered through door dash and the burger came fairly quickly. So my order was where the staff could look to see how I wanted the burger. I didn't get it the way I wanted it. Expensive disappointment.

When the dasher WENT BACK to confront them about missing half of it they tried to blame him, even tho they slipped up and said they forgot parts but refused to give it to him. You guys are absolutely pathetic. Our dasher went above and beyond, and you guys failed miserably.I will be contacting the BBB and your corporate office. In addition to the BBB and corporate I will be reaching out to DoorDash, and won’t be surprised if they pull their contract with you.Do better.

Every time I come, I order on the app and when I get here 20 mins later, I still have to park and wait. They never have any food cooked. Once you leave Worcester and go to other Burger Kings you see a real difference.

This place should be bulldozed and replaced with a methadone clinic because the people working there need it.If you go here, good luck! If they ever get around to taking your order at the drive through before you fall asleep waiting then just order anything because they aren't gonna give you what you ordered anyway. I think you actually have a better chance of getting the meal you want if you order a different meal. The Gator: This Burger King towed my car because I parked in the lot that they literally share with the bar next door, while I went to the bar, for maybe 4 hours tops, and they towed my car, while leaving a bunch of other cars in the lot untouched.
