Nick Yanski: Absolutely loved the experience of walking into Sheldon’s to purchase my first ever Harley. The sales team is absolutely incredible the financial team amazing everyone is extremely friendly and it feels like home. However I give my overall rating a 2 star. I traded in my old bike and put money down on a newer bike. We are going on a month since I have signed the contract. I was told it was the finance company, then my insurance company, then the financial company again. Finally I was told they had everything in place, they would be going to get a VIN check (I live in a state other than where the bike is being purchased which is a state law to make sure you didn’t purchase stolen property) and registration. I was told that I would be able to pick it up this past Wednesday. I was told this 5 days ago. I call almost daily to get updates on what is going on and get the same answer “let me check on that and I’ll call you back”. I usually never get a call back until I pick up the phone and call again. I understand this is a busy time of year a motorcycle dealership but once a customer is established they should, for lack of better words, care about existing customers and call them back even if it means taking a few minutes after closing to make a phone call. And to make it worse I am still awaiting “delivery” of my bike.
Tristan Morgan: I advise caution when doing business with this particular Harley branch. I took the riders course they offered, and bought my riding gear from them afterwards, but I had to bring my jacket that I purchased from them for $500, in for repairs covered under warranty. and when I called months later to inquire about its status, they said they lost it and don’t show records of ever having it, and the best they could do was offer a discount on a new one. The GM Robbie and the operations manager chad were of no help, and basically dismissed the entire situation from the start.

Alan Barter: Service department is overwhelmed and mismanaged. It took me weeks just to get an appointment and after I dropped my bike off they lied to me for days that 'they're looking at it now'. When I show up there, I find out they never even looked at my bike.It's a busy time of year, but they shouldn't be making an appointment for a specific date if they don't have the manpower, and they should never lie to a customer.
